The purpose of this study is that to recognize the social function of the teachers who participated in the sports event hosted by the university. For this, we chose 10 teachers to participate in the sports event by using snowball sampling. we used participant observation, in-depth interview, collecting related material and text analysis to collect data. We used triangulatation, member checking, peer debiefing, and thick description for trustworthiness to get ethical research. The results are these : First, participants in the sports event can share the university information, check individual ability, break away from daily life and have a meeting place. Second as aright function, they can have a chance at redemption from crisis, strengthen the status of the university in a community and create a sence harmony. Third as an adverse effect, spend money wastefully, doubt University promotion effect and too many meaningless events.

The purpose of this study is to recognize and investigate the cultural value and identity of Olle Road. For this we used the case study, one of them qualitative research. We chose 10 participants by purposeful sampling and collected data through interviews content analysis and text analysis. We used triangulatation, member checking, peer debiefing, and thick description for trustworthiness to get ethical research. The results are as follows : First, Olle Road can be a free fitness club and healing camp, family joined walking and places for learning. These facilities are beneficial and add to Olle Road social and cultural value. Second, Olle Road can be considered metro because of it’s social sympathy. Also everyone has acess to Olle Road.
인스타그램을 활용한 스포츠 용품 마케팅 활동이 브랜드 이미지와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of sports marketing using SNS on consumer’s brand image and purchase intention and to suggest basic data for marketing strategy and the potential for its application. The study selected, for its population, members of five sport centers running more than three sport games out of sport centers situated in Seoul and distributed 300 questionnaires (self-administration) in total using convenience sampling method out of non-probability sampling methods. Final 255 sheets were selected as effective samples, excluding 45 sheets with improper answers. Collected data then underwent frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis through SPSS 21.0 as well as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis through AMOS 18.0. The study drew findings as follows. First, reliability and informativeness of SNS marketing had a positive effect on brand image. Second, brand image had a positive effect on purchase intention. Third, reliability, informativeness and concreteness of SNS marketing had a positive effect on purchase intention.

There are many indexes representing the level of sociological supports and circumstance encouraging the people with disability to participate in sports such as the disabled`s participation rate in sports, availability of facilities and places for the disabled, the size of budget supporting the disabled`s sports, etc. As one important index, the degree of how much benefits the people with disability have been receiving from sportsmedicine or exercise prescription must be also evaluated. In Korea, at least till this time the degree has been far behind from the level this society must have achieved. Based on this recognition, this study tried to define the role of sportsmedicine for both sports participants and elite athletes with disability in this society. I also suggested a couple of applicable and approachable areas and methods of sportsmedicine and exercise prescription for the people with disability. First, physiological and medical researches focused on field applicability need to be promoted through scientific conferences and seminars supported by government research supporting system and the sport organizations related with the disabled. Second, the network between community university and people with disability for the exercise prescription can be newly established by sponsorship from local or central government and the other related organizations. The facilities, training equipments, programs, professionals and assistants could be provided by university while the transportation and any payments for supporters could be provided by the organizations. Third, there is an urgent need to establish the system for cultivating the professionals such as athletic trainers for the disabled. Forth, the close network and system to connect the disabled from medical institutes to sports centers or clubs need to be established. Lastly, the exercise prescription center specified for people with disability need to be built on the basis of strong welfare policy, not from the commercial basis. Sportsmedicine has to be understood as a high quality of service and a method to pursue the fundamental human right for the disabled as well as the undisabled beyond the meaning of rehabilitation from the injury and functional disability.
태권도장 관장의 변혁적 리더십과 재무적 성과 간의 팔로워십의 조절효과

The principal purpose of this study is to analyze closely the moderating effect of followership on relationship between taekwondo main leader`s transformational leadership and assistant leader`s profitability performance. For this purpose the research was administered to using materials of 196 assistant taekwoondo leaders and dwelling in Kyunsangbukdo. Data were collected through samples by means of purposive sampling method. The questionnaire for data collection of this study was based on those used in previous studies among transformational leadership, followership, profitability performance scales, and used them after examing the verification of validity and reliability through pilot test. The methods of Statistics used to analyze the collected datas were correlation analysis and hierachical moderating regression analysis. The following is conlusions brought through three analyzing methods and process in this study. Hypothesis was adapted that moderating effects of followership between taekwondo main leader`s transformational leadership and assistant leader`s profitability performance.
