        방정환의『사랑의 선물』광고 전략에 나타난 근대 동화(童話) 기획 연구

        이 논문은 방정환의 번역 동화집『사랑의 선물』(1922)이 근대의 베스트셀러가 되었던 요인 중에서 특히 책의 광고 전략에 주목하여, 이 또한 ‘동화(童話)’라는 장르를 소개하고 보급하고자 했던 방정환의 근대 동화 기획의 일부임을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구를 위한 방법론으로 맥과이어(McGuire)의 SMCRE 모형을 활용한 커뮤니케이션 이론을 적용하였다. 가령『사랑의 선물』광고 기획자인 방정환을 ‘송신자(source/sender)’라고 한다면 광고문안은 ‘메시지(message)’, 광고가 소개되는 매체는 ‘채널(channel)’, 광고를 접하는 독자들은 메시지의 ‘수신자(receiver)’로 볼 수 있다. 또한 광고를 접한 후의 독자들의 반응 양식과 행동 등은 ‘효과(effect)’로 설명될 수 있다. 커뮤니케이션 송신자는 독자에게 믿음을 줄 수 있는 전문성과 신뢰도를 가지고 있을수록 설득의 효과가 높아지는데, 방정환에 대해 독자들이 느끼는 전문성과 신뢰도는 절대적이었다. 메시지의 경우 ‘이성소구’보다는 ‘감성소구’에 치중하였는데, 매개가 되었던 것은 ‘눈물’이었으며 이는 송신자와 수신자의 공유 기호로 작용한다. 또한 커뮤니케이션의 주요 채널로 『어린이』지를 선택했다는 것은 광고의 대상, 즉 메시지의 수신자를 ‘어린이’로 설정하고 있었음을 말한다. 커뮤니케이션의 효과란 곧 광고의 궁극적인 목표이다. 책의 구매활동은 광고의 일차적인 효과이기도 하지만, 동화(童話) 장르의 내면화는 방정환이 기대한 궁극적인 목표였다. 『사랑의 선물』광고를 통한 커뮤니케이션의 성공은 아동문학의 대표적 서사장르인 동화의 정착에 있어서 적지 않은 영향을 미쳤다. This study has looked at the book-advertising strategy among those factors that contributed to Bang Jeong-hwan’s translated collection of childrens classics ‘A Gift of Love (1922)’ being a best-seller in the modern day and attempted to show that it was a part of the author’s modern fairy tale plan that aimed to introduce and spread the genre of ‘fairy tale.’ The McGuire SMCRE model-based communication theory was applied to the study. If Bang Jeong-hwan, the advertising planner of ‘A Gift of Love,’ is the source/sender, advertising copy, medium through which the advertisement is conveyed, then the advertising reader would be perceived as ‘message,’ ‘channel’ and ‘receiver’, respectively. In addition, readers’ response pattern and behavior can be explained as ‘effect.’ When the sender is reliable and experienced, the advertisement becomes more effective. At that time, readers’ trust in Bang Jeong-hwan was unconditional. Emotional appeals were more highly concentrated throughout the work as opposed to rational appeals in the “message” aspect of the text. Here, the medium was ‘tears,’ which play a shared role as a sign of both sender and receiver. In addition, the selection of the magazine ‘Children’ as the major channel of communication means that the receiver of the message is set to ‘Children.’ The effect of communication refers to the ultimate goal of advertisement. The purchasing of books is the primary effect of advertisement. However, the internalization of the ‘fairy tale’ was the ultimate goal Bang Jeong-hwan expected. The establishment of ‘fairy tale’ as the leading narrative genre of children’s literature means that communication through the advertisement of ‘A Gift of Love’ was a great success.

        학교교실의 냉방시 실내열.공기환경 실태

        The purpose of this study were to make clear the present condition of indoor thermal and air environment by cooling in school classrooms and to analyze the relation of the living conditions with indoor environment. The measurements on physical elements and observations on living conditions were carried out in 6 classrooms of 3 middle or high schools. Measuring elements were indoor temperature, relative humidity, PM10 and $CO_2$ concentration. As results, the averages of indoor temperature each classrooms were $24.9{\sim}26.6^{\circ}C$. Most of classrooms were lower than the Maintenance standard $(26{\sim}28^{\circ}C)$ of School Health Law. The means of relative humidity were $51.3{\sim}72%$, all classrooms were ranged within the standard $(30{\sim}80%)$. The means of PM10 concentration were $3.5{\sim}23.1{\mu}g/m^3$, all classrooms were kept within the standard $(100{\mu}g/m^3)$. The means of $CO_2$ concentration were $1218.7{\sim}4705.4ppm$, all classrooms were exceed the standard (1,000ppm). The results of analysis on relations of living conditions with the physical elements are as follow; the air conditioner set of temperature, windows and doors opening elapsed time, the number of students in classrooms and activities of students had certain effect on indoor environment.

        대학교 신축 기숙사의 휘발성유기화합물 농도 및 새집증후군 반응

        The purposes of this study were to determine the actual state of the indoor air quality by measuring TVOC Concentration and surveying residents' responses in a newly built university dormitory and to analyze the influencing factors of IAQ. Field measurements on the concentrations of TVOC and HCHO were carried out three times at 4 week intervals in 3 rooms of a dormitory. A questionnaire survey was conducted on residents which inquired into the resident's lifestyle, their consciousness of IAQ, and the responses to SHS. According to the results, TVOC concentrations were 0.14~18.5 ppm and HCHO concentrations were 0.23~6.89 ppm during the 3 months following the completion of construction, showing a serious state in which standard levels are exceeded, though these levels seemed to decrease over time. The factors influencing the differences in the levels of TVOC and HCHO were the ventilation volume including infiltration, the heating temperature, relative humidity, or the use of living matter that include chemical ingredients. However, the residents rarely felt the symptoms of SHS and were not conscious of the importance of ventilation.

        아파트의 겨울철 실내온열환경 실태와 생활요인 분석

        The purposes of this study were to determine the actual state of the indoor thermal environment in apartment units and to analyze the relationship between the living factors and indoor thermal elements. The field surveys consisted of measurements of physical elements and observations of living factors. In addition, the residents of 20 apartment units were interviewed to survey their subjective response. Field surveys were carried out from January to March 2007. Measuring elements were air temperature, globe temperature, and relative humidity. The results showed that the average of indoor temperature for the houses was $21.2{\sim}27.2^{\circ}C$, while 4 houses exceeded the comfort zone. The average of globe temperature for the houses was $21.3{\sim}27.5^{\circ}C$, while 6 houses exceeded the comfort zone. The mean relative humidity was $19.5{\sim}58.8%$, which is a relatively dry condition. The residents' average clothing value was $0.39{\sim}0.89$ clo(average 0.68 clo). The average thermal sensation vote on each room was $4.2{\sim}4.8$, which is 'neutral' to 'slightly warm'. Living factors had significant effect on indoor temperature in regression analysis were ventilation time(outdoor air exchange), opening time of door through balcony, and gas cooker use time.

        The purpose of this study was to grasp major elements and actual condition of apartment unit remodeling by in-depth interviews on residents and specialists. The interviews had been conducted to interior designers who have a wide experience of apartment remodeling and residents who live in recently remodeled apartment unit. In-depth interview is a kind of qualitative method in which attention to reply of responses with open-access between interviewer and respondents. According to the results, remodeling elements were generally changing of lighting fixtures and finishing materials in the all spaces, integration of balcony into children's room, installation of furniture in kitchen and entrance, changing storage furnitures and equipments in bathroom. Artificial lighting method were selected generally whole lighting. Finishing materials were used ordinary (non environmentally-friendly) wallpaper and adhesion and tempered floor. There were unsatisfied factors after remodeling, these were dissatisfaction of design, construction defects, and stink of reflecting 'sick house'. Also they responded that they should be considering to use environmentally-friendly material at next remodeling.

        J2ME 프로그램의 동적 이벤트 분석기의 구현

        J2ME 모바일 프로그램은 모바일 기기가 보편화되면서 그 사용이 증가하고 있으며 J2ME 프로그램은 자원이 제한된 모바일 환경에서 실행되므로 자원의 효율적인 사용이 매우 중요하다. 또한 J2ME 프로그램은 대부분 이벤트-구동 프로그램이며 효과적인 이벤트 관리가 프로그램의 신뢰성 및 효율적인 자원 사용에 많은 영향을 미치며 이벤트 관련 디버깅은 매우 어려운 부분이다. 본 연구에서는 실행 중에 실시간으로 이벤트 발생 및 처리 정보를 보여줄 수 있는 시스템을 설계 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자 옵션에 따라 사용자가 관심 있는 이벤트만을 실행 중에 추적할 수 있으며 실행 후에 이벤트 관련 요약 프로파일 정보를 제공한다. J2ME mobile programs have been widely used as mobile devices like mobile phones become popular. Efficient use of resources in mobile programs is very important because mobile programs are executed in mobile environment with insufficient resources. Moreover, most J2ME programs are event-driven, so effective event handling is important for reliability and efficient use of resource . In this research, we develop a dynamic event analysis system, which can show event handling in real-time. In this system, users can trace only interesting events by selecting some options, and can get event profile after execution.

        인스턴트 메시징에서의 대화 주제 및 주제 전환 탐지

        본 논문에서는 인스턴트 메시징(Instant Messaging), 채팅과 같은 텍스트 기반의 대화에서 현재 발화를 기준으로 대화의 주제를 파악하고, 대화 주제 전환 여부를 판단하는 기법에 대해 기술한다. 대화는 다른 종류의 글과 다르게 길이가 매우 짧아 적은 수의 단어를 사용하고, 두 사람 이상이 참여를 하며, 대화의 이력(History)이 현재의 발화에 영향을 미친다. 이러한 특성에 따라 본 논문에서는 사용자 발화 뿐 아니라 대화 상대자의 발화에서 추출한 키워드 기반으로 주제 탐지를 하며, 대화의 이력도 고려하여 대화 주제 탐지의 정확도를 높힌 연구 결과를 기술한다. 대화주제 전환 탐지는 이전 발화와 현재 발화에서 탐지된 주제의 유사성을 계산하여, 유사성이 낮은 경우에 전환 탐지가 이루어졌다고 판단하였다. 본 논문의 실험에서 대화 주제 탐지는 88.20%. 대화 주제 전환 탐지는 87.36%의 정확도를 얻었다. This paper describes a novel method for identifying the main topic and detecting topic changes in a text-based dialogue as in Instant Messaging (IM). Compared to other forms of text, dialogues are uniquely characterized with the short length of text with small number of words, two or more participants, and existence of a history that affects the current utterance. Noting the characteristics, our method detects the main topic of a dialogue by considering the keywords not only the utterances of the user but also the dialogue system's responses. Dialogue histories are also considered in the detection process to increase accuracy. For topic change detection, the similarity between the former utterance's topic and the current utterance's topic is calculated. If the similarity is smaller than a certain threshold, our system judges that the topic has been changed from the current utterance. We obtained 88.2% and 87.4% accuracy in topic detection and topic change detection, respectively.

        We regenerated a vascular media tissue by seeding smooth muscle cells on the inside of a hybrid vascular scaffold. The hybrid vascular scaffold consisted of two porous biodegradable poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) thin layers on both the inner and the outer surfaces of the non-biodegradable expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) layer. The PLGA layers were designed to have porous structures for control of tissue regeneration by impregnating and then gas-foaming of ammonium bicarbonates as porogens of the biodegradable layers. To improve tissue regeneration, we coated gelatin polymers on inside the porous biodegradable PLGA surface. Media tissue regeneration was successfully achieved by replacing the PLGA layers and the tissues were observed by H&E staining and Sircol collagen assay. Tissue formation was dependent on cell culture period. While the two PLGA layers were expected to serve as biological layers of intima, media and adventitia of the blood vessel after their transformation into the engineered tissues, the non-biodegradable ePTFE in the middle of the hybrid scaffold did as a mechanically supporting layer.

        Agro-infiltration을 이용한 토마토 β-carotene hydroxylase 유전자(ChyB) 과발현 및 담배식물체의 항산화 효과 증진

        β-carotene hydroxylase는 carotenoids의 생합성 경로에서 astaxanthin 및 zeaxanthin 합성에 관여하는 주요 효소이다. Astaxanthin과 zeaxanthin은 비타민 A 전구체보다 항암효과가 더 높다고 보고되고 있다. 따라서 β-carotene hydroxylase 유전자(ChyB)를 토마토 잎에서 분리하고 binary 벡터에 클로닝 한 후 pIG121-ChyB-tom으로 명명하였다. 토마토 ChyB 유전자를 Agrobacterium-mediated infiltration 방법을 이용하여 생육 8주 된 담배 잎에 일시적 형질전환을 하였다. 감염 0, 1, 2, 3일 후 RT-PCR 한 결과 담배에서는 거의 발현되지 않았던 β-carotene hydroxylase 전사체가 감염 1일 후부터 증가하여 2일 후 최대 전사량을 보이고 3일 후부터 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 감염 후 0, 2, 3일째 담배 잎을 채취하여 항산화 효능을 측정한 결과, 감염 2일 후 1,1-diphenyl-pricryl hydrazyl(DPPH) radical 소거 활성이 대조구에 비해 약 30% 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 이 연구결과를 통해 외래 유용 유전자를 원예작물에 형질전환하여 항산화 및 항암효과가 우수한 zeaxanthin 및 astaxanthin 등 oxy-carotenoids의 함유량을 증진시킨 새로운 기능성 토마토 및 다양한 원예작물의 신품종 개발에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Several reports indicated that astaxanthin and zeaxanthin have more active anticancer activity than pro-vitamin A carotenes. β-carotene hydroxylase is a key enzyme to synthesize zeaxanthin and astaxanthin in carotenoids biosynthesis pathway. We isolated the ChyB gene encoding β-carotene hydroxylase from tomato leaves. The ChyB gene (1.5Kbp) fragment was cloned into the binary vector and designated to pIG121-ChyB-tom. Agrobacterium-mediated infiltration was used for transient assay in Nicotiana benthamiana. Leaf samples were collected 0, 1, 2, 3 days after infiltration (DAI). RT-PCR result showed that the expression of β-carotene hydroxylase transcripts was not detected in control (0DAI), but its expression was detected after 1 DPI and increased later on. When the activity of β-carotene hydroxylase was measured, the 1,1-diphenyl-pricryl hydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity (27%) at 2 DAI was significantly higher than that (21%) at 0 DAI. These results indicated that anti-oxidant activity dramatically increased at 2 DAI in tobacco leaves was due to over expression of tomato β-carotene hydroxylase. These results can be the foundation to develop tomato cultivars with high oxy-carotenoids content using the ChyB gene transformation.
