Indium Zinc Oxide 박막 특성에 대한 O<sub>2</sub> 농도와 열처리 온도의 영향

Indium zinc oxide (IZO) 박막이 radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering 방법을 이용하여 증착되었으며 여러 가지 공정변수 중에서 $O_{2}$ 농도와 증착 후에 열처리 온도를 선택하여 박막의 광학적, 전기적 그리고 구조적인 특성을 조사하였다. $O_{2}$ 농도가 증가할수록 IZO 박막의 증착속도는 감소하였고 저항도는 증가하였으며 투과도는 약간 증가하는 경향을 보였다. Atomic force microscopy 분석의 결과로부터, 순수한 아르곤에서 증착된 박막의 표면이 가장 거칠었고 $O_{2}$가 첨가된 조건에서 증착된 박막들은 덜 거칠었다. 순수한 아르곤의 조건에서 증착된 IZO 박막들을 각각 250, 350, 그리고 $450^{\circ}C$에서 열처리하였다. 투과도와 저항도는 순수한 아르곤 조건에서 증착된 시료에서 가장 낮게 나타났고 $250^{\circ}C$의 열처리 온도까지 낮은 저항도가 유지되었다. 박막의 표면은 높은 온도에서 열처리된 시료일수록 더 매끄러운 표면을 가졌다. X-ray diffraction 결과를 통해서 높은 온도에서 열처리된 시료일수록 박막의 결정화가 잘 이루어진 것을 알 수 있었다. The indium zinc oxide (IZO) thin films were deposited using a radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering method. Among the various processing variables, $O_{2}$ concentration and annealing temperature after deposition were selected and the optical, electrical, and structural properties of IZO thin films were investigated. As the $O_{2}$ concentration increased, the deposition rate of IZO thin films decreased, the resistivity increased and the transmittance slightly increased. According to atomic force microscopy analysis, the IZO films deposited at pure Ar showed rough surface and those deposited with $O_{2}$ addition exhibited relatively smooth surface. The IZO thin films deposited at pure Ar were annealed at 250, 350, and $450^{\circ}C$, respectively. The IZO thin film deposited at pure Ar showed the lowest transmittance and resistivity and resistivity greatly increased at the annealing temperature exceeding $250^{\circ}C$. The higher annealing temperature IZO films were annealed at, the smoother surface the films showed. The x-ray diffraction revealed that IZO films annealed at higher temperature had better crystalline structures.

디지털 선박 건조에 관심이 높아짐에 따라 선박 내에 USN(Ubiquitous Senser Network)의 구축이 요구되며, 센서 노드와 서버의 응용 프로그램 사이에서 중간 역할을 담당하는 선박USN 미들웨어가 필요하다. 일반 USN 미들웨어와는 달리 선박USN 미들웨어는 선박이라는 특수환경을 고려하여 설계되어야 한다. 선박은 해상운송수단이므로, 보다 높은 안전성의 확보가 필요하고 제한된 자원의 공급으로 인해 효율적인 자원 관리가 필요하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요소들을 고려한 선박USN 미들웨어를 설계한다. 설계한 USN 미들웨어는 상황인식을 통해 데이터의 거짓 유무를 판별하여 불필요한 데이터 전송을 차단하여 에너지 효율적인 특성을 갖는다.

Interest has been growing worldwide in unconventional natural gas that has become an increasingly important source of energy in the world. Unconventional gas development, including shale gas, generally involves a larger environmental impact, compared to conventional gas development, due to its intensity and scale of the operation. There are a growing number of studies on identifying and minimizing the environmental impacts of unconventional gas development. This study aims to examines the current environmental policies and regulatory systems related to the unconventional gas development. The study shows that few environmental regulation exists concerning unconventional gas development, even in the USA where unconventional gas development is most actively pursued. Regulations, however, are being developed based on studies currently underway on health and environmental risks of unconventional gas development and on guidelines designed to reduce the risks. In a world where environmental regulations are ever strengthening, review the environmental regulatory systems and guidelines about unconventional gas need to be established for Korean firms to understand environmental impacts of unconventional gas development they invest or take part in, enabling them to manage and operate gas activities in a way that minimizes environmental damages.

This study evaluated the effect of lignin biochar on Kimchi cabbage cultivation in an upland field. Each of the inorganic fertilizers (IF, applied at 32-7.8-19.8 kg/ 10a=N-P-K), lignin biochar (LBC, applied at 1,000 kg/ 10a), improved LBC (LBC+N, applied at 1,000 kg/10a), and LBC+IF treatments areas were separated by a control (Cn) treatment area. The fresh weight of Kimchi cabbage increased in the order LBC+N > IF > LBC+IF > Cn > LBC treatments, and the length and width of the leaf were ranged from 20.8-25.7 and 13.7-15.8 cm/ plant in all treatments. After Kimchi cabbage harvesting in the LBC+N treatment, soil quality improved bulk density, pH, OM, TN, and Av-P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> than those other treatments. In addition, the total N<sub>2</sub>O flux in LBC+N was lower than in IF treatments. Therefore, improved lignin biochar application effectively improves Kimchi cabbage cultivation and can benefit the agricultural environment.
