      • 개성공단 철도운송 활성화 방안연구

        After freight train line opening between Munsan of South Korea and Bongdong of North Korea last December 2007, people"s expectation and interest about trans North-South and continental railways have been increasing. However, the commercial traffic of freight by train has not been increased as much as we expected in the mean time road traffic is more increased. This study examined the Kaesong industrial complex which has a high rail accessibility. Especially, we interviewed the owners of enterprises in Kaesong to integrate their opinions for deriving the problems and improving the business conditions. Also, this study embodied the methods for improving rail freight traffic between North and South Korea. Based on this study, we expect more research will carry out on this field to reform the operation system of trans Korea railways by Kaesong industrial complex development project and the commercial reconversion from road to rail.

      • RZD 수익증대를 위해 도입한 무인발권 시스템과 시사점

        Many rail operators have developed ticketing systems for the use of rail service and the increase of operation revenue by ATM, E-ticket and mobile tickets. Also they have operated rail pass for rail revenue by foreign tourists. Russian railways (RZD) has similar rail systems with CIS countries and sometimes same tickets. A few years ago, RZD introduced and operated E-ticketing system for the increase of passenger's convenience and operation revenue, and CIS countries have adopted and widely used this system. This study will introduce the revenue business by E-ticketing system of RZD, and forecast Russian railroad business in the future.

      • 삼척발전단지 건설계획에 따른 철도수송력 강화 방안 연구

        According to the construction plan of Samcheok electric power complex from year 2009 to year 2020, many people are interested in this area. This national project which invests about 8.6 trillion won will have great influence to rail transport considering current depression days. Samcheok electric power complex will be the largest plan in Korea, and it is necessary to have railroad construction plan as soon as possible considering the route change of domestic coal transport and the possibility of coal transport by rail from North Korea, Russia and China after reunification of Korean peninsula. Also, Samcheok electric power complex will be located in the east area railroad route and it is important to study about this area. This study will mention about the railroad route of east sea north line and Pohang ~ Samcheok line, and review the prospect and strengthening method of coal transport by railroad according to the construction of Samcheok electric power complex.

      • 남북 및 국제화물철도 운송을 대비한 동해선 철도인프라 확충에 관한 연구

        Kyung-eui line freight railway transport has disconnected after 1 year of opening between South and North Korea. Kyung-eui line between Munsan and Panmun has opened early by the construction of Kaesung Industrial Complex, but railway freight transport didn't make productive by the slowdown development of Kaesung Industrial Complex, political tensions between South and North Korea, and transport service irrespective of shipper's circumstances. On the other hand, Donghae line didn't have regular freight transport after trial run, and it didn't receive attention by locating far away from Seoul metropolitan area. This study want to consider the importance of Donghae line for preparing future international railway era, and discuss the necessity of railway infrastructure by analyzing freight transport items considering logistics surrounding.

      • 러시아 모스크바 공항철도의 도입과 시사점

        Moscow is one of well-developed city about intermodal transport system by subway line. But some airports which located in suburb area have really bad transport system connecting downtown Moscow, and many people have experienced a lot of inconveniences. Russian Railways (RZD) established airport rail company in year 2005 and they have operated Aero-Express train from downtown of Moscow to major airports. Intermodal transport system was considered to the construction of Russian airport rail system, and various types of tickets and airport rail terminals are operated by RZD, and subsidiary businesses with airline companies are promoted. This study will analyze the success factors of Moscow airport rail system and introduce the success effects, and considering points for the operation of Incheon airport rail terminal in the future.

      • 강원권역 석탄수송 감소요인과 철도수송 활성화 방안 (A study on decreasing of coal transport and promoting rail transport of stations in Gangwon province)

        2010년 철도화물 수송톤수는 약 39백만 톤이며, 이 중 석탄수송은 약 6.2백만 톤으로 전체 철도수송의 약 15.7%를 차지하고 있다. 또한 철도화물 수입 중 석탄수송이 약 15.8% 수준인 517억 원으로 철도수송 품목에 있어서 수송량 및 수익에 있어서 3번째로 큰 비중을 나타내고 있다. 그러나, 철도수송에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 석탄은 정부의 무연탄 감산정책과 주로 트럭운송에 의지하는 비발전용 무연탄에 대한 우선 공급으로 철도수송이 크게 감소하고 있으며, 이에 대해 석탄취급이 많은 강원권 물류 수송수익에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 강원권 화물운송 중 석탄수송이 감소하는 근본적인 원인에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. KORAIL’s Rail freight tonnage approximately 39 million tons in 2010, coal transportation thereof approximately 6.2 million tons, it is about 15.7 percent in the entire railway transportation. In addition, the incomes of rail transport of coal is 51.7 billion won which is about 15.8 percent of total. It is the third largest proportion of tonnage and profit on rail freight items. However, the percentage of rail transport of coal has been decreased by the government policies to reduce the production of anthracite and to supply non-thermal power anthracite preferentially which depends on truck transport. Such reasons effect to transport incomes of stations located in Gangwon province which handle coal transport a lot. Accordingly, this study tries to explicate the fundamental problems and find solution for stations to maintain its incomes.

      • 경부고속철도 2단계 연계서비스 운영방안 연구

        2004년 4월에 경부고속철도 1단계 구간이 개통되어 국민들에게 새로운 고속열차 서비스를 제공하여 고객 만족도 향상 및 수익증대에 기여하고 있다. 이와 더불어 오는 2010년 말에 대구~부산간 경부고속 철도 2단계 구간이 개통되면 서울~부산간 이동시간이 단축되고 신설되는 경주, 울산지역에도 고속철도 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 경부고속철도 2단계 개통시 신설되는 경주, 울산역에 대하여 시내와의 연계 서비스 운영방안에 대하여 살펴보고 연계 수요의 분석을 통한 연계 서비스 전후 효과를 분석하고 아울러 경제적 효과에 대한 분석을 시행하였다. 이를 통하여 신설되는 경주, 울산역에 대한 효과적인 연계 서비스 방안을 통한 고객 만족도 향상 및 철도의 수익 증대 방안에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다. In Apr. 2004, the 1st phase of Gyeongbu high speed railroad line was opened between Seoul and Busan, and this new high speed railroad service has increased the customers' satisfaction index and railroad passengers' profit. Moreover, at the end of year 2010 the 2nd phase of Gyeongbu high speed railroad line will be open, and the journey time between Seoul and Busan will be shortened and the new high speed railroad service will be expanded to Gyeongju & Ulsan area. This study will introduce the operation of connection service between new stations and downtown to the 2nd phase Gyeongbu high speed railroad station (Gyeongju, Ulsan station), and analyze the effects of connection service using connection demand analysis and also economic effects. This kind of connection service will contribute to the increase of passengers' satisfaction index and high speed railroad revenue.

        고자장 14.1 T MRI/MRS 시스템에서 양성자 자기공명분광법을 이용한 생체 외 인체피부 보습효과에 대한 연구

        목적: 초고자장 MRI/MRS 장비를 이용하여 인체 피부조직의 고해상도 자기공명영상과 자기공명 스펙트럼을 얻고자 하였다. 또한 수분억제가 제외된 자기공명 스펙트럼을 이용하여 스킨로션(피부보습제)의 피부 보습효과가 측정가능한지 알아 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: Bruker 14.1 T MRI/MRS 장비를 사용하였다. 자기공명영상을 얻기 위하여 Spin Echo 및 Fast Spin Echo 펄스시퀀스를 사용하였고 자기공명 스팩트럼을 얻기 위하여 PRESS 펄스시퀀스를 사용하였다. 결과: 초고자장 MRI/MRS 장비를 사용하여 인체 피부에 대한 고해상도의 자기공명영상과 자기공명 스펙트럼을 획득하였다. 수분 신호가 포함된 스펙트럼 분석을 통하여 스킨로션을 바르기 전에 비하여 스킨로션을 바른 후에 인체 피부조직의 수분 함유량이 상당히 증가함이 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구는 14.1 T 고자장 MRI/WRS 장비에서 얻은 피부 조직에 대한 고해상도 자기공명영상과 자기공명 스펙트럼이 보습효과를 측정하는 데 사용될 수 있음을 시사해 주고 있다. Purpose: We Investigated to achieve high resolution magnetic resonance (MR) Imaging and spectra of human skin in vitro with using a 14.1 T MRI/MRS system, and to evaluate the hydration effect of a moisturizer by measuring the skin's water concentration. Materials and Methods: We used the Brukrer 14.1 T MRI/MRS system with a vertical standard bore that was equipped with a DMX spectrometer gradient system (200 G/cm at a maximum 40 A), RF resonators (2, 5 and 10 mm) and Para Vision software. Spin echo and fast spin echo pulse sequences were employed for obtaining the high resolution MR images. The 3D-localized point resolved spectroscopy (PRESS) method was used to acquire the MR spectra. Results: The high resolution MR images and spectra of human skin in vitro were successfully obtained on a 14.IT system. The water concentration of human skin after applying a moisturizer was higher than that before applying a moisturizer. Conclusions: The present study demonstrated that the high-resolution MR images and spectra of human skin from a high field MRS instrument could be applicable to evaluating the hydration state of the stratum corneum.
