This study has been designed to investigate the influence of drawing and heating conditions affecting on the change of fine structures by x-ray and birefringence measurements (in particular, on the degree of orientation in crystalline and amorphous phases) and on the mechanical properties of PET fibers. In a crystalline region, relationship between birefringence contribution, ncx, and breaking stress is expressed by a linear function, and clear structural discontinuities are observed between ncx and yield stress. In an amorphous area, relationship between birefringence contribution, na(1-x), and yield stress shows a linearity and that between na(1-x) and breaking stress is indicated by a quadratic curve. The existence of structural transformational region could easily be presumed by the fact that an inflection and tensile characteristics exists at the range of draw ratio 2.0~2.5. Particularly, it is found that an inflection phenomenon of yield stress is under the contol of a crystalline region and that of breaking stress is swayed by an amorphous area.

The effect of drawing and annealing treatment on the thermal shrinkage behavior of polyethylene terephthalate film was studied. The results are as follows; In the shrinkage along the direction of fiber axis and the swelling along the direction perpendicular to fiber axis, the curve of dimensional change versus annealing temperature take nearly the form of symmetry. Below the draw ratio 1.5, the glass transition temperature where the sample begins to shrink decreases with the increase of draw ratio, but the situation is in reverse, above the draw ratio 1.5. A similar dependence of glass transition temperature and density on the draw ratio was observed. At the draw ratio of about 3.5, the shrinkage shows the minimum value, and then it increases slowly again with the increase of draw ratio. It was found that the shrinkage arise below 8$0^{\circ}C$ was mainly due to the relaxation of amorphous region, but above the medium draw ratio and at 14$0^{\circ}C$, the shrinkage behavior has relation with the crystallization mechanism.

The effect of drawing and heat treatment of PET filament on the various mechanical properties were studied. The effect of draw ratio, heat treatment condition and measuring condition upon tensile characteristics and dynamic properties were examined in terms of structural factors such as crystallinity, orientation and molecular structure. Relation between yield stress and extension speed presents a considerable dispersion depending upon the measuring temperatures. However, high drafted and heat treated samples were given superposition of the individual curve by moving it horizontally along with the axis of extension. Consequently, relation between logarithm of aT, a horizontal moving factor, and 1/T is not linear, however, reasonable value can be obtained when calculated the value for apparent activation energy. Deflection point of the mechanical properties were shown in the range of 2.0 to 2.5 drawing ratio, where it can be determined the existence of changing range of the fiber structure.

남성에 비해 여성 감염자가 상대적으로 적으나 이성간 성관계에 의한 감염이 주요 전파 경로가 되면 여성에서의 감염이 점차 증가할 것이고 수직 감염 또한 증가할 것으로 보인다. 특히 남성 중심적인 우리 사회에서는 여성 감염인에 대한 집중적인 사회 경제적 도움이 필요하다.
고로슬래그 미분말을 사용한 모르타르의 강도발현에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the mechanical properties of mortar using ground granulated blast-fumace(GGBF) slag. In this paper, the mortar replaced by varying fineness and content of GGBF slag was investigated through the flow value and compressive strength. This experimental study was acquired following results by the material test of fresh and hardened mortar proportioned standard sand and natural sand, mixing proportion of 1:2, 1:3, 1:5, slag fineness of 4500, 5500, 6500㎠/g, water binder ratio 40, 45, 50, 55, 60% and replacement rate of 0, 15, 30, 45%. As the result, it was found that GGBF slag increased somewhat higher flow value and compressive strength. In addition, the highest compressive strength in this study appeared at 30% GGBF slag replacement rate.

It is recently becoming one of the serious problems to provide the good quality aggregate for concrete because of natural aggregate shortage. The aim of this study is to analyze mechanical properties and their correlastionship of the various concrete composed of crushed sand and crushed stone which expected to be a good substitute for river sand and river gravel. The result showed that compressive strength, tensile strength and static moduls of elasticity of the different concrete composed of crushed sand and crushed stone were generally higher, though lower in slump, than those of the concrete composed of natural river aggregate, and the correlationship of each strength was pretty good.
