5,18 당시 시위대와 군중론 -18일부터 21일까지를 시위군중을 대상으로-

이 글은 중심으로 사회운동 이론의 새로운 구성을 시도하려는 목적을 갖고 있다. 즉 국가폭력에 대한 시민들의 자연발생적인 저항을 설명할 수 있는 사회운동 이론을 모색하려고 하는 것이다. 이 글의 질문은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 광주민중항쟁의 초기 국면, 즉 18일-21일 사이의 시위대를 어떻게 규정하는 것이 옳은가? 즉 5·18의 주체를 어떻게 규정할 것인가와 관련된 질문이다. 이 질문에 답하기 위해 이 연구에서 사용한 변수는 ① 시위참여자들의 사회경제적 지표, ② 적대적 대립의 형성과 주체형성, ③ 시위대 내부의 네트웍 및 프레임이다. 둘째, 계엄군의 잔인한 진압에도 불구하고 이루어지는 시위대의 질적 고양의 원인 혹은 계기는 무엇인가? 시위대의 확산과정은 어떻게 진행되었는가? 이 질문에 답하기 위한 변수는 ① 항쟁의 상승계기들, ② 시위대들의 확산과정 및 폭력과 시위 참여 사이의 관계이다. 연구결과 5·18의 발발은 비합리적인 요소들을 통해 설명해야 한다고 판단하였다. 5·18의 주체는 군중으로 보아야 한다. 이들 군중들은 권위주의체제 속에서 벌어진 잔인한 국가폭력에 대응하여 발생한 구성되었으며, 폭력에 대항하여 싸우는 과정에서 질적으로 고양되었다는 것이다. The questions of this paper are as follows: First, How define The demonstrators of the early stage of the May 18 democratic uprising(from May 18 to May 21). That is to say the question about the subject of the May 18 democratic uprising. To answer this question, this study take variables are as follows: ①Social-economic characters of demonstrators, ②The formation of hostile opposition and the making of the subject, ③The networks and frames of demonstrators. Second, Although the terrible suppression of martial forces, the demonstrators have enlarged quantitatively and have elevated qualitatively. What is the causes of those enlargement and elevation. Variables which to answer these questions are as follows: ①The elevation points of resistance, ②The proliferation process of demonstration and The relation of the participation to demonstration between the violences of martial forces. The result of study say that the outbreak of the May 18 democratic uprising is explained by irrational factors. Above all, the subject of the May 18 democratic uprising is the crowd. The crowd of that times have built up and elevated qualitatively to struggle against state violences.

Urea-SCR technology is used for reducing NOx emission in the vehicles. Ensuring the reliability of Urea-SCR system, freezing and melting problem of urea solution should be resolved. Especially, the melting time of urea is very important to operate vehicle normally in the winter season. Therefore, this study performs a numerical study to understand and predict the urea coolant melting phenomena. To evaluate the effect of heating voltage, we give to the different heating voltage on the heater line and compare the urea melting time. Ansys mechanical, which is commercial numerical software, is used for investigate the urea coolant melting phenomena. As a result, The temperature difference in the urea coolant is not over 1℃during melting process. And the urea melting time of urea depends on the heating voltage. When the heating voltage increases linearly, the melting time of urea decreases exponentially.

Spondylolisthesis has been recognized as one of the leading cause of the low back pain in orthopaedic field. Occasionally they may cause the neurological symptoms of the lower extremity. Most of the cases are successfully managed with conservative treatment, but operative treatment are indicated if conservative treatment fails. Operative treatment are categorized decompression, reduction and fusion, now a days posterior decompression and posterolateral fusion are most commonly used. In the methods of posterolateral fusion, there are some controversies between two methods 1) short segment fusion for saving of functioning segment, 2)extended fusion for more amount of reduction. We suggest short segment fusion with S-shaped VSP for satisfactory reduction with saving of functioning segment. Twenty one cases of spondylolisthesis treated operatively with S-shaped VSP from september,1991 to March, 1993 were reviewed. The results obtained were as follows; 1.According to the affected site, between L4 and L5 was 14cases, and between L5 and S1 was 7 cases. 2.13 cases were degenerative type and 8 cases were isthmic type. 3.Degree of olisthesis(by Meyerding method): Grade I was 16 cases(76.2%), Grade Ⅱ was 4 cases(19%), Grade Ⅲ was 1 case(4.8%) 4.Satisfactory reduction was obtained: 4.5% slippage by Taillard method postoperatively(21.5% preoperatively). 5.In the functional result, 91% was above good according to the Gill's criteria without any serious complications.

척추관절경하 경피적수핵제거술의 Uniportal 및 Biportal 방법의 비교

1. The prupose of our study is to compare the clinical results and radiological indications of the uniportal and biportal methods in percutaneous arthroscopic microdiscectomy in the patients who were failed to conservative treatments for lumbar disc herniation. 2. From December 1992 to March 1995, we performed 230 cases of percutaneous arthroscopic microdiscectomy for patients with lumbar disc herniation and compared the postoperative results between two methods. 3. The overall success rate of uniportal method was 85% and that of biportal method was 83%. 4. The disadvantages of the biportal method required more prolonged operation time, difficult technical demands, and additional instruments. There was more severe temporary back pain than uniportal method but biportal method is more effective due to direct decompression of offending disc by visualization curing procedure and the lower incidence of postoperative infection, bleeding and the remaining offending disc materials. 5. Uniportal method is primary method for the patients who are indicated with percutaneous microdiscectomy except particular cases which are required biportal approach.
