The company of 4 core materials that are needed for photovoltaic generation is located in area around this university in Gunsan, Saemangeum. And also, it was almost completed the value chain about the production of Polysilicon, Ingot, Wafer, modules and the design, construction of generation system. The industry-academy-government has understood that because of the relative companies’ production and investment, it leads to a supply and demand of manpower and thus will have field centered manpower education. This program will help the problem of lack of manpower in relative companies by establishing competitive major agreement like vocational education system. Also, the university and the participating company in joint have pushed ahead field business education to make the least of industrial-education’s mismatch, the training of professional manpower connected with related industries to make the universities chemical characteristics, companies securing excellent manpower and contributed to the revitalization of the regional economy. In this paper, are aware that photovoltaic industry is a future strategic industry for the country, so we will train the immediately site adapting manpower for the area of photovoltaic material and system as our goal. This is shown results of education operation for 4 years.
부하 역률을 고려한 직접부하제어 실행시 계통의 민감도 분석

Recently, the power load is growing larger and because of the environmental limitation of generation, the expansion of generation facilities are becoming more difficult. For that reason the importance of the demand-side resources come to be higher. One method of the demand-side resource, the DLC Program, has executed, and moreover, the loads which are available to be controlled are increasing. It should be considered of some kinds of power system components such as DLCs, because the fact that using the demand resources will be an important part of the power system. This paper considers the power factor of the load-bus which is shedded in the direct load control program. and then analyze the power system using flow sensitivity and voltage sensitivity. In this paper, we assumed two scenarios through the rank of the load power factor at each bus and to compare and evaluate each case, we used Power World for the simulation.
장거리 송전선로를 고려한 사고거리추정 수치해석 알고리즘

This paper presents a numerical algorithm for fault location estimation which used to data from both end of the transmission line. The proposed algorithm is also based on the synchronized voltage and current phasor measured from the PMUs(Phasor Measurement Units) in the time-domain. This paper has separated from two part of with/without shunt capacitance(short/long distance). Most fault was arc one-ground fault which is 75% over [1]. so most study focused with it. In this paper, the numerical algorithm has calculated to distance for ground fault and line-line fault. In this paper, the algorithm is given with/without shunt capacitance using Ⅱ parameter line model, simple impedance model and estimated using DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) and the LES (Least Error Squares Method). To verify the validity of the proposed algorithm, the EMTP(Electro-Magnetic Transient Program) and MATLAB did used.
자동 재폐로기의 동작책무를 위한 아크전압 판정 및 사고거리 표정 알고리즘

This paper presents a new numerical algorithm for fault discrimination and fault location estimation when occur to arcing ground and arcing line to line on transmission lines. The object of this paper is developed from new numerical algorithm to calculate the fault distance and simultaneously to make a distinction between transient and permanent faults. so the first of object for propose algorithm would be distinguish the permanent from the transient faults. This arcing fault discrimination algorithm is used if calculated value of arc voltage amplitude is greater than product of arc voltage gradient and the length of the arc path, which is equal or greater than the flashover length of a suspension insulator string[1-3]. Also, each algorithm is separated from short distance and long distance. This is difference to with/without capacitance between short to long distance. To test the validity of the proposed algorithms, the results of algorithm testing through various computer simulations are given. The test was simulated in EMTP/ATP simulator under a number of scenarios and calculate of algorithm was used to MATLAB.

최근 재생에너지 발전자원(Renewable Energy Source, RES) 보급 증가로 인한 계통 연계점에서의 다양한 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 재생에너지 자원은 분산화된 형태로 배전계통에 접속되며 이러한 분산 에너지자원(Distribution Energy Resources, DER)의 급격한 계통 연계는 접속허용용량의 제한, 연계점 전압 및 주파수 유지 등의 안전화 과제를 안고 있다. 기존에는 연계점 전압 변동과 역률에 대한 문제 해결 방안으로 배전용 변압기의 Tap을 조정하거나 SVR(Step Voltage Regulator), STATCOM, 역률 보상 장치 등을 운용하였다. 본 논문에서는 인버터를 활용하여 재생에너지 발전자원의 연계점에서 발생하는 전압 상승의 문제를 해결하고, IEEE의 13 node test feeder 계통을 모의하여 역률 개선의 효과를 분석하였다.
