고속철도는 동기 전동기를 제어하기 위한 컨버터 및 인버터를 포함한 많은 비선형 부하를 가지고 있다. 이들 비선형 부하에 의한 고조파는 크기가 클 뿐만 아니라 시간에 따라 변하는 특성을 나타내었다. 부하 용량이 매우 크기 때문에 전력회사에 미치는 영향이 클 뿐만 아니라 이웃 수용가의 전력시스템에 주는 영향 또한 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 시간에 따라 변하는 고조파를 측정하고 국제 기준인 IEEE 519와 IEC 61000-3-6에 의해 누적확률을 사용하여 평가하였다. High speed electric trains have nonlinear loads including converters and inverters for the control synchronous motors. Harmonics produced by these devices are large, but also have noticeable time varying characteristics. Since the large loads are supplied from the power system grid, it must be recognized that not only will the system of utility be impacted, but neighboring customer system could be impacted as well. In this paper time-varying harmonics for high speed electric train loads are measured and evaluated by international harmonic standards IEEE Std. 519 and IEC 61000-3-6 using a cumulative probablistic approach.
해양경비 서비스 품질 개선을 위한 해양경비사 제도에 관한 연구

해상 및 해안에서 공경비를 보조하고 민간경비수요에 부응하는 고품질 경비서비스를 제공할 수 있는 민간경비제도 도입을 위한 기초연구로 육상 민간경비업의 현황과 경비지도사 제도를 분석하였다. 또한 해양민간경비 대상영역 탐색과 해양경비 현황분석을 통하여 해양영역에 민간경비서비스 제도의 도입 필요성 및 해양경비의 특수성과 전문성을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 해양경비 현장에서 중추적인 역할과 업무를 담당할 해양경비사 제도를 제안하고 효과적인 해양경비업무 수행에 필요한 해양경비사 자격 조건과 선발시험 과목을 구성하였으며, 경비현장의 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램을 설계하였다. 해양경비법에 해양경비업 조항 신설을 제안하여 해양경찰이 해양민간경비를 감독하고 관리함으로써 공경비와 사경비의 시너지 효과 창출은 물론 해양경비산업의 건전한 발전과 국제경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. In order to facilitate the private maritime security system with high quality guard services, the status of private security companies and the security instructor system which has been operated in land side, are analyzed. Through screening the spectrums of private maritime security and analyzing the status of maritime security guard, the characteristics and expertise of maritime guard service, and it's system need are elicited. we propose the system of marine civil guard officer who will play a major role in private maritime security domain, and design the job requirements, the subjects of qualification test and the education program to enhance his professionalism and practicality. Moreover, the enactment of a provision on marine guard company in Marine guard law will be the platform to develop a private maritime security industry and to strengthen international competitiveness through supervising and piloting private guard service at sea by Korea coast guard.
열다한소탕과 청심연자탕의 Cytochrome P450 활성 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the inhibitory or inductive potentials of Yuldahanso-tang (YDT) and Chungsimyonja-tang (CST), herbal formulas for Taeeumin, on cytochrome P450 (CYP450) drug metabolizing enzyme. The mechanisms for the herbal formula-drug interaction has not been well reported in spite of the chance for co-administration with conventional drugs. Methods : To evaluate the interaction potential of YDT-drug or CST-drug, the fluorescence-based enzyme assays on CYP450 isozymes including CYP3A4, CYP2C19, CYP2D6 and CYP2E1 were established in vitro. The inhibitory effects of herbal formulas were characterized with $IC_{50}$ values. Results : YDT showed inhibitory effects on CYP2D6 and CYP2E1-mediated metabolism, while it exhibited week inhibition on CYP3A4 and CYP2C19 relatively. CST exerted relatively weak inhibitory effects on the four CYP450 isozymes compared to that of YDT. Conclusions : These results suggest that the herbal formula-drug interaction could be occur when YDT are co-administered with drugs mediated by CYP2D6 or CYP2E1.
양격산화탕과 태음조위탕 추출물의 in vitro CYP450 효소 활성 억제 효과

Objective : Herb-drug interactions have become an important issue because of the consumption of herbal remedies has increased in the world. Yangguksanhaw-tang (Liang ge san huo-tang) and Taeumjowi-tang (Tai yin tiao wei-tang) are typical herbal formulas on Sasang constitution medicine (four-constitution medicine). This study was aimed at evaluating the effects of Yangguksanhaw-tang and Taeumjowi-tang on drug metabolizing enzymes, cytochrome P450 (CYP450) isozymes. Methods : Vivid$^{(R)}$ CYP450 Screening Kits were used to measure of CYP3A4, CYP2C19, CYP2D6 and CYP2E1 activities. This method is based on the use of fluorescent CYP450 substrates that are efficiently metabolized by specific CYP450 isozymes to yield a product with altered fluorescent properties. The percent inhibitions of CYP450s by herbal formulas were calculated. Results : Yangguksanhaw-tang inhibited CYP2C19 and CYP2E1 activities higher than that other CYP450 isozymes. The $IC_{50}$ values of CYP2C19 and CYP2E1 were 159.83 ${\mu}g/mL$ and 261.40 ${\mu}g/mL$, respectively. The CYP2E1 activity was inhibited ($IC_{50}=215.17{\mu}g/mL$) higher than that other CYP450 isozymes by Taeumjowi-tang. Conclusions : These results suggest that Yangguksanhaw-tang may inhibit the metabolism of co-administered drugs whose primary route of metabolism is via CYP2C19 or CYP2E1. Taeumjowi-tang could inhibit the metabolism of co-administered drugs, which are substrates for CYP2E1. Therefore, co-administration of the herbal formulas and other conventional drugs should be undertaken with care.
