      • 근전의수용 소형 표면 근전위 센서의 개발

        This paper proposes a compact-sized surface myoelectric sensor for the myoelectric hand prosthesis. To fit the surface myoelectric sensor in the socket for the myoelectric hand prosthesis, the sensor should be a compact size. The surface myoelectric sensor is. composed of a skin interface and a single processing circuit that are mounted on a single package. The skin interface has one reference and two input electrodes, and the reference electrode is located in the center of two input electrodes. In this paper we propose two types of sensors with the circle- and bar-shaped reference electrode, but all input electrodes are the bar-shaped. The metal material of the electrodes is the stainless steel (SUS440) that endures sweat and wet conditions. Considering the conduction velocity and the median frequency of the myoelectric signal, we select the inter-electrode distance (IED) between two input electrodes as 18mm, 20mm, and 22 mm. The signal processing circuit consists of a differential amplifier with a band pass filter, a band rejection filter for rejecting 60Hz power-line noise, amplifiers, and a mean absolute value circuit. We evaluate the proposed sensor from the output characteristics according to the IED and the shape of the reference electrode. From the experimental results we show the surface myoelectric sensor with the 18mm IED and the bar-shaped reference electrode is suitable for the myoelectric hand prosthesis. 본 논문에서는 근전의수용 소형 근전위 센서를 제안한다. 근전의수용 근전위 센서를 의수 소켓에 내장시키기 위해서는 소형이어야 한다. 제안된 근전위 센서는 피부와 접촉하는 전극과 신호처리를 위한 회로부가 일체화된 형태로 소형화 하였다. 기준 전극은 두 입력전극의 가운데에 나란히 배치되고, 입력전극은 막대형, 기준전극은 막대형과 원형의 두 가지 형상으로 설계하였다. 두 입력전극 사이의 간격은 근섬유의 근전위 신호의 전도속도와 중심주파수를 고려하여 18mm, 20mm, 22mm 의 세 개의 서로 다른 간격을 가진 전극을 제작하였다. 사용된 전극의 재료는 땀이나 습기에 강한 SUS440 금속을 사용하였다. 신호처리 회로부는 대역통과 필터를 갖는 차동 증폭기, 전원노이즈를 제거하기 위한 대역저지 필터, 교류결합증폭기, 절대평균값 회로로 구성되어 있다. 실험에서는 정상인의 전완에서 근전위 신호를 취득하여 주파수 분석하고, 입력전극 사이의 간격과 기준전극의 형상에 따른 출력특성 평가하였다. 본 논문에서는 실험의 결과로부터 두 입력전극간의 거리가 18mm 이면서, 입력전극의 형상과 기준전극의 형상이 모두 막대형인 표면 근전위 센서가 근전의수에 최적임을 보인다.

        족관절 충돌 증후군

        The ankle impingement syndrome is an established cause of ankle dysfunction. In most cases with suspected ankle impingement, the diagnosis can be possible on the basis of mechanism of injury involved and the clinical examination. An appropriate imaging study should be selected where clinical doubt about the exact diagnosis exists. Radiography plays an important role in the initial assessment of these conditions, especially in anterior and posterior impingement. Magnetic resonance arthrography seems to be the most accurate means of assessing the capsular abnormalities present in anterolateral and anteromedial impingement and for confirmation of possible concomitant injury. Surgical treatment can be considered for the patients who did not respond to conservative treatment for more than 6 months, and has a low complication rate and a high level of success.

        족관절 인공 관절 치환술

        Although first generation total ankle replacement (TAR) had high failure rates, recent investigations have reported good results of the newer generations of TAR due to advances in implant designs and techniques. Patient selection is critical to performing TAR to obtain promising outcomes and to decrease complication rate. As the current concepts of correcting the accompanying deformity have been established, TAR in moderate to severe varus deformity of the ankle result in favorable outcomes and indications for TAR are expanding. Correction of deformity and hindfoot fusion should be performed in conjunction with TAR if needed. If radiolucency around components or osteolysis is progressive during follow-up, CT should be carried out as a confirmative diagnostic method. TAR is an effective treatment modality alternative to ankle fusion. However, we should recognize that TAR is a demanding procedure, which requires accurate techniques, enough experience, and preoperative plan for a concomitant deformity.

        기준전극의 형상과 입력전극사이의 간격을 고려한 건식형 표면 근전위 센서 개발

The fabricated dry-type surface myoelectric sensor is evaluated for the upper-limb amputee.

      • 2자유도 전동의수의 제어알고리즘 설계

        In this paper presents a control algorism for myoelectric hand prosthesis(MHP) with 2 degree of freedom(DOF), which consists of a mechanical hand, a surface myoelectric sensor(SMES) for measuring myoelectric signal, a control system and a charging battery. The actuation for the 2-DOF hand functions such as grasping and wrist rotation was performed by two DC-motors, and controlled by myoelectric signal measured from the residual forearm muscle. The two controllers were made of a RISC-type microprocessor, and its software was executed on a real-time kernel. The experimental results were showed that the proposed a control algorism is feasible for the MHP.

        This paper presents the training system of myoelectric hand prosthesis controlling according to myoelectric signal generated in the human muscle. The training system consist of a trainer, a program for training. The experimental results proved the reliability of proposed training system.

        This paper presents the grip force control of myoelectric hand prosthesis according to myoelectric signal generated in the human muscle. The control system consist of a controller for driving DC motor, torque sensor for measuring out torque of motor, slip sensor for detecting slip of torque. The experimental results proved the reliability of proposed control system.

        This paper propose the test method for performance of myoelectric hand prosthesis(MHP) according to myoelectric signal generated in the human muscle. The MHP consists of a mechanical hand, a surface myoelectric sensor(SMES) for measuring myoelectric signal, a control system and a charging battery. The propose test method is proved the reliability of MHP.
