B2B 무역전시회를 통한 자본혜택이 참가기업의 관계성과에 미치는 영향

Purpose– B2B trade fairs are a meeting place for suppliers and buyers offering relevant business opportunities for a given industry. The current study purports to examine the benefits of B2B trade fairs through relationship performance from the supplier and buyer perspectives. Design/methodology/approach– The data was collected from the participants of B2B trade fairs held at COEX in Seoul, South Korea. The data was analyzed through structural equation modeling method with hypotheses, testing conducted based on relationships among the information capital, social capital. and commitments. Findings–Buyers and suppliers benefit from B2B trade fairs through social capital, which raise the affective commitment between participants leading to existing business continuance performance. Buyers and suppliers, also, benefit from B2B trade fairs through information capital, which raise the calculative commitment between participants leading to new business opportunity performance. Research implications or Originality–The purpose of participating in the exhibition is to find proper business partners to be closely committed to each other. Hence, exhibition organizers should allow participants to discover suitable, and high-quality partners for themselves by introducing the Business Matching Program.

전 세계적으로 드론이 전쟁의 보조 수단이 아닌 주 수단으로 등장하고 있다. 이로 인해, 군사용 드론은 한 국가의 과학기술이 집약되어 있고, 이것이 불시착하거나 탈취되어 적대세력의 수중에 들어간다면 국가안보에 치명적일 수 있다. 우리 군도 첨단과학기술군을 표방하면서 드론 전력화에 박차를 가하고 있기 때문에 예외는 아닐 것이다. 마침, 과기정통부에서 탐색구조 서비스를 제공하는 한국형 위성항법시스템(KPS) 사업을 추진하고 있다. 따라서 우리 군이 과기정통부와 전략적 제휴를 통해 KPS를 활용한 군사용 드론의 위치추적 및 회수체계를 구축한다면 안정적으로 군사용 드론을 운용할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통해, 유사시 우리나라의 최첨단 군사과학기술의 유출을 차단할 수 있을 것이다. Drones are emerging as a primary means rather than a secondary ones to wage war around the world. For this reason, military drones are concentrated in a country's science and technology, and if they are crash-landed or are seized and fall into the hands of hostile forces, it can be fatal to national security. The Republic of Korea (ROK) armed forces are no exception as it is spurring the deployment of drones while advocating for advanced science and technology forces. Just in time, the Ministry of Science and ICT is promoting the Korean Satellite Navigation System (KPS) project that provides search and rescue services. Therefore, if the ROK armed forces establish a location tracking and recovery system for military drones using KPS in consultation with the Ministry of Science and ICT, it will be possible to stably operate military drones. Through this, the ROK armed forces is able to protect military science and technology in time of emergency.
미래 한국의 메가시티 출현에 따른 위협 양상과 대응방안에 관한 연구

오늘날 세계 주요 국가에서는 1,000만 명 이상의 인구가 거주하는 메가시티를 각 국가의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 요소로 선정하고 메가시티를 육성하기 위한 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 특히, 4차 산업혁명의 기술은 메가시티의 삶을 더욱 윤택하게 하고 있으며 그 결과 메가시티는 주변의 인구를 더욱 끌어들이고 있는 가운데 이를 통해 정치·경제·문화의 중심지로 더욱 발전하고 있다. 한편, 이러한 메가시티의 등장은 이번 코로나 사태에서 보는 바와 같이 새로운 위협을 야기할 것으로 예상된다. ICT 기반의 네트워크화된 스마트한 도시, 1,000만 명 이상의 인구가 밀집된 도시의 특성은 현존, 잠재적, 초국가적, 비군사적 관점에서 새로운 위협에 직면할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 메가시티의 특성을 메가시티의 구조, 4차 산업혁명기술의 구현 그리고 시스템복합체계(System of Systems) 측면에서 고찰하고 이러한 특성에 대한 미래 위협으로 ‘현존’, ‘잠재적’, ‘초국가적’, ‘비군사적 위협’으로 분류하였다. 그리고 이러한 위협들에 대한 대응을 예방(prevention), 대비(preparedness), 대응(response), 복구(recovery) 4단계를 통하여 제시하였다. Today, in major countries around the world, Mega City with a population of over 10 million is selected as factors influencing each country s competitiveness, and efforts are being made to foster mega-cities. In particular, the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution has enriched the life of Mega City. As a result, Mega City is attracting the surrounding population, and through this, it is developing into a center of politics, economy and culture. Meanwhile, the emergence of this Mega City is expected to create a new threat, as seen in the corona crisis. The characteristics of an ICT-based networked smart city, a city with a population of over 10 million, will face new threats from an existing, potential, transnational and non-military perspective. In this paper, we discuss the characteristics of Mega City in terms of the structure of Mega City, the implementation of the fourth industrial revolution technology, and the system of system, and presents analysis in terms of presence, potential, transnational, non-military and countermeasures of new threats in terms of prevention, preparedness, response and recovery to be faced in the future.

The "cognitive warfare," which has emerged as a result of the Ukrainian-Russian war, has already existed in the previous war and is now emerging as a major aspect of the war, its meaning and influence are increasing. Recognizing the emergence and importance of cognitive warfare and understanding the meaning and characteristics of cognitive warfare must be accompanied by victory in the modern war. After Russia's alleged involvement in the U.S. presidential election in 2016 drew attention, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in 2021 confirmed its upward influence. In particular, 'cognitive warfare' using SNS played a major role in leading the war to its advantage and maintaining the initiative by selecting clear purposes and targets such as the international community, the people, and Hamas. This new pattern of war is gradually emerging as the world is hyper connected with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is expected that it will play a leading role in the future battle if it clearly recognizes the main contents of the new war, "Injijeon," and has the ability and ability to actively operate it.

ROK has a lot to benchmark from how Ukraine is fighting Russia back with its tactical wins. They have taken a targeted strategy to strike Russia's top generals with high precision. To carry out this strategy, Ukraine is operating a Special Operations Force, which utilizes US/NATO forces, civilian and own resources for maximum impact. Of note, they utilize Starlink for seamless connection from detection, decision-making to strike to maximize operational efficiency. As ROK faces security threat of weapons of mass destruction, Ukraine's military intelligence organization set-up, weapons system and operations can provide some guidance on how to leverage its various SOF as well.
pSDF와 이진 결합 변환 상관기를 이용한 광 패턴 인식에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 pSDF(projection synthetic discriminant function)공간 불변 필터 개념을 적용하여 기준 이미지를 구현하고, 공간 평면 상관기인 이진 결합 변환 상관기를 이용하여 동일 클래스 인식 및 클래스 판별을 위한 광 패턴 인식을 수행하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과, 이진 결합 변환 상관기가 기존의 결합 변환 상관기보다 상관 첨두치 세기, 상관 첨두치 세기대 부로브비, 신호대 잡음비, 상관폭 부분에서 뛰어난 상관 특성을 보였다. 이진 결합 변환 상관기를 이용한 광 패턴 인식 실험을 한 결과, 동일 클래스 인식인 경우 $4.1~9.6{\%}$ 오차 범위 내에서 상관 첨두지 세기가 일정하게 나타났으며, 클래스 판별인 경우 두 클래스간의 상관 첨두지 세기가 2배 차이가 나서 판별 능력이 우수함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, pSDF-based referance image is realized. Using BJTC (binary joint transform correlator) as the spatial plane correlator, optical pattern recognition for interclass identification and interclass discrimination is performed. Computer simulation shows that the correlation performance of BJTC is superior to that of JTC. Experimental results using BJTC reveal that correlation peak intensity is constant within the error rang from $4.1{\%}\to\9.6{\%}$ in interclass identification and correlation peak intensity of one class is two times higher than that of the other class in interclass discrimination, which indicates its superiority in discrimination sensitivity.
