        대구시 하수처리장 운전실태에 따른 중수도 도입 방안 연구

        It has seen the significant increase of water consumption rate due to rapid industrialization, high-densities of city, and increasing the population; thereby leads further water resource required in near future. In order to solve this deficit there are one of solution that gray water method demonstrates advantages regarding the questions of optimal water utility and thereby master plan of water. The method of study is analysis of investigation data through interview and research of sewage treatment plants in Daegu City. Through these analysis, this paper examines the capacity of graywater and optimal graywater facility.

        소아 눈모음부족외사시에서 근거리/원거리 사시각에 따른 단안 절제술 및 후전술

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate prospectively the long-term surgical results of unilateral lateral rectus (LR) muscle recession and medial rectus (MR) muscle resection in children with convergence insufficiency exotropia (XT). Methods: This prospective study included 14 children with an angle of XT greater at near than at distance by 10 prism diopters (PD) or more. The amounts of resection and recession were based on near and distance deviation, respectively. Minimum follow-up was one year (mean, 26.6±19.4 months) after surgery. Results: Significant postoperative reduction was achieved in mean distance exodeviation from 22.5 PD to 9.1 PD (p=0.000), and in mean near exodeviation from 33.8 PD to 13.6 PD (p=0.000). The mean near-distance difference decreased from 11.3 PD preoperatively to 4.6 PD postoperatively (p=0.000). A Fresnel prism was used temporarily to treat postoperative esotropia in only one patient for 6 months postoperatively. Conclusions: Unilateral surgery biased more to MR strengthening than to LR weakening in children with convergence insufficiency XT, was found to successfully reduce both distance and near deviation and to collapse near-distance differences with a low risk of long-term postoperative esotropia.

        기질약시에 의한 소아 감각사시의 임상 분석

        Purpose: To study the clinical characteristics of pediatric sensory strabismus in Korean children. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 71 patients with the diagnosis of sensory strabismus before the age of 16 years. Patients with strabismic amblyopia or anisometropic amblyopia were excluded from consideration. The age at onset of vision loss, diagnosis, type of strabismus, deviated angle, etiologic factors leading to vision loss, and visual acuity of the deviated eye were recorded. The surgical results were analyzed in the case of strabismus surgery for sensory strabismus. Results: The mean age at the onset of vision loss was 4.6 years and the mean age at diagnosis was 7.5 years. Forty-one patients (58%) had congenital vision loss and the most common cause of vision loss was optic nerve disease in 35 (49%). Exotropia developed in 58 (82%), and patients with severely impaired visual acuity were more likely to develop exotropia (P=0.054). The age at the onset of vision loss and the age at diagnosis in esotropia were younger than in exotropia (P=0.049, P=0.047, respectively). Twenty-five (78%) of 32 patients who had undergonewere strabismus surgery had ocular alignment within 10 prism diopters of orthophoria. The frequency of consecutive exotropia was 40% in surgery for esotropia. Conclusions: Children with organic amblyopia tend to develop sensory exotropia. We considered that the age at initial vision loss and the severity of vision loss could play a role in determining the direction of deviation. The surgical results were favorable, but we should pay attention to the development of consecutive exotropia in surgery for esotropia.

        가미생간탕(加味生肝湯)이 고지방식이로 유발된 지방간에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Gamisaenggan-tang on high fat diet induced nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into four groups. The Normal group was fed a solid diet containing 10% fat. The Gamisaenggan-tang (GS) group was fed a solid diet containing 10% fat and Gamisaenggan-tang (90mg/100g body weight). The Control group was fed a solid diet containing 60% fat. The HFD-Gamisaenggan-tang (HFD-GS) group was fed a solid diet containing 60% fat and Gamisaenggan-tang (90mg/100g body weight). Six weeks later, rats body weight, liver weight, serum ALT, GGT, ALP levels were measured. Histological findings (Oil red O staining), hepatic triglyceride, TNF-${\alpha}$, and TGF-${\beta}$ levels in the liver tissue were studied. Results: Average body weight of the HFD-GS group was significantly less than that of the Control group. There were no significant liver weight differences among each group. The GGT levels of the HFD-GS group were significantly less than those of the Control group. However, there were no significant differences in the ALT or ALP levels among the groups. TNF-${\alpha}$ protein production assessed by western blot analysis was reduced by Gamisaenggan-tang. Greater fat accumulation was observed in the liver tissue of the Control group than in the HFD-GS group, which means the Gamisaenggan-tang has an inhibitory effect on the accumulation of fat in the liver. Conclusion : The results suggest that Gamisaenggan-tang can be potential candidate for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in clinics.

        한 눈의 시력이 0.1 이하인 순수 굴절부등약시의 임상 분석

        Purpose: To analyze the results of treatment in pure anisometrpic amblyopia with unilateral visual acuity of 0.1 or worse. Methods: The major eligibility criteria included pure anisometropic amblyopia with age <10 years, best-corrected visual acuity 0.1 or worse in the worse eye and 0.5 or better in the good eye after the wearing of optimal spectacle correction for a minimum of 4 weeks, and the minimum follow-up was 6 months. Twenty-one patients were selected and we analyzed the age at the amblyopia treatment, the type and degree of anisometropia, and the final visual acuity after treatment for visual improvement. Successful treatment was defined as a final visual acuity of 0.3 or more. Results: The mean age at treatment was 5.2 years. The types of anisometropia were hypermetropic in 14 patients, astigmatic in 4, and myopic in 3. The mean duration of treatment of amblyopia was 16 months, and 13 of 21 children with pure anisometropic amblyopia achieved 0.3 or better. The age at treatment was younger and the compliance rate was higher in the success group than in the failure group. Conclusions: The most common type was hyperopic in the pure anisomteropic amblyopia. Compliance and age at treatment were significantly related to best visual acuity attained in pure anisometropic amblyopia with unilateral visual acuity of 0.1 or worse.         중국 여성 소비자의 패션의식과 패션소비성향 및 한국 패션제품에 대한 평가

        본 연구는 중국 20∼30대 여성 소비자들을 대상으로 패션의식에 대한 분석과 이들의 패션취향 및 패션소비행동에 대한 탐색적 조사를 목적으로 한다. 실무적으로는 한류영향에 의한 한국 패션제품에 대한 태도를 바탕으로 중국 패션시장 공략에 있어서 중국의 다양한 체형 및 기후의 차이를 극복할 수 있는 전략적 특화 아이템의 한 방안으로 가변적 패션디자인을 제안하고자 한다. 유효표본 300명을 대상으로 분석된 실증적 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 패션의식에 관한 요인 분석결과 과시적 유행추구, 스타일링 중시, 타인 의식적 유행추종, 합리적 소비, 정보 의존적 소비의 5개 요인이 추출되었다. 2) 선호 스타일은 고급스러운 이미지를 기본으로 여성스러운 쉬크함을 컨셉으로 지향하며, 동시에 새로운 스타일 수용에 대한 미래 소비에 대해 낙관적이었다. 또한 자신만의 스타일로 적극적인 스타일링을 시도하고 착용상황과 날씨에 따른 레이어링 변화가 가능한 디자인에 대한 선호가 높았다. 3) 이들은 인터넷을 활용한 정보탐색에 능통함에 따라 제품자체의 특성을 중요하게 고려하지만 상표와 가격과 같은 외재적 속성을 동시에 따지는 까다로운 구매의사결정 기준을 가진 소비자 집단인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 4) 한국 패션제품에 대한 평가가 국가 이미지보다 상대적으로 긍정적이며, 한국 패션제품에 대한 구매의도가 매우 높게 나타나 중국 시장 공략 시 주요 타겟이 될 수 있음이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to analyse the fashion consciousness and to investigate their fashion taste and fashion consumption behaviors by an exploratory study targeted at female china consumers in 20∼30`s. In practical approach, this paper propose a convertible fashion design as a strategic item that can bridge the gap between diverse body types and weather of China. The result of empirical research based on 300 sample data is as follows. 1) The result of factor analysis for fashion consciousness showed five factors such as seeking conspicuous fashion trend, emphasis on styling, self conscious pursuit of fashion, rational consumption and information dependent consumption. 2) The preference style in this age group was a feminine chic concept based on luxurious images. At the same time, they were optimistic about future consumption and accommodated new style. They also used their own unique style to pursue aggressive styling and preferred design that could change layering depending on weather and wearing condition. 3) This consumer group was proficient in information search through internet and identified to be demanding both product itself attributes and extrinsic attributes, such as brand and price, in purchasing decision making process. 4) They showed positive attitude to Korean fashion products, more positive than Korean national image. They showed very high purchase intention for Korean fashion products. Therefore, this consumer group could be targeting for the chinese market entry of Korean fashion companies.

        노인우울에 미치는 동네효과와 사회자본의 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 노인우울에 미치는 동네효과와 사회자본의 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 동네효과를 파악하기 위해 사회계층을 구분 지을 수 있는 동네의 경계를 마련하고, 전체 가구 수에 대한‘빈곤가구비율’(국민기초생활수급자 가구 비율)을 산정하는 절차를 거쳐, 빈곤계층과 중산층 이상의 계층 간 확연한 차이가 있다고 판단되는 동네 12곳을 선정하였다. 만 60세 이상 노인을 대상으로 353부의 설문응답결과를 최종 자료로 사용하였다. 노인 우울에 미치는 사회자본의 영향을 파악하기 위해서는 사회자본을 구성하는 차원들을 동네애착, 이웃과의 유대, 이웃신뢰, 주민조직 참여로 나누어, 위계적 선형모형을 적용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석결과, 동네수준분산은 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났으나 동네수준 사회경제적 지위는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 사회자본과 관련해서는 유일하게 동네 주민조직의 참여정도가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 다양한 지역사회에 대한 관심과 태도 및 행동 중에서 지역사회 주민조직에 대한 참여가 노인의 우울을 감소시키는데 도움이 된다는 것을 시사하고 있으며, 실증분석결과의 시사점과 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 노인우울에 미치는 영향 요인에 대해 아직까지 우리사회에서 수행되지 않은 동네효과와 사회자본이라는 변수를 통해서 분석을 했다는 데 큰 의의를 두고 있다. The purpose of this study is to objectively inquire into neighborhood effect on elderly people Depression and the effect of social capital. This study was performed with inquiring into literature and the actual proof study to achieve this purpose. Samples were extracted and questionnaire were carried out with elderly people who were over 60 years old to measure neighborhood effect in Daejeon Metropolitan City among selected 12 places that were estimated to have significant difference in classes between the poor and over the middle class. The period of questionnaire distribution was from May 21th to May 31th and total 360 copies were distributed and collected 100% due to face to face survey but 353 copies were used as final data by removing unfaithful 7 copies. As a result by analyzing rank linear model to grasp the effect of socioeconomic status of each neighborhood on elderly people depression, it appeared that neighborhood level dispersion was meaningful. However, socioeconomic status of neighborhood level was shown not to have an meaningful effect statistically. In reference to social capital, it showed that only the degree of participation in residential organization of neighborhood affected on depression. The direction of a regression coefficient of participation in residential organization tells that the more participating in residential organization, the lower depression they have.

        패션브랜드 온라인 커뮤니티 참여유형에 따른 커뮤니티 참여혜택과 커뮤니티 애호도 차이

        본 연구에서는 패션브랜드 온라인 커뮤니티 활동을 통해 소비자들이 얻게 되는 혜택의 하위구성차원을 밝히고, 커뮤니티 참여수준에 따라 집단별로 커뮤니티 참여혜택 차원이 커뮤니티에 대한 애호도형성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 비교하고자 하였다. 실증적 연구는 패션브랜드 온라인 커뮤니티 회원 250명을 대상으로 자료수집이 이루어졌으며, SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 참여활동을 통해 소비자들이 얻게 되는 혜택에 관한 요인분석결과 ‘실용적 정보추구’, ‘정서적 관계만족’, ‘경험적 충족’, ‘경제적 혜택’의 4개 요인이 추출되었다. 둘째, 패션브랜드 온라인 커뮤니티 활동 소비자들은 커뮤니티 참여 기간과 참여 강도를 기준으로 한 커뮤니티 참여수준에 따라 ‘제한적 활동집단’, ‘활동 미특화집단’, ‘활동 특화집단’, ‘열성적 활동집단’으로 유형화되었다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 참여수준별 커뮤니티 애호도 형성에 대한 중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 참여강도가 강한 ‘활동 특화집단’과 ‘열성적 활동집단’은 경험적 혜택 요인이, 참여강도가 약한 ‘제한적 활동집단’과 ‘활동 미특화집단’은 실용적 정보 혜택에 의한 영향이 커뮤니티 애호도에 상대적으로 크게 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 커뮤니티 활동 회원들의 효과적인 커뮤니티 애호 형성을 위해서 커뮤니티 참여 수준에 맞춘차별화전략이 적용되어야함을 보여준다. 궁극적으로는 패션기업의 브랜드 전략의 한가지로 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티를 통한 e-CRM인 온라인 고객관리의 유용성을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sub-dimensions of the benefits which consumers are able to receive from online fashion brand communities; that is, to categorize the consumers according to the level of participation and then determine the appealing points for forming community commitment according to the level of community participation by comparing the effects of the benefits from community participation on the formation of community commitment according to individual group category. For this empirical study, data was collected from 250 members of fashion brand communities and the collected data was processed using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, as a result of a factor analysis on consumers` benefits from online fashion brand community activities, 4 factors were extracted: seeking practical information, emotional relationship satisfaction, experiential meetings, economic benefits. Second, consumers were categorized into ‘limited activity group’, ‘non-specialized activity group’, ‘specialized activity group’, and ‘enthusiastic activity group’ according to the level of participation (participation period × participation intensity). Third, the results of a multiple regression analysis on the formation of community commitment by group category according to the level of community participation suggested that the activity specialized group with high participation intensity and the enthusiastic activity group are more influenced by experiential meetings regarding the formation of community commitment, whereas the limited activity group with low participation intensity and the non-specialized activity group are influenced by practical information benefits regarding the formation of community commitment. Thus this study is essential to application of differentiation strategies according to the level of community participation. Ultimately, the utilization of e-CRM through an online brand community can be presented as a fashion company brand strategy.
