        무용단의 조직분위기가 임파워먼트 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        This study placed the focus on presenting the way of an effective human resource management of a dance organization and the plan of improving job satisfaction by empirically grasping the influence that an organization climate for dance members perceived and empowerment on Organization Effectiveness. To achieve the purpose of study, the subjects were 550 dancers - members of dance companies in seventeen National, Municipal and Provincial dance companies as of 2002, and 475 data were used at the time of the final analysis. As for collected data, Correlation Analysis and Covariance Structure Analysis using LISREL were made to verify an established hypothesis. To sum up, the results drawn through the abovementioned process are as follows. First, comradeship characteristics variable and job characteristics variable of the low levels of an organization climate proved to be the influential variable of meaning - a low level of empowerment, and even control variables such as one`s major field, sex and role were found to be the influential ones. Second, job characteristics variable and comradeship characteristics variable of the low levels of an organization climate proved to be the influential variable of competence - a low level of empowerment, and even a monthly income, control variable was found to be the influential one. Third, job characteristics variable and leader characteristics variable of the low levels of an organization climate proved to be the influential variable of impact - a low level of empowerment, and even control variables such as a monthly income and role were found to be the influential ones. Fourth, job characteristics variable and leader characteristics variable of the organization-climate ones had an affirmative influence on self - determination - a low level of empowerment, and comradeship characteristics variable had a negative influence on it. Fifth, job characteristics, leader characteristics, comradeship characteristics and organizational characteristics of organization-climate variables proved to be the influential variable of job satisfaction, and even control variables such as role, married or unmarried, one`s major field, sex and a monthly income were found to be the influential ones. Sixth, meaning and impact of the low variables of empowerment had an affirmative influence on job satisfaction, and there was an negative influence in self-determination variable.

        사회교육문화센터 무용수강 주부들의 수강만족도와 생활만족도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to closely examine the relation between taking-lecture satisfaction and life satisfaction of students attending a dancing lecture in the social-education cultural center. In order to achieve the aim, there was set up a population of ordinary housewives of students attending a dancing lecture at the cultural centers and educational institutes of each university in Chungcheongnam-Do and Kyonggi-Do. As for data processing, Frequency Analysis, Cronbach`s Alpha Examination, Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were used. The following conclusion were drawn from the method and procedure. First, the variables of their contentment in facilities, taking-lecture time, programs and fees have a statistically significant influence on the variable of contentment in a home background. However, satisfaction in lecturers doesn`t have a significant influence. Second, the variable of their contentment in facilities and taking-lecture time have a significant influence upon the variable of contentment in living environment. But satisfaction in fees, programs and lecturers doesn`t have a significant influence. Third, the variables of their contentment in facilities, taking-lecture time and fees have a statistically significant influence on the variable of contentment in leisure environment. However, satisfaction in programs and lectures doesn`t have a significant influence.
