유아교육기관에서의 특별활동교육의 실태 및 바람직한 방향

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 특별활동의 실태 및 특별활동을 제공하고 지원하고 있는 원장 및 교사의 인식을 조사하여 문제점을 파악하고 그에 따른 바람직한 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 연구결과, 부산지역 유아교육기관에서의 특기 및 적성교육은 유아교육기관의 정규 일과가 되어가고 있으며, 오랫동안 유아교육자들이 우려해 온 학업 위주의 유아 교육으로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 유아교육의 본질을 잊은 채 선행 교육기관으로 변질되어 갈 우려가 있으며, 궁극적으로 유아교육의 정상화를 위협한다고 하겠다. 이에 유아교육기관 특기 적성 교육의 바람직한 방향에 대한 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교육현장에서의 특별활동에 대한 명백한 성격이나 개념정립이 되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 현재 각종 조기교육 및 특별활동 교육에 시달리며, 방향 감각을 잃고 헤매고 있는 교사들이 정체성을 되찾고 유능한 유아 교육 전문가로서 자신감과 자긍심을 확고히 할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 현재 교육부나 학계에서 주장하듯이 정규 유아교육기관에서는 유아들의 전인교육에 주력하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각한다. The purpose of this study is to survey the actual conditions of special activities education in early childhood field and the perception of preschool's directors and teachers about special activities education, then to suggest the desirable direction of special activities education. The subject were total 200 preschool directors and teachers in Busan. The result of this study are as follows; As like the result of Lee, Myung Jo, Jung, Sun Ah, & Lee, Jung Hwa(2003)'s survey, the special activities education in korea early childhood field is becoming regular daily routine. This trend will treat the normalization of early childhood education in our country. In order to prevent it, I would like to suggest my opinion for the desirable direction of special activities education. First, it is needed the establishment of obvious concept on the special activities education in early childhood field. Second, the plan which makes early childhood teachers to be confident as professional should be considered. Last, it is desirable that early childhood institutions follow the whole education, as like Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development.
해안림 내부의 지형측량을 통한 충남 다사리 해안사구의 형태적 특징

Planting trees is a very common practice in the coastal dunefields of South Korea as a way to stabilize dune landscapes and protect inland residential areas from strong winds and blown sands. On the other hand, disturbing the original foredune environment may deteriorate the ability of coastal lands to recover from coastal erosion after storms, causing a retreat of coastline. However, there is little information of this sort on the surface of forested dunefields. Airborne LiDAR or drone-based mapping is not easily applicable in such areas. In this study, we developed a digital terrain model of Dasari dunefields, Chungnam Province, based on direct topographic surveys with real-time kinematic GPS and total stations. We also analyzed previous two aerial photographs taken in 1947 and 1966, in order to detect an older landforms of the dunefields. Results suggested that there have been little changes in geomorphology of the Dasari dunefields for the last 50 years, despite continued tree plantings. Today, there are remains of U-shaped structures such as blowouts and parabolic dunes in the dunefields.

이 연구는 방포 자갈 해빈의 지형적 특성과 그 구성 물질을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 두 축의 해빈단면을 측량하고 이들과 상부 범이 이루는 선을 따라 구성물질을 채취하였다. 해빈면의 경사는 5~6°로 나타났으며, 자갈로 이루어진, 여러 개의 범(berm)이 확인되었다. 자갈의 크기는 두 번째 범까지는 점점 작아졌다가 이후 커져서 세 번째 범에서 가장 크게 나타났으며, 납작한 자갈의 비율이 첫 번째 범에서 감소하다가 상부 범으로 갈수록 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 기존 연구결과와 부합하는 것이었다. 방포해빈의 퇴적물들은 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 이동하는 것으로 추정된다. 남쪽으로 갈수록 방포해빈의 자갈 크기가 감소하고 원마도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났기 때문이다. 하지만 입자의 이동방향을 분석하기 위해서는 계절 변화를 고려한 더 많은 연구가 요구된다. We studied the geomorphological characteristics of Banpo gravel beach, based on field surveys and sedimentological analyses, in Anmyeon island, Chungnam province. For this, we measured two beach profiles and collected samples from 2 axes perpendicular to the coast and along the 1st berm crest. The mean gradient of the two beach profiles ranges from 5° to 6°, and several gravel berms are developed along the profiles. Grain sizes are getting smaller toward 2nd berm and bigger at 3rd berm. The ratio of plat-type gravels are lower at 1st berm but higher at 2nd and 3rd berms. These results are consistent with the previous studies. It is likely that the sediments are transported from the north to the south in this study area, because the grain sizes are decreased while the roundness are increased southward. However, the direction of sediment transport inferred from grain-size and roundness trends would be clearer when we have more data considering seasonal changes.

Effective maintenance of coastal dunes as well as survey on the distribution and current status of them are useful measures to avoid natural disasters caused by climate change and sea level rise. The purpose of the study is to provide a new list of dunes in all regions including island areas in South Korea that have been neglected so far. It also aims to present the changes in the conservation status of the dunes for the last decade. As a result, the study has revealed that there is a total of 199 coastal dunes in South Korea and over half of them are in Chungnam and Jeonnam Province. Compared to the research in 2001, the current conservation status is slightly lower, and the lengths and areas of the dunes are decreased by 20% and 30% respectively.

Coastal dunes play an important role in coastal defense. The Moraeul dune in Daecheongdo Island is representative in this regard. However, there is little knowledge, concerning the morphology, grain size, and formation timing of the dune. This study investigated the geomorphological characteristics of the Moraeul dune using topographic surveys, grain size analyses, and OSL dating. The dune was classified as ‘single accreted foredune’, which was developed under dense vegetation cover and efficient sand trapping. The dune consisted of fine to medium sand with 1.6Φ of mean grain size, and was covered with pine trees (> 100 years old). The samples from the upper part of the dune yielded quartz OSL ages ranging 0.5 ~ 0.7 ka. Therefore, it is likely that the dune developed at least before the Little Ice Age and became what it is today about one century ago.
곰솔 조림으로 인한 동해안 사구의 환경변화 - 양양군 오산해변을 사례로 -

Planting pine trees on the coastal dunes has been carried out along the East coast as well as West coast of South Korea. Although the artificial forestation has been regarded as a good policy that help to protect the coastal area from natural disasters, but its real effect to the landscapes is still unknown. In this study, we have installed a monitoring site with an automated weather station to study requirements for dune formation and its environmental changes in Osan beach, Yangyang-Gun, Gangwon Province. We analyzed the meteorological data collected from 2010 to 2019 and vegetational changes in the study area. As a result, the wind speed is decreased by around 30% and the pine-covered area is increased by around 300㎡ after planting Japanese Black Pine in 2015. At present, it seems that the eolian transport of sand particle is minimal, because the dominant winds are the westerly winds which is not landward but seaward, and because the surface roughness length is about 0.5m which is similar to that in the deciduous forest.

As the number of construction projects to be controled by a construction company is increased, much more information is generated from the construction projects. To control the construction projects effectively and make decision timely in the head office, multi project scheduling should be applied. This multi project scheduling is more effective especially for the small and medium sized construction companies because the supporting organization of the head office in these companies is not well set up in comparison with that of large construction companies. Therefore, this paper defines the fundamental and core information needed for multi project scheduling in the head office of the small and medium sized construction companies and proposes its application method.
