        Osteonecrosis 수술 후 족과부동통(足?部疼痛) 후유증 치험 1례

        Objective : The clinic study or report about Oriental Medical treatment about osteonecrosis is very insufficient. Therefore, we report a case about a sequela of operation of talus osteonecrosis treated by Oriental Medical treatments. Methods : The patient was managed by bee venom and Carthami Flos Herbal-Acupuncture, Sa-am and body acupucture, moxibustion, physical theraphy and herbal medicine. We evaluated the patient through Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 25 days of treatment, the patient showed that clinical symptoms was decreased and VAS changed from 10 to 2. Conclusion : In this case, Oriental Medical treatments for a sequela of operation of talus osteonecrosis was effective. But further studies are required to confirm the effect of these methods.

        역률보상 고효율 PWM 단상 정류기의 설계

        본 논문에서는 기존의 역율 보상회로에 비해 성능이 좋은 역율 보상 고효율 PWM 단상 정류기를 제안하였다. 제안한 정류기의 설계를 용이하게 하기위한 설계 가이드라인을 상세히 제시하였으며, 제안한 정류기의 특성을 실험으로 증명하였다. 제안한 정류기는 주 전류가 흐르는 선로 구성에서 2개의 주스위치만 존재하므로 도통손을 상당히 감소 시켰으며, 또한 단일 ZVT 회로를 통해 스위칭 손실을 감소시켰다. 제안한 정류기는 부스트 컨버터형의 같은 IGBT 모듈을 사용하므로 주 회로 구성도 간단할 뿐만 아니라, 주 스위치와 보조스위치의 게이트 전원을 제어전원과 공유할 수 있어 단일 제어전원으로 전체 시스템을 제어하므로 시스템의 크기를 보다 콤팩트하게 할 수 있는 특성을 지니고 있다. The parer proposes a power factor correction high efficiency PWM single-phase rectifier. Its good characteristics such as simple PWM control, low switch stress, and low VAR rating of commutation circuits make the proposed rectifier very suitable for various unidirectional power applications. In addition, the proposed rectifier consists of three boost-converter-type IGBT modules with the switching devices located at the bottom leg of the rectifier scheme, which also enables the use of the same power supply in both control and gate driver, thus resulting in simple control and power circuit structure. The detailed principle of operation and experimental results are also included. In particular, the design guide line is also suggested to make the circuit design of the proposed rectifier easy and fast.

        구안와사(口眼渦斜) 환자(患者)의 Matrix Metalloprotease-l (MMP-l)의 유전자(遺傳子) 다형성(多形性)에 대한 연구(硏究)

        Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the relation between the matrix metalloprotease-1 gene polymorphism and facial nerve palsy in Korean population. Methods : This study was carried out on 102 facial nerve palsy patients who were treated with oriental medicine therapy at the department of acupuncture & moxibustion, hospital of Oriental medical college, Daegu Hanny University and 104 healthy control subjects. Blood samples from all subjects were obtained for DNA extraction. We have investigated the genotyping of matrix metalloprotease-1 by using Pyrosequencing. Results : The genotypes of matrix metalloprotease-l gene were G/G homozygotes, A/G heterozygotes and A/A homozygotes. There was no significant difference between the control and facial nerve palsy groups. Conclusion: We concluded that there was no significant association between matrix metalloprotease-1 gene polymorphism and facial nerve palsy in Korean population. However, the findings of this study need to be confirmed in more patients and further studies.

        The Trinitarian Principles of Christian Education: Based on the Reaction of Neo-Orthodox Theology against Postmodern Challenges

        This study analyzes the Trinitarian principles of Christian education through the neo-orthodox theology of Karl Barth, Reinhold Niebuhr, and Paul Tillich in the current era of postmodernism. Both neo-orthodoxy and postmodernism react against the epistemological ideals of modernity. Postmodernism is based on a limited human point of view, and thus becomes a captive to its own subjectivity, producing two main characteristics - pluralism and relativism. Since neo-orthodoxy appeared as a reaction against human-centered modernity, critical analysis of neo-orthodox theology can give insights to cope with the challenges of postmodernism in Christian education today. Thus, this study bases its argument critically on the thoughts of neo-orthodox theologians such as Karl Barth, Reinhold Niebuhr, and Paul Tillich, since they responded to the challenges of enlightenment through rediscovering fundamental theological principles. First of all, this study examined the meaning of God's creation and the fall and provided the principle of theistic relativism. Secondly, this study explored educational insights from Jesus' crucifixion, through His work of redemption, liberation, and restoration and suggests an incarnated relationship building. Thirdly, the study analyzed the caring and comforting work of the Holy Spirit and emphasized the power of the Holy Spirit that heals corrupted human reason and enables loving relationships. 본 연구는 포스트모던 시대의 기독교교육의 삼위일체적 원리를 칼 바르트, 라인홀드 니버, 폴 틸리히의 신정통주의 신학을 통해 조명하였다. 신정통주의와 포스트모더니즘 양자는 모두 모더니즘의 인식론적 인식에 대항하였다. 포스트모더니즘이 인간의 유한한 관점에 기반함으로써 자신의 주관성에 갇혀서 다원주의와 상대주의를 양산한 데 비하여 신정통주의는 인간중심의 모더니즘에 대항하여 일어났기 때문에 오늘날 기독교교육이 기반으로 삼아야 할 원리에 시사하는 바가 크다. 따라서 본 연구는 그 논점을 칼 바르트, 라인홀드 니버, 폴 틸리히 등 기본적인 신학적 원리를 통해 모더니즘에 대항한 신정통주의 신학자들의 의견을 비판적으로 조명하는 데에 두었다. 첫째, 본 연구는 하나님의 창조와 인간의 타락 사건을 유신론적 상대주의의 관점에서 조명하였고, 둘째, 예수 그리스도의 십자가 대속을 구속, 해방, 회복의 관점에서 조명하여 교육의 실천에 있어서 성육화된 관계 형성으로 연계하였으며, 셋째, 성령의 돌봄과 위로 사역을 통해 인간 이성의 한계를 극복(치유)하고 사랑의 관계를 수립하는 가교로서 조명하였다.

        혈관성치매에 대한 한.양방 치료약물의 처방 사례연구

        Objectives : Vascular dementia is the second common cause of dementia after Alzheimer's disease. It assumed that the ratio of prescription drugs on vascular dementia are quite different from each hospital in Western medicine or Oriental medicine, respectively. The aim of this research is to collect and analyze the ratio of prescription drugs on vascular dementia in Western medicine or Oriental medicine in university hospitals. Methods : We collected and analyzed the data related to prescriptions on vascular dementia in the department of neurology in three university hospitals(A, B, C) and in the department of internal medicine in two Oriental medicine hospitals(Daegu Haany Oriental Hospital, Dong Eui Oriental Hospital). Results : In the department of neurology in A university hospital, donepezil(69.1%), memantine(14.0%), rivastigmine(12.3%), galantamine(4.5%) were prescribed in order. In B university hospital, galantamine(57.8%) donepezil(33.3%), rivastigmine(6.7%), donepezil with memantine(4.4%) were prescribed. In C university hospital, donepezil(62.0%), rivastigmine(25.0%), galantamine(7.0%) memantine(6.0%) were prescribed. The average frequencies of prescribed medication in the department of neurology in A, B, C university hospitals were donepezil(54.8%), galantamine(23.1%), rivastigmine(14.7%), memantine(7.4%). In Oriental medicine hospitals, various prescriptions have been used for vascular dementia. Among them, Ansincheongnoetang (安神淸腦湯) and Gamijihangeumja(加味地黃飮子) were often prescribed in Daegu Haany Oriental Hospital, and Bojungikgitang(補中益氣湯) in Dong Eui Oriental Hospital, too. Conclusions : Cholinesterase inhibitors such as donepezil, galantamine, rivastigmine and NMDA receptor inhibitor like memantine have been used as a drug of choice for vascular dementia in all surveyed university hospitals. In oriental hospitals, various prescriptions have been used for vascular dementia.

        Vascular dementia(VaD) is currently considered to be the second most common type of dementia. VaD is not a single diagnostic entity, but a heterogeneous syndrome which encompasses several clinicopathological forms of dementia resulting from cerebrovascular diseases. A common form of VaD is subcortical VaD which is characterized by lacunar infarcts and deep white matter changes, leading to a progressive decline in memory and cognitive function. The neuropsychological and cognitive profiles of subcortical VaD have been reported relatively homogeneous. At present, subcortical vascular dementia is regarded as the most important subtype of VaD with getting the attention of vascular dementia. The aims of this study are to discuss the concept of subcortical VaD and its importance focusing on diagnosis, prevention and treatment with a case report.

        4차 산업혁명의 도전과 기독교 대학의 교양과목 운영전략

        우리나라의 기독교 대학들은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래에 따라 교육과정의 개정에 대한 요구에 직면하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대는 분절화된 개별적 지식이 아닌, 보편적 지식을 요구하기 때문에 지식의 내용을 통합하는 학제적 융합의 특성을 기반으로 하는 교양교육의 중요성이 새로이 주목받고 있다. 정보의 확산과 지식 총량의 폭발적 증가에 따른 지식 수명의 급격한 단축 및 지식 융합의 가속화, IT 기반의 스마트 학습의 확산과 인공지능을 활용하는 지식의 확대 등이 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 대학들이 경험하는 주요 변화의 모습들이다. 교양교육은 인간과 사회, 문화, 자연에 대한 근원적인 질문과 통합적 통찰을 요구하는 질문인 거시적 질문(big question)을 통하여 4차 산업혁명 시대의 새로운 도전들에 대한 해결책을 제시할 수 있기 때문에 기독교 대학들은 기독교 정신을 구현하는 한편, 시대적 변화에 부응하고, 각 대학의 특성에 부합되는 균형을 갖춘 교양 교과목의 교육과정을 개발해야 한다. 이를 위하여 기독교 대학의 교육과정은 기독교적 세계관 및 가치관을 바탕으로 교양교수의 역량을 보유한 전임교원을 확보하여 교양교육 과정의 전문성과 기독교적 정체성에 입각한 차별화를 동시에 확보해야 할 것이다. 이는 교양교육을 전담하는 기관의 독립 및 행정 및 재정적 뒷받침을 요구하며, 기독교적 가치 및 시대적 상황을 동시에 조명하는 균형 의식을 필요로 한다. Christian universities in Korea face the requirements of curriculum revision caused by the advent of the 4th industrial revolution. Since the era of the 4th industrial revolution calls for unified knowledge rather than segmented knowledge, the importance of liberal arts education is emphasized these days. The rapid reduction of knowledge span caused by the spread of information and an explosive increase in total knowledge along with accelerated knowledge fusion are the challenges Christian universities face today. Liberal arts education can provide Christian universities with solutions to cope with the challenges of the 4th industrial revolution by asking a big question that integrates the fundamentals of humanity, society, culture, and nature. Therefore, Christian universities in Korea have to develop a liberal arts curriculum that realizes the world view of Christianity and fits for individual university’s characteristics. Developing a balanced curriculum of liberal arts requires them to establish an individual department that is dedicated to the liberal arts curriculum and needs financial and personnel support.

        조용기 목사의 신앙: 제임스 파울러의 신앙발달론을 중심으로

        제임스 파울러의 신앙발달론은 그리스도인의 삶의 의미와 신앙의 역동성을 설명하려는 시도였다. 파울러는 인간의 신앙 경험의 의미를 발견하는 데에 공헌하였으나 그의 신앙 정의와 신앙의 본질보다는 구조에 초점을 맞춘 것은 다수의 학자들로부터 비판을 받았다. 비판들은 그의 연구가 359명의 백인들과의 면접에 의한 것으로서 간문화적 상황을 간과했다는 점에도 주어졌다. 그리스도 예수 안에서 신앙을 기술하는 데에는 개인의 배경과 특별한 영적 경험, 그리고 개인의 간증 모두가 조명되어야 한다. 조용기 목사가 기독교 신앙의 정수로서 제시한 오중복음과 삼중축복은 하나님을향한 전적인 신뢰, 그리스도의 구속, 성령과의 동행에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 따라서조목사의 신앙은 전통적인 삼위일체론에 근거하며, 그가 경험한 인생의 고난과 압박은 조목사로 하여금 하나님을 향한 더 큰 신뢰와 의존의 배경으로 작용하였다. 그는 예수 그리스도의 부활의 빛을 통해 십자가를 조명하며 일제강점과 한국전쟁 이후 어려움을 겪었던 한국사회에서 희망을 제시하였고, 내주하시는 성령께서 하나님의 자녀가 되는 특권을 부여하심을 강조하였다. 믿음의 실천을 동시에 강조하는 조목사의 신앙은 일반인들에게 궁극적인 신앙발달의 목표로서 파울러가 제시한 5단계 결합신앙에 해당한다. 성령과의 동행은 자신을 벗어나 모든 피조물과의 관계로 확장되는 6단계 우주적 신앙의 측면을 포함하지만, 오늘날 여전히 영향력을 발휘하는 생존해 있는 인물의 신앙을 다루기에는 다소한계가 있다. 더욱이 조목사의 신앙이 파울러의 신앙발달론에서 어떤 단계에 위치하느냐 여부보다는 신앙이 그리스도인의 삶 속에서 어떠한 모습으로 구현되는가에초점을 맞추는 것이 적실할 것이다. The faith development theory of James Fowler tries to make sense of the Christian life and explains the dynamics of faith. His theory has contributed to finding meaning in human faith experience but many scholars criticized its faith definition and its focus on the structure of faith rather than on the nature of faith. The criticism also indicated that little research had been conducted to examine faith development in a cross-cultural context because Fowler’s interview sample only included 359 Caucasian interview participants. When describing a person’s faith in Jesus Christ, it is critical to understand his or her personal background as well as his or her testimony along with unique spiritual experiences. Reverend Yonggi Cho suggested the doctrines of the Fivefold Gospel and the Threefold Blessing as the core of Christian faith, through which he emphasized the importance of believing in God, salvific faith in Christ, and walking along with the Holy Spirit. Thus, the faith of Cho follows the traditional Trinitarian doctrine of Christianity. Although Cho has confronted diverse difficulties, pressures, and stresses, he consistently responds by utilizing the traditional doctrine to produce greater faith, trust, and dependence on the grace of God. Cho took the cross as hope because he looked at the cross in the light of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, especially during the Japanese colonial rule and the Korean War. Cho also emphasized that the Holy Spirit comes and dwells in our hearts and minds so that gives the assurance of being adopted children of God. In emphasizing the practice of love, Cho’s faith could be in the fifth stage that Fowler claims as the goal of normal people. Cho’s partnership with the Holy Spirit is similar to the perspective of the sixth stage, which calls for people to extend the center of their faith from themselves to many others and all creation. It is a process from himself to universal faith stage, where his faith elevates to a new quality of participation based on solid foundation in God. It is difficult for the time being to measure his faith stage since his theology has been only contextualized in Korean society though he clearly displays his focus out of himself. Besides, it is not adequate to describe Cho’s contemporary faith stage considering the current influence of Cho and potential biases. The crucial issue is not to designate to where Cho’s faith belongs, but to remind that faith is real relating in specific ways to our daily lives. Thus, the next task for Youngsan theology is to enlarge its practice to the salvation of society.
