        한국에 기록된 독우산광대버섯의 재동정

        본 연구는 2000년부터 2015년까지 한국에서 수집되어 Amanita virosa로 동정된 40개 표본의 분자계통학적 종동정을 위해 internal transcribed spacer rDNA 영역의 염기서열을 사용하여 수행하였다. 이번 연구에서 Lepidella 아속의 Phalloideae절에 속하는 Amanita oberwinklerana의 14개 표본, A.cf. rimosa 5개 표본, A. pallidorosea 20개 표본 및 A. virosa 1개 표본을 확인하였고, 그들의 형태학적 특성을 재조사하였다. 백색 계열의 맹독성 버섯에 속하는 위 3종(A. oberwinklerana, A.cf. rimosa, A. pallidorosea)은 아직 국내에는 잘 알려지지 않았지만, 형태학적 특징들이 A. virosa와 매우 유사하여 존재하더라도 오동정되었을 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에 사용된 모든 표본은 국립농업과학원 표본실에 보관되어 있다. A molecular phylogenetic analysis of 40 fungal specimens that were collected from the Korean peninsula from 2000 to 2015 and recorded as Amanita virosa was performed using internal transcribed spacer sequence data. Results confirmed that Amanita oberwinklerana (14 specimens), Amanita rimosa (5), Amanita pallidorosea (20), and Amanita virosa (1) belong to section Phalloideae of subgenus Lepidella, and the morphological features of these specimens were re-examined. The former three species with deadly poisonous white mushrooms were not yet recorded in Korea. Because of their morphological similarities with A. virosa, they are frequently overlooked or misidentified in the field. All collections were deposited in the Herbarium Conservation Center of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences.

        한국산 광대버섯속 Lepidella 아속의 미기록종 보고

        Amanita subgenus Lepidella is a well-known group that includes lethal amanitas. However, the taxonomic investigation of Korean Amanita species is still in progress. In this study, we collected Amanita specimens in Korea from 2009 to 2015 and classified 22 of them as subgenus Lepidella based on the morphology. Phylogenetic analysis of the 22 Amanita specimens based on the internal transcribed spacers sequences identified 16 phylogenetic species which included three undescribed Amanita species (A. sepiacea, A. modesta and A. kotohiraensis). Microscopic features of newly recorded Amanita species were photographed and line drawings were made. All collections cited here are deposited in the Herbarium Conservation Center of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences.

        지중열펌프 (GSHP) 또는 지열 펌프 시스템 (GHPs)은 뛰어난 난방 및 냉각 시스템을 인정받고 있다. 한국에서 대부분의 GSHP 시스템은 수직 GSHP 시스템으로 연구되고 설치되어 있다. 수직 GSHP 시스템의 이점은 지상의 비교적 작은 면적이 요구된다는 것이다. 일반적으로 적절한 장비 및 설치 인원 제한으로 인해 비용이 높은 것이 단점이다. 수직 GSHP 시스템은 일반적으로 수평 GSHP 시스템에 비해 비싼 편이다. 수직 폐쇄 루프 열교환기의 열전도도를 분석하여 지중 열전도도를 예측하려는 것이다. 본 연구에서는, 지열 교환기 모듈의 다수의 디자인이 가능하다. 또한, 지중 열교환기를 설계하여 지열 반응 시험을 통해 효과적인 열전도도를 평가하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 특히, 모듈의 다양성으로 GHPS의 품질을 최적화하고 비용을 줄인다. Ground source heat pumps(GSHP) or geothermal heat pumps systems(GHPs) are recognized to be outstanding heating and cooling systems. Most of GSHP systems installed and studied in Korea are vertical GSHP systems. The advantage of vertical GSHP systems are that they require relatively small plots of ground. The disadvantage is that they are typically higher in cost because of limited availability of appropriate equipment and installation personnel. Horizontal GSHP systems are typically less expensive than vertical GSHP systems. The objectives of this paper are to estimate the ground thermal conductivity of vertical closed-loop ground heat exchangers and to analyze the effect of ground thermal conductivity on the length of the ground heat exchanger. In this study, design of a multiplicity of geothermal exchanger module. Also, the purpose of this study is to evaluate effective thermal conductivity through a geothermal response test in order to design a ground heat exchanger. Especially, the variation of module optimize quality of GHPS and curtail expenses.

      • 강판 코일의 운반용 슬리브의 강도평가

        Coil of thin steel sheet is often prone to failure when it is transported and laded into yard. Evaluation for the transportation of steel sheet coil is needed to prevent from failure with steel sleeve of suitable thickness inserted into the coil inside. The coil is rolled by steel sleeve of about 150℃, internal stress of 49 MPa and it cools down to the normal temperature, and it is transported by an O-hook of crane. In this study, stress analysis of sleeve by finite element method(FEM) were carried out under the condition of typical load and thermal stress and strength evaluation was performed by an optimal thickness of the sleeve with the strength, safety, durability and optimal design being considered.

        동해안 자생식물로부터 분리된 내생균류의 식물생장촉진활성 및 동정

        동해안에 자생하는 해안식물인 개질경이를 채집하였고, 뿌리로부터 형태적으로 다른 내생균류 20균주를 선발하였다. 개질경이 뿌리에 공생하는 내생균류의 ITS-rDNA 염기서열을 분석하였으며, 분리된 내생균류의 유연관계는 Bayesian 프로그램을 이용하여 계통분석을 하였다. 모든 내생균류의 농축배양여과액을 난장이벼에 처리하여 식물생장촉진활성을 스크리닝하였고, 분리된 균류 중에서 E/PC/10/1 균주가 생장촉진활성이 우수한 것으로 확인되었다. E/PC/10/1 균주의 배양여과액을 HPLC와 GC/MS-SIM을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 식물호르몬인 지베렐린 $GA_1$, $GA_3$, $GA_4$가 정량분석 되었다. 그리고 E/PC/10/1 균주의 명확한 동정을 위하여, beta-tubulin 유전자 염기서열을 이용한 분자적인 방법과 현미경을 이용한 형태적인 방법으로 동정하였다. 최종적으로 E/PC/10/1 균주는 GAs을 생산하는 새로운 P. spinulosum으로 동정되었다. Coastal plant species, Plantago camtschatica Cham. native to the coastal region of the East Sea were sampled and then morphologically different 20 endophytic fungal strains were purely isolated. Phylogenetic analysis of isolates was done by the Bayesian program based on sequenced internal transcribed spacer (ITS-rDNA) region. Culture filtrates of each of 20 isolates were treated to Waito-c rice (WR) seedlings for verifying plant growth-promoting activity, respectively. As the results, E/PC/10/1 strain showed the highest plant growth-promoting activity among them. The culture filtrate of the strain E/PC/10/1 was revealed as containing gibberellins ($GA_1$, $GA_3$, $GA_4$) by using HPLC, and gas GC/MS with selected ion monitoring (SIM). Finally, this strain was identified as novel Penicillium spinulosum species that producing new GAs with microscopic observation and further molecular analysis with beta-tubulin gene sequence.

        서울 월드컵공원의 고등균류 분포상

        This survey was conducted in order to clarify the species diversity and distribution of mushrooms at Worldcup Park in Seoul, from May to November 2010 and 2014. In the survey, a total of 98 taxa, 98 species, 86 genera, 38 families, 12 orders, three classes, and two phyla were identified. A total of 250 specimens of Mushrooms were collected from Pyonghwa Park and 63 species, 71 genera, 36 families, 13 orders, three classes, and two phyla were identified. Coprinus atramentarius and Psathyrella candolleana were high in frequency, as ten times and nine times, respectively. In Noeul Park, 102 specimens were collected, 41 species, 42 genera, 19 families, 19 orders, two classes, and two phyla were identified. In Noeul Park mostly layed with lawn, Agrocybe semiorbicularis and Agaricus campestris were high in frequency, as ten times and nine times, respectively. There were no mushrooms in succession during three years. In Haneul Park, a total of 128 specimens of mushrooms were collected. 49 species, 57 genera, 30 families, 11 orders, three classes, and two phyla were identified. Agrocybe semiorbicularis and Phallus rugulosus were high in frequency, as four times. In Nanjicheon Park, a total of 68 specimens of mushrooms were collected. 31 species, 34 genera, 30 families, nine orders, one class, and one phylum were identified. Coprinus atramentarius and Psathyrella velutina were high in frequency, as three times. Investigation on the diversity of mushrooms at the Worldcup Park, piled up with the city``s waste, will be of the great significance in the aspect of the ecological change. All specimens examined in this work are preserved in HCCN (Herbarium Conservation Center of National Academy of Agricultural Science).

      • 구멍 가공에서 바이트의 길이와 표면조도와의 관계에 관한 연구

        The paper is on the study of correlation between protruded tool length and surface roughness in inner turning. The purpose of the study is to find out the correlation between protruded tool length and surface roughness in inner cutting by a turning machine. The experiment has been performed in various cutting conditions, protruded tool lengths and cutting speeds, with the inserted cermet tool tip(CT10). Surface roughness of the machined parts in various conditions has been measured by surface roughness measuring machine MITUTOYO-402. From the experimental results, The conclusions are as follows : Surface roughness of machined part can be kept in good under the condition, that the protruded length is 4 times of the cutting tool diameter , and the roughness is independent to the cutting speed in the condition.
