Miliary osteoma cutis of the face is a variant of osteoma cutis, and this malady occurs in middle-aged to older women with or without a previous history of acne vulgaris. Case 1 is a 54-year-old woman who presented with asymptomatic, multiple, 2∼3 mm-diameter, skin-colored, firm papules on both cheeks and she`d had these lesions for 10 years. Case 2 is a 61-year-old woman who showed the same type of skin lesions on both cheeks and temporal areas for 10 years. Histopathological examinations for the two cases revealed compact bone formation in the dermis. We report here on 2 rare cases of miliary osteoma cutis of the face. 연근해 침적폐기물 수거사업에 대한 효과분석 연구

According to the result of the recent survey on the current condition of loss of the fishing gears in the East, West and South seas, it is estimated that 50% of the fishing gears used for coastal trap and gill net fisheries are lost every year and 20∼30% of those used for inshore trap and gill net fisheries are lost. It is reported that such loss of fishing gears leads to the loss of about 10% of 1.7M tons of the total annual catch from the gill nets and traps along the country`s coasts and shores, which amounts to 15∼170K tons. Submerged marine litters that have recently been accumulated because of the washed out or lost fishing gears significantly affect the development of fisheries resources as well as the natural environment. The purpose of this study is to identify the damages that the ever-increasing submerged marine litters of washed out fishing gears would have on the fishery and to analyze the effects of the coastal and inshore submerged marine litter collection business on the fishery management. For this, the economic analysis was carried out for the coastal and inshore submerged marine litter collection business based on the fishermen`s expenses and earnings and their catch. The result of the analysis shows that the submerged marine litter collection business is quite effective in certain areas but rarely effective in other areas. However, taking into consideration that the litter collection would contribute to protecting the marine environment as well as the fisheries resources, it is expected to have a significant impact on the protection of the marine environment even in those areas where it is not effective for the protection of the fisheries resources.

피부의 상피세포 종양에서 TGFα , EGF 및 EGF Receptor 발현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

Background : Seversl reporte have demonstrated that TGFa and EGF are mitogenic for keratinocytes. Whether its expressian on epithelial tumors is a marker of malgnancy or signifies an important step in the development of neoplasia is poorly understood. EGF receptors are also present in normal epidermis and epithelial tumors but their physiological roles are not yet understood. Objective : Our purpose was to examine the staining patterns of TGFa, EGF and EGF receptors on the epithelial tumors of the skin., and to investigate the kinetics of expresion of EGF receptors. Methods : We performed immunoperoxidase staining(ABC technique with monoclonal anti-TGFa antibody, polyclonal anti-EGF hntibody and polyclonal anti-EGF recepfor antibody on the formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue specimens of benign, premalignant and melignant skin tumors. Results : The density of the eixpression of TGFa and EGF was not or elated with the degree of the malignancy of the epithelial tumors and is neither constant in any kind of the tumors. However the infiltrative type of basal cell carcinoma(BCC) is stronger than its solid type on the expression of TGFa and EGF. All benign tumors demonstrated a diffusevattern within tumor lobules. Focal TGFe immunostaining were seen in three of 10 squamous cell carinomas(SCC) and four of 10 BCCs. TGFa immunostaining wias absent from the outermost one to two layers of tumor lobules of all keratoacanthomas. The specimens which increased the expression of TGFc and EGF tended to decrease the expression of EGF receptor. Conclusion : These data suggest that the density of immunohistocherrical expression of TGFa and EGF may be not dependent on the differentiation of tumor cells, and the pattern of immunohistochemical expression of TGFa can differentiate SCC from benign tumors sueh is keratoacanthoma. EGF receptor may be occupied by both of TGFa and EGF. With the receptor bring occupied a down regulation of the receptors may occur which results in decreased EGF receptor expression. 어촌체험이 가족관계에 미치는 영향

It is important to understand the factors in which fishing village experiences have on family relationships. The purpose of this study is to derive the variables related to the family stemmed from the analysis of previous studies, and to find and present common factors that specifically influence the fishing experience in the family relationship. Through this, we intend to find it out in addition to the visible results such as income and experience, it can be an effective policy as a means to improve family relations through mutual efforts and understanding among families in promoting fishing-related policies. As a result of the analysis of the study, two common factors that the fishing experience had on family relationships were extracted. The first common factor is 'mutual effort,' which results in trying for each other's emotions, communication, understanding, and unity. The second common factor is 'mutual sharing' so fishing experiences are generally related to each other in family relationships. It can be seen as a result of sharing the memories, pleasures, and bonds of the people.

급성 심근경색증 환자의 병원내원시간 지연에 관련된 요인

급성심근경색환자에서 증상발병후 병원도착지연이 질병과 사망률에 중요한 관련이 있다. 이 연구에서는 환자 의 증상 인식 등 응급의료체계 활성화 이전 단계의 의료기관 내원 지연의 원인을 연구하여, 향후 내원지연 시간 감소 를 위해 적절한 보건교육 및 치료의 방향을 찾고자 하였다. 연구 샘플은 2009년 6월에서 9월까지 급성심근경색으로 입원한 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 인구통계, 의료기록 및 임상자료는 병원진료기록를 이용하였으며, 병원전 지연은 6시 간이전과 이후로 분류하였다. 급성심근경색증 환자들에서 내원시간 지연에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 고령인 경우, 낮은 사회경제적 위치, 응급의료체계의 이용하지 않고 내원 한 경우와 급성심근경색을 위한 응급처치의 지연등이다. 따라서 사회경제적 위치가 낮은 계층과 고령층에 대한 급성관상동맥 증후군의 증상에 대한 지식을 높이고 증상발생 시 의료기관을 빠르게 이용하도록 교육이 필요하다. In patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), the delay from symptom onset to hospital arrival has a critical effect on morbidity and mortality. This study examined to find out the determinants of the prehospital delay in patients with AMI. The study sample consisted of 597 patients hospitalized with AMI between Jan and Dec 2009. Demographic, medical history, and clinical data were abstracted from the hospital medical records of patients with confirmed AMI, the prehospital delay was categorized as less than or greater than 6 hours. Older age, low socioeconomic status(medical aid), and low use of Emergency medical system were associated with delays in seeking emergency care for Acute myocardial infarction. Education programs to improve patient knowledge of acute coronary syndrome symptoms and promote patient responsiveness with regard to seeking medical care should be used to reduce the prehospital delay time, especially in the low socioeconomic group.

코로나19발생에 의한 어촌관광 변화추이 빅데이터 분석연구 : 거제시 다대어촌체험휴양마을 중심으로

코로나19로 인하여 전 산업분야가 타격을 받고 있으며, 더욱이 비대면 방식의 ‘언택트(Untact)’ 문화로 여가생활의 많은 변화가 생겨나고 있다. 이는 우리의 어촌체험휴양마을에도 부정적인 영향을 주고 있을 가능성이 제기된다. 대표적인 경험재로서의 문화소비인 체험관광, 그 중에서도 우리의 어촌에서 즐기는 것이 어업인에게 어업외 소득까지 연결되니 사회적으로 가치있는 관광소비의 형태임을 인지한다면 어촌관광의 쇠락이 우리사회에 미치는 영향이 상당하다 할 수 있다. 어촌관광의 새로운 도약를 위해 빅데이터의 고도화된 분석과 대안제시는 중요하며, 코로나19로 인해 타격을 받은 어촌관광산업의 활성화를 위해서 본 연구가 시작되었다. 기존 설문조사 등의 소비자 니즈분석을 빅데이터(모바일 통신데이터와 카드매출데이터)기반의 소비자 분석으로 코로나19로 인한 방문객 수, 매출액의 변화추이를 확인하였다. 당초 연구는 코로나19로 인해서 거제시 다대어촌체험휴양마을의 방문객 및 매출액이 현저히 감소했을 것이라는 가설을 가지고 연구가 진행되었지만 감소인자(코로나19)에 대한 증감인자(아웃바운드 관광수요 및 지속적인 코로나19로 인한 피로감 등)로 상쇄되어 2년의 조사기간 동안(2018.9월~2020.9월)방문객 수, 매출액이 코로나19 전후로 유의미한 변화는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 분석결과에 대한 각 주체별로 활용할 수 있도록 시사점을 도출하였다. 해양관광 관련 정책개발 담당자, 어촌체험휴양마을 관리운영자에 대한 유의미한 데이터 제공 및 분석근거를 보여주고자 하였다. 특히, 현재 여러가지 기술적 한계점에 대해서는 향후 제도적 보완을 통해 보다 쉽게 빅데이터를 제공받고 활용할 수 있다면 마케팅, 관광산업 뿐만 아니라 전산업에 걸쳐 패러다임의 변화를 줄 계기가 될 수 있다고 생각된다. Corona 19 is hurting the entire industry, and moreover, many changes in leisure life are being made due to the non-face-to-face untact culture. This raises the possibility that it is negatively affecting our fishing village recreation village. Considering that what we enjoy in our fishing villages is a form of socially valuable tourism consumption, the decline of fishing village tourism can have a significant impact on our society. Advanced analysis of big data and proposal of alternatives are important for a new leap forward in fishing village tourism. Changes in the number of visitors and sales due to COVID-19 were confirmed by analyzing consumer needs, such as existing surveys, based on big data (mobile communication data and card sales data). Initially, the study was conducted with the hypothesis that the number of visitors and sales of the Dadae Fishing Village Experience Recreation Village in Geoje would have significantly decreased due to Corona 19. Fatigue, etc.), there was no significant change in the number of visitors and sales during the two-year survey period (September 2018 to September 2020) before and after Corona 19. In addition, implications were drawn so that the analysis results could be utilized for each subject. The purpose of this study was to provide meaningful data and to show the basis of analysis for marine tourism related policy development managers and fishing village experience resort village managers. In particular, for various technical limitations, if big data can be more easily provided and utilized through institutional supplementation in the future, it can be an opportunity to change the paradigm not only in the marketing and tourism industries but also across all industries.

스포츠를 통한 지역사회개발의 활성화에 관한 연구

The purpose of the study is to find a significance of the activation of sport and Community Developement through the analysis of the economic, social and political effect that an invitation of sport·events has in the Community. So the attraction of sport·events for the activation of the Community has a possibility of playing a role in the economic Developement of the Community. However, the activation of sport in the area and the Community Developement should be decided in consideration of the demand from the residents in the Community and various aspects of the area as the main body of the Community. Also, the operation and management system of the sport·events attracted by the Community, completion of facilities, arrangement of personnels and the relation with the central government have to be well established. Accordinggly, in any case, the sport·events should take up a position as part of activating sport and long-term plan of Community Developement and it should be the events familiar to the area that can not only invite all the residents in the Community but control them.
