실시간 정보 전달에 적합한 모바일 알림 구성 방식 연구

본 연구의 목적은 짧은 정보 전달에 효과적인 모바일 알림을 구성하고, 세 가지 알림 메시지 형식에 따른 만족도와 정보 수용도를 측정하여 모바일에서의 정보전달에 효과적인 형식을 도출하는데 그 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 5 일간 15 명의 사용자를 대상으로 텔레그램(Telegram) 봇을 통한 세 가지 형식의 알림메시지를 발송하여, 짧은 정보에 적절한 형식을 파악하고자 하였다. 메시지는 A(키워드), B(키워드 + 소셜), C(키워드 + 뉴스기사)의 세 가지 유형으로 구성하였고, 알림 수신 이후에는 유형별 메시지에 대한 만족도와 정보 수용도를 측정하는 설문을 진행하였다. 알림 메시지에 대한 만족도는 ‘키워드 + 뉴스기사’ 형식이 가장 높고, 다음으로 ‘키워드 + 소셜’ 형식, ‘키워드’ 순으로 나타났다. 이는 실시간 검색어와 관련된 짧은 기사 내용이 참가자의 정보 이해도를 높여 높은 만족도를 이끈 것으로 드러났다. 한편, 알림메시지별 정보 수용도는 만족도와 상관없이 ‘키워드 + 소셜 형식’이 가장 높았고, 다음으로 ‘키워드 + 뉴스기사’, ‘키워드’ 순으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 뉴스가 전하는 사실 자체보다, 이용자들의 의견이나 반응이 정보의 습득을 촉진하고 내용을 상기하는데 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

모바일의 특수성에 따른 사진의 생애주기에 대한 연구

우리는 왜 사진을 찍는가? 스마트폰의 이동성으로 일상에서의 신속한 촬영, 그리고 모바일에서 접근가능한 정보에 대한 빠른 캡쳐 및 저장이 가능해졌으며 이는 카메라로 촬영한 사진을 PC 로 옮겨 활용하던 과거와는 확연히 다른 모습이다. 본 연구는 모바일의 특수성을 반영한 사람들의 사진 활용 패턴을 탐색하는 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 사람들의 스마트폰 속에 어떤 사진이 존재하는지 파악하였고 사진 촬영의 동기를 하나의 이벤트 단위로 묶어, 스마트폰 속 사진이 탄생하는데에는 어떤 동기가 있는지 확인하였다. 또, 촬영 이후의 저장 및 관리의 과정들을 들여다보며 각 사진의 특성에 따른 공유행태와 삭제, 혹은 잊혀짐을 관찰할 수 있었다. 그 결과, 스마트폰 앨범 속에는 일시적인 가치(Ephermeral Information)를 갖는 사진이 존재한다는 것을 발견했으며 나아가 각 사진별 특성에 따른 모바일 사진의 독특한 생애주기를 파악할 수 있었다. Why we take a picture? This paper investigates the usage pattern of picture on user’s album on smartphone. According to a feature of smartphone, mobility, make people quickly access mobile camera. Now, we can quickly make a picture and do capture of information, which consumed on smartphone. The purpose of the study was to figure out 3 things. First, we investigate where people get the picture, save it or make it, whether it created by themselves or taken from others. Second, we conducted interview to understand how people manage their picture by categorizing, moving or deleting. This research will provide patterns of people’s behavior of managing pictures, and give design implications for future study.

모바일 Copy-Paste 에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 모바일에서의 Copy-Paste 사용동기와 대상을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 7 일간 5 명의 사용자 (남 2, 여 3)를 대상으로 모바일 클립보드(Copy 실행시의 임시 저장공간) 속 데이터를 수집하였으며, 맥락을 파악하기 위해 인터뷰를 함께 진행하였다. 수집된 43 개의 클립보드 데이터를 분석한 결과 모바일의 Copy-Paste 사용은 수행 목적에 따라 총 5 개의 유형으로 나타났으며, 이 중 ‘편집’ 유형이 모바일 Copy-Paste 에서 독특하게 드러나는 대표특성임을 파악하였다. 또한 Copy-Paste 수행 과정에서 사용자는 작은 화면과 터치 인터페이스라는 모바일의 특성 때문에 일부 지점에서 불편을 겪고 있었다. 불편 지점을 분석하기 위해 선행연구(ChenChen, 2014)에서 제시된 수행 단계를 활용했고, 본 조사에서 수집한 데이터와 인터뷰를 통해 세부사항과 맥락을 파악하였다. 본 연구는 모바일 Copy-Paste 기능에 기술적 관점으로 접근하는 것에서 나아가 사용자의 사용 행태파악을 시도하였고, 이는 추후 사용자 중심의 모바일 Copy-Paste 기능 개선 연구로의 확장 가능성을 지닌다. This paper investigates the user performance of Copy-Paste operation on mobile. The purpose of the study was to figure out how this function could partially overcome limitations of touch interface. We conducted an experiment for seven days to understand the purpose of using the operation. After the experiment, we analyzed the problem of performing operation, as workflow based on the previous research(ChenChen, 2014) figured severa behavior steps of Copy-Paste operation. We focused on smartphone and how Copy-Paste operation was executed differently from desktop interface. Several pain point users countered explored on touch interface. Experimental methods are as follow ; collected user data from mobile clipboard and contextual interviews.

빅 데이터에 따른 지적정보의 효율화 방안 연구

본 연구는 현재 국가정보 분야의 주요 이슈로 부각되고 있는 빅 데이터의 논리적 기초를 고찰하고 현행 지적정보의 실태를 분석한 후 이를 토대로 지적정보의 발전방향을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 빅 데이터의 이론적 기초와 현행 한국의 지적정보를 제도적, 행정적, 기술적, 교육적으로 분석한 후 이를 토대로 발전적인 효율화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 빅 데이터에 따른 한국의 지적정보가 발전하기 위해서는 정보의 질적 향상, 융복합의 기반조성, 개인의 정보보호, 전문인력 양성, 지적정보 기반의 플랫폼 구축이 필요하며 이를 실현할 수 있도록 국가의 체계적이고 종합적인 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. This study details the current state of the emerging field of ‘Big Data’ and a range of other data methods, as well as the key issues presented by them, by using a range of different resources of substantial consideration, etc. The aim of this project is to suggest a development plan for Korea Cadastral spatial information program through examining its characteristics. The study tries to identify a development plan based on an analysis of the theoretical characteristics and institutional realities of Korea Cadastral spatial information program. The results of the study are as follows: administrative guidance, technical assistance and educational facilities, build cadastral information base of the platform need to be more comprehensive in order to develop Korea Cadastral spatial information program, because Korea has significantly different characteristics of data collection, unlike other foreign countries.

인터넷을 매개로 하는 다양한 중독의 평가 척도

A rapid growth in internet use has been accompanied by emerg-ing concerns about addictive behavioral problems, more spe-cially, gaming, gambling, pornography, and sexting etc. Al-though there have been disagreements regarding the diagnostic criteria or measuring tools for internet addiction disorder, many studies have reported that internet addictive behaviors consist-ed of negative outcomes, compulsive use, loss of control, re-lapse, tolerance, withdrawal, anticipation craving, mood change, interpersonal conflicts, and lowered physical health, similar to substance addiction. There is no doubt that some adults, as well as youths, have become far more dependent upon connectivity for studying, playing, communicating, and socializing through the internet world in the 21st century. Internet addiction disor-der can be divided into various subtypes. Each subtype has similarities of character, patterns, diagnostic core features. This review presents the features, characters, and assessment tools for each subtype of internet addiction in order to provide infor-mation for screening, evaluation and management in clinical settings or addiction centers.

대학 정보통신창업지원센터 입주기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구

대학 정보통신창업지원센터(이하 센터)에서 지원된 서비스와 입주기업의 성과 간에 종합적인 관계분석은 센터 제공 서비스의 성공요인 도출 및 향후 유사한 사업의 서비스 계획ㆍ수립에 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 센터 입주기업의 성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 제반 요인들을 추출하고, 검증하고자 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였고 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 수혜기업의 제공 서비스 활용도가 높을수록 센터에 대한 만족도는 높아지나, 서비스의 질적수준이 센터 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 주지 못하고, 둘째, 센터에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 입주기업의 기술력은 높아지고, 경영개선에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 못하지만, 특허, 지재권 등 기술적 성과의 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 셋째, 기업의 경영개선은 매출액 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 기술력 변화 자체는 매출액 증가에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 입주기업의 센터 만족도도 기업의 매출액 증가에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the impact of the performance of ITBI's tenant. The study also aims to find out the relation between tenant's output and variables such as service usage, service quality, customer satisfaction. To achieve this aim, we carried out both a review of the literature and an empirical research. To verify the relation of each variable, structural equation model analysis using AMOS4.0 is performed. The results are as follows. First, service usage of ITBI's have significant positive effects on customer satisfaction of business incubation center. On the other hand, service quality of ITBI's doesn't have direct effects on customer satisfaction of business incubation center. Second, customer satisfaction of business incubation center have Significant positive effects on technology development. Third, managerial improvement of tenant have significant positive effects on the total sales. On the other hand, technology development doesn't have direct effects on the total sales. According to those results, the business incubation center should improve the service quality and customer satisfaction. Also, the center make every effort to connect the perforated line in structural equation model. The implications of these findings and possibilities of further research are discussed.
