The simultaneous analysis of mycotoxins using LC-MS/MS, a food official analysis method, was applied with compound feed for pets with high consumer preferences. In this study, the linearity of all calibration curves showed good linearity of 0.99 or more. and both the accuracy (recovery rate) and precision (repeatability) criteria of the concentration range for each mycotoxin in the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service's Validation and Verification Guidelines were met. And as a result of analyzing FAPAS QCM in the same way, it was assesed that the z-scores of Aflatoxin B<sub>1</sub>, Ochratoxin A, Zearalenone, and Fumonisin B<sub>1</sub>, were within ±2 range. This study showed that the application of the food official analysis method to compound feed for pets is suitable.

본 연구는 버지니아 대학교의 고급 한국어 수업에서 진행하는 생자료의 활용 방법과 생자료를 통해 학생들의 문화적 숙달도를 높일 수 있는 커리큘럼에 대한 논의이다. 이 커리큘럼의 일환으로 2022학년도 봄 학기 동안 고급 한국어 II (현대 한국어 읽기 II)를 수강한 학생들이 멀티미디어 프로젝트를 진행하였다. 학생들은 생자료를 통해 한국 문화와 사회와 관련된 기말 연구 주제를 조사한 후, 그 내용을 바탕으로 5-7분 정도 길이의 영상을 제작하여 발표하였다. 학생들의 창의력 향상을 위하여 기말 연구 주제와 영상 제작은 자유 형식이었다. 이에 학생들은 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 광범위한 주제에 대한 영상을 뉴스, 다큐멘터리, 광고, 브이로그 등의 다양한 형식으로 제작하였다. 위 프로젝트를 통해 학생들의 의사소통 능력 향상을 두 가지 측면, 즉 언어적인 측면과 문화적인 측면에서 평가하였다. 평가를 위해 2022학년도 봄 학기 말에 고급 한국어 II (현대 한국어 읽기 II)를 수강한 학생들은 멀티미디어 프로젝트에 관련된 자가평가서 제출과 함께 설문조사와 인터뷰에 응했다. 평가 자료를 분석한 결과, 멀티미디어 프로젝트를 적용한 고급 한국어 수업은 (1) 언어적 숙달도와 문화적 숙달도를 향상시키고 (2) 한국어와 한국 문화를 배우려는 동기를 향상시키며 (3) 생자료 사용과 저작권에 대한 지식을 제공하며 (4) 영상 제작을 통한 테크놀로지 습득의 기회 또한 마련하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 학회 발표에서는 생자료를 활용한 멀티미디어 프로젝트 제작과 이를 통한 학습자의 성취도 평가 방법을 소개한다. 또한 학생들이 제작한 프로젝트의 예시와 프로젝트를 마친 후의 피드백을 소개하고 향후 한국어 수업에서 이 프로젝트와 관련된 교안과 활동을 어떻게 구현할 수 있을지에 대해 토론하고자 한다. This presentation describes a semester-long project incorporating authentic materials and designed to strengthen students’ cultural competency; presents data of student outcomes from the project; and discusses how to integrate the project into an advanced Korean language class curriculum. For this project, students are required to research topics in Korean culture and society through authentic materials including journals, books, newspapers, DVDs, and CDs, and to create one 5-7-minute video introducing the topic of their choice to lower-level students in Korean. The topic, genre, and format are open to foster the creativity of the students. Students have made news reports, documentaries, advertisements, Vlogs, and so forth, on a wide range of topics from the political to the economic, societal, and cultural. In doing so, they have developed their public discourse skills to communicate with greater accuracy and fluency. To evaluate the students’ development of linguistic and intercultural communicative competence, several types of data were collected at the end of the spring semester of 2022 including the following: students’ self-reflection papers, a survey, and interviews. Findings indicate increases in (1) language proficiency and intercultural competence; (2) motivation to learn Korean and to learn about culture; (3) knowledge about copyrights and how to use authentic materials; and (4) technology skills for producing a video project. The presentation will focus on how to create a curriculum incorporating this project and how to assess students’ learning outcomes. In addition, it will include both student feedback and the instructor’ experience, offering a detailed discussion of how instructors can implement this project in their own classes.
식육 및 계란에서 플루오로퀴놀론계 항균물질 정량분석 및 잔류조사(2)

Fluoroquinolones in muscle and egg were separated by liquid extraction and determined. The analysis was carried out using following conditions; C18 column (150×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase composed of D.W. (containing 0.4% triethylamine and phosphoric acid) : methanol : acetonitrile (780:100:120, v/v/v), quarternary pump at a flow rate of 0.9ml/min and 20μl of injection volume, fluorescence detector with EX 278nm/Em 456nm. The calibration range of seven fluoroquinolones showed linearity (r2?0.999) at concentration range of 0.025~0.8μg/ml. The recoveries in fortified muscle and egg represented more than 81.3%. The detection limits for ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, danofloxacin, saraloxacin and orbifloxacin were 3.1, 2.5, 3.6, 1.7, 0.9, 2.5 and 2.1μg/kg, respectively. We also monitored fluoroquinolones residue in the sample (chicken muscle 182, cattle muscle 140, pig muscle 139, egg 212) using EEC-plate (E. coli ATCC 11303) screening and HPLC confirmation methods. The screening test results, fluoroquinolones, antibacterial substances were all negative.

We investigated the residues of β-agonist (zilpaterol, ractopamine and clenbuterol) using LC-MS/MS in raw meat in Seoul. The recoveries ranged between 76.7∼89.9% in beef respectively. The limits of detection were 0.01∼0.09 μg/kg and the limits of quantification were 0.03∼0.28 μg/kg respectively. Residues of β-agonist drugs which exceeded maximum residue limits (MRL) were not exceed in any of the 267 samples.

This study was conducted to determine the content of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in meats available on the Korean markets. The analysis was carried out using following conditions; C18 column (100×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm), mobile phase composed of DW (containing 0.1% formic acid): acetonitrile (containing 0.1% formic acid), binary pump at a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min and 5 μl of injection volume, MS/MS detector with ESI positive mode. The calibration range of five NSAIDs showed linearity (r2≥0.99) at concentration range of 3.125~200 μg/kg. The recoveries in fortified muscle more than 78.7~100.3%. The detection limits for meloxicam, ketoprofen, flunixin, carprofen and tolfenamic acid were 3.5, 1.6, 1.7, 9.8 and 4.8 μg/kg, respectively. We also monitored NSAIDs residue in cattle muscle 51 samples. The test results, NSAIDs were all not founded.

This study was conducted to determine the content of heavy metals in meats available on the Korean markets. Trace metals (Pb, As and Cd) were detected in 4 kinds, 172 samples by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The values of heavy metals in meats were as follows; In beef, mean (minimum~ maximum) values of the heavy metals were Pb: 0.075 (0.020~0.190)mg/kg, As: 0.010 (0.001~ 0.050)mg/kg and Cd: 0.43(0.07~2.11)μg/kg. In pork, mean (minimum~maximum) values of the heavy metals were Pb: 0.065 (0.012~0.171)mg/kg, As: 0.004 (ND~0.021)mg/kg and Cd: 0.43(0.08~1.09)μg/kg. In chiken, mean (minimum~maximum) values of the heavy metals were Pb: 0.060(0.016~0.211)mg/kg, As: 0.008 (ND~0.042)mg/kg and Cd: 0.42 (0.02~3.80)μg/kg. In duck, mean (minimum~maximum) values of the heavy metals were Pb: 0.070 (0.011~0.157)mg/kg, As: 0.005 (0.001~0.011)mg/kg and Cd: 0.87 (0.15~3.75)μg/kg. This results will be used as a basic data for the future legislation on the regulation and control of heavy metal in meats.

This paper investigates how a short immersion program at English Village would affect elementary students’ learning motivation and whether the programs have different influences on the students’ motivation according to their English levels. For this, 100 students in Grade 6 were divided into three experimental groups according to their achievement test scores and their motivation was analyzed before and after the program based on Gardner’s AMTB(Attitude/Motivation Test Battery). The results of this study are as follows: 1) as a whole, the students’ attitude toward learning English changed positively after they participated in the short immersion program at English Village though the effect was not strong enough to change students’ motivation; and 2) only the middle level group’s motivation changed significantly while the high and low level groups showed no significant change in their motivation after participating in the program. These findings reveal that short immersion programs at English Village are not effective for all levels. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze students’ needs more precisely for the effectiveness of short immersion programs at English Village.

We investigated the residues of 6 cephalosporins (cefquinome, cephalexin, cephalonium, cefazolin, ceftiofur, cefuroxime) using LC-MS/MS in raw meat in Seoul. This method involves extraction of the residue from the meat by distilled water and methanol followed by a manual of residue analysis published by the National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation. The recoveries ranged between 74.71∼ 90.01% in beef, 73.37∼101.40% in pork and 70.87∼95.53% in chicken, respectively. The limits of detection were 0.0004∼0.0563 mg/kg, and the limits of quantification were 0.001∼0.169 mg/kg respectively. Residues of cephalosporins which exceeded maximum residue limits (MRL) were not exceed in any of the 287 samples. However, it is necessary to develop multi-method, which includes the active metabolites of ceftiofur.
