        서울지방의 표준기상데이타를 이용한 기후특성도 작성

        This paper is to make up the climograph using standard weather data of the region of Seoul. It is made up by existed standard weather data of which the subjected region is Seoul in order to easily use work. The factors of weather data are outside air temperature and its absolute humidity, total solar radiation, amount of clouds, wind direction, and wind velocity. The standard weather data are verified by comparing with values of the existed degree day method. As the result of their verification, the difference of the data showed less than 3% each other. And, reliability of standard weather data is thought to be same as those of degree day.

        중국 고대 도읍지 해석을 통해 본 고대 풍수의 원형 -함양, 장안을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 중국 고대 도읍에 관한 각종 문헌과 현지조사를 통해 고대 도읍에 적용된 풍수의 원형을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 함양과 장안을 중심으로 현지 조사를 하였으며 이를 고전 풍수이론과 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 중국 고대 도읍은 중국 고대 천문학과 『역경』 및 점복의 사상이 반영되었다. 고대 천문학에서 중심지는 황제의 거처인 자미원과 자미원을 둘러싼 태미원, 천시원이다. 이 중 태미원은 문무대신을 의미하는 것으로 중국 고대 도읍은 태미원의 형세를 구하려는 것이었다. 또한 『역경』의 乾卦를 형상화한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도시의 규모인 規局을 중시하였다. 풍수고전서에도 陽基의 경우 규국의 크기를 중요시 하고 있는데 이는 도읍의 인구규모를 고려한 것으로 현대 입지론에서도 타당한 것이다. 셋째, 풍수고전에서도 물을 산보다 우선한다고 하였는데 중국의 고대 도읍도 산보다는 물을 우선하였다. 이는 결국 강을 통한 수상교통로의 확보, 생활용수의 공급 및 강을 통한 자연적인 군사방어적 측면까지 고려한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 넷째, 중국 고대 도읍은 음택풍수의 산 중심의 사신사가 아니라, 북쪽에 산, 동쪽에 강, 남쪽에 연못, 서쪽에 도로가 있는 양택풍수 사신사인 山川道澤이 적용되었다는 점이다. 구체적으로 볼 때 함양궁의 배산임수의 지세와 관중분지로 인해 藏風에 유리한 점, 그리고 周, 漢, 隋·唐의 도성들이 각각 두 물줄기 사이에 위치한 眞龍의 형태라는 점 등이 전통 풍수 이론과 부합한다. 그러나 秦의 궁궐이 위수의 남북에 걸쳐 배치되어 있다는 점과 장안이 뒤에는 강이 있고 앞에는 산이 있는 背水臨山의 지형이라는 점 등은 음택풍수가 아닌 양택풍수의 원리와 부합한다. This research aimed at investigating the prototype of fengshui applied to the ancient capital based on various documents and field survey of Chinese ancient capital. For this, this research was conducted field survey mainly over Xianyang and Changan, and was compared it with classical fengshui theory. As the result of this research, firstly, Chinese ancient capital was reflected with Chinese ancient astronomy, 『Yeokgyeong』, and Jeombok idea. The central areas of ancient astronomy were Jamiwon, the emperor’s residence, Taemiwon, and Cheonsiwon, which surrounded Jamiwon. Among them, Taemiwon implied literary and military officers, and Chinese ancient capital pursued the topography of Taemiwon. Also, it embodied Geonwae(乾卦) of 『Yeokgyeong』. Second, it highly regarded Gyuguk(規局), the scale of city. In the classical fengshui books, also, the size of Gyuguk was highly regarded in respect of Yanggi(陽基), and considering the population of capital, this was valid in modern location theory also. Third, classical books about fengshui also mentioned that water took priority to mountain, and Chinese ancient capital also put water above mountain. This eventually implies that they considered natural military defensive aspect as well as securement of waterway traffic and living water through the river. Fourth, not Sasinsa mainly with mountain based on Eumtaek fengshui(陰宅風水), but Sancheondotaek(山川道澤), which was Yangtaek fengshui(陽宅風水) Sasinsa, which had mountain in the north, river in the east, pond in the south, and road in the west, was applied to Chinese ancient capital Concretely, the topography of Baesanimsu(背山臨水) of XianyangPalace, the advantageous Jangpung(藏風) due to Gwanjungbunji and the shape of Jinryong(眞龍), having the capitals, Zhou(周), Han(漢), Su(隋)·Tang(唐), located between two streams respectively, etc. coincided with traditional fengshui theory. However, the points that the palace of Chin(秦) was located through the south and the north of Weisu and Changan had the topography of Baesuimsan(背水臨山), with the river in the rear and the mountain in front, coincided with the principle of Yangtaek fengshui, instead of Eumtaek fengshui.

        학교건물(學校建物) 건축설비(建築設備)시스템의 노후도(老朽度) 평가(評價) 기준(基準)마련을 위한 기초연구(基礎硏究)

        The purpose of this study is to establish the objective deterioration grades and evaluation criteria of building equipment system of educational facilities available for reasonable maintenance and remodeling of them. For the purpose of it, the actual conditions of building equipment systems of the 148 buildings of 84 middle and high schools in Seoul 20 years after construction are investigated and surveyed through one-on-one interviews and questionnaires. And, deterioration grades of them are estimated by the evaluation criteria which is proposed in this study. As a result of this study, the 10 deterioration grades and the 4 evaluation criteria of the 6 performances of building equipment system, which are heating and cooling, water supply and drainage, hot water supply and electrical power performance, are suggested. And, as a result of the survey, it showed that 24% of the investigated school buildings were estimated C grade which needs partial remodelling, and 51% of the school buildings were estimated D grade which needs extensive remodelling. And, 25% of the school buildings were estimated E grade which needs overall remodelling or alteration of building equipment system.

        Public and Experts Perception Analysis about Relative Importance of Address of Things Using AHP

        Recently the meaning of the road name address is expended as an information through the revision of the Road Name Address Act. As this revision, the address of things (AoT) become more important indicating the possibility for the expansion to the related business. However, recent study about AoT does not concern how the current priority system works from the first research. In this study, we analyze perception about addressable object between AoT experts and public using AHP analysis. We structured the importance of addressable objects as two categories; urgency and value creation. The necessity in emergency or daily, accessibility and welfare conform the urgency index. Meanwhile, public value creation in public domain or profitability in the business area and economics conform value creation index. We conducted survey for total of 89 of experts and public. The results of this study indicate the relative importance of AoT measured by experts and public. Generally, public tend to concern more about accessibility conforming the urgency index than experts. Moreover, the public WiFi and the sports complex scored the high priority among the remain addressable objects, in respect of the urgency and the value creation. This result could be implemented for the activation of the smart city industry base on the geospatial information including AoT.

        패시브 솔라 하우스의 축열바닥 전열특성

        The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of solar radiation on the room temperature when it enters concrete floor as the heat storage in direct heat gain system of passive solar house. In this study, simulation model which 2-dimensional heat transfer is assumed by dividing the floor is carried out. In addition, possibility of simulation of the high accurate heat transfer is experimented by investigating the thermal properties of heat transfer system in the simplified thennal model. As the result, simulation could be accomplished highly accurately by some major thermal properties of heat transfer system in the simplified model. Room temperature was practically simulated under some conditions in the instantaneous diffusing model of the floor influenced by solar radiation. Temperatures of each part of the floor as the thermal storage was largely dependent upon the positions by influence of direct solar radiation. It is necessary that thermal model considered heat transfer around the concrete floor incident solar radiation should be established in order to investigate heat radiant environment, the influence of cross heat radiation, and the positions between openings and thermal storage.

        교육시설의 실내환경 특성 분석에 관한 연구

        This study is to propose the basic data for deciding remodeling of wornout educational facilities. In order of it, the indoor environmental standard, the actual conditions of thermal environment and sound insulation of walls were examined through field measurement in the subjected open elementary school(J school) and modernization model of elementary school(Y school) which they are located in Seoul. As the result, standard for indoor environmental factors of educational facilities which is established by Ministry of Education is not subdivided into indoor environmental performances considering usages and characteristics of classrooms for comfortable indoor environment. The vertical temperature difference in general classroom and in open classroom showed to be 11.2℃ and 12.1℃ respectively, while indoor temperature of special classroon was, on the whole, higher than that of any other classroom due to its specific heat flux of wall materials. The sound insulation performance of the masonry brick wall of classroom satisfied the minimum standard of AIJ, Architectural Institute of Japan, in the open elementary school and the modernization model of elementary school. That is to say, the movable partition wall between the classroom and the corridor disturbed students in their class in the open school.
