      • NI-9215를 이용한 전기적 신호분석방법에 관한 연구

        This paper is purposed to develop hardware and monitoring program to select NI-9215 of NI comp., which can be used in developing electrical equipment, to analyze and detect the 1∼1000㎃ and 1∼100A current signals. In this paper, The hardware which can interface with current sensors(CTL-24-S28-10Z and CTL-24-TE), is developed by NI-9215 of NI comp. The NI-9215 for use with NI USB chassis includes four simultaneously sampled analog input channels and successive approximation register(SAR) 16-bit analog-to-digital converters.(ADCs) The NI-9215 contains a channel-to-earth ground doubleisolation barrier for safety and noise immunity, and high common-mode voltage range. The monitoring program which can interface with NI-9215, is developed by SignalExpress of LabVIEW. The monitoring program are developed to analyze well at the same time on electrical signals such as RMS value, instantaneous value of current, THD, FFT signals etc, and to measure abnormal signals on the electrical wires. Verification experiment was conducted to evaluate usefulness and availability of the schemes in this paper.

      • NI-9215를 이용한 직렬아크의 시간 및 주파수 영역 분석

        This paper is aimed to analyze arc hazard for time and frequency domains using a hardware and a monitoring program to select NI-9215 of NI comp., which can be used in developing electrical equipment, to analyze and detect the 1∼1000㎃ and 1∼100A current signals. In this paper, when the breaker simultaneously inputs arc(UL 1699), leakage current and current(heat loads), the characteristics of arc were analyzed by the leakage current and current signals on electric wire which were installed, and also analyzed by the changes of RMS, instantaneous of waveform value in time domain and frequency. As results of the experiments by NI-9215, the arc current waveform showed the same characteristic in all measurement points of heat load. But the leakage current waveform and RMS was different in each measurement point. When arc occurred, the leakage waveform and RMS were of current value increased.

        In this study, the configurations and arrangement of DJFC (Double Jet Film Cooling) holes were optimized by using the surface response method. As the design parameters, the lateral compound angles(β1, β2=14˚~ 18˚) and the area ratios of lower and upper cooing holes(A1/A2=0.75~1.33) were considered, when the total area values of cooling holes were kept being constant. Numerical analysis was performed by using ANSYS CFX 14.5 with SST (Shear Stress Transport) turbulent model. The optimum configuration was chosen and relevant mechanisms for the enhanced cooling performance were elucidated by investigations of flow and cooling characteristics. The film cooling effectiveness distributions of representative cases were graphically depicted with various geometrical configurations.

        이산사건 시뮬레이션을 이용한 고층건축공사의 타워크레인 양중시간 예측모델

        The selection of appropriate tower crane is a critical for successful project completion in high-rise building construction. It is because the higher buildings are the more resources they need and the longer transportation distance they have. The prediction of hoisting time, which is one of the most important task for selecting the appropriated tower crane, mainly depends on the experience of practitioners and/or historical data. However, with this method, it is difficult to predict the accurate result considering site condition such as the increase of the transportation distance, the layout of stockyard, the specification of various tower cranes, and so on. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose a prediction model for hoisting times of tower crane using discrete-event simulation technique in high-rise building construction. To validate the proposed model, it was applied to actual cases of hoisting time using tower crane in high-rise building projects. As a result, it is a well-constructed model similar to actual transportation using tower crane on-site. The model can support the planner to make a plan of tower crane selection in the future project.

        건설산업의 지식관리체계 구현을 위한 주체별 역할

        건설교통부는 지식기반 경영을 통한 건설산업의 고부가가치화를 위하여 $\lceil$건설산업의 지식기반 구축$\rfloor$을 제시하였다. 그러나 여러 주체들(정부, 연구소/대학, 기업 등)이 지식관리를 추진하기 위한 가이드라인이 없어서 건설산업의 지식관리체계 구현에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 연구의 목표는 3005년 건설CALS/EC 구현과 함께 건설산업의 지식포털을 구축하기 위하여 건설산업 각 주체(정부, 연구소/대학, 건설업체 등)가 지식활동을 원활하게 할 수 있는 역할을 제시하는 것이다. 이 목표를 달성하기 위하여 지식관리와 관련된 현황분석, 건설산업 지식관리 구현방향 제시, 건설산업 지식관리체계 구현을 위한 추진전략을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과로 건설산업 지식관리체계의 추진전략을 수립하여 전략을 달성하기 위한 각 주체(정부, 연구소/대학, 건설업체)의 역할을 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 건설산업을 고부가가치 산업으로 선도할 지식관리체계 구현과 지식포털 구축을 위하여 건설산업의 각 주체들이 실천할 수 있는 유용한 매뉴얼이 될 것이다. MOCT(Ministry of Construction & Transportation) suggested 'A Plan for Implementation of Knowledge-based Economy for the Construction Industry' to add high value to the construction industry by means of knowledge-based management techniques. However, there are no guidelines which help the bodies of the construction industry(government, research center / university, enterprise, etc) with doing a knowledge management. So it is difficult to implement the knowledge management systems for the construction industry. To establish the knowledge portal for the construction industry, the objective of this study is to present works, which help the bodies of the construction Industry(government, research center/university, enterprise, etc) with doing knowledge activities efficiently. To accomplish this objective, we analyzed the overall knowledge management activities. And we suggested an implementing direction of the knowledge management systems for the construction industry and a strategy for implementing the knowledge management systems in the construction industry. As results of this study, we established a strategy of knowledge management and works of the bodies of the construction industry(government, research center / university, enterprise, etc) We expect that the results of this study will be used as a manual of the bodies of the construction industry for implementing knowledge management systems and the knowledge portal that brings the construction industry to high value added industry.

        국내 건설엔지니어링 업체의 대외경쟁럭 저하원인 분석을 통한 해외진출 활성화 방안

        건설엔지니어링의 사업비는 공사비의 $3\~5\%$ 정도에 지나지 않으나, 최종 사업목적물의 성능을 결정하는데 커다란 영향을 미치고 있어 매우 중요하다. 그러나 그동안 정부 및 민간업체에서는 시공분야보다 건설엔지니어링분야의 기술개발투자 및 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대책마련이 미흡하였다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 미개척국가이면서, 시장의 잠재력이 큰 러시아, 리비아, 인도네시아를 대상으로 국내 건설엔지니어링업체의 경쟁력을 SWOT 분석법을 이용하여 비교 $\cdot$ 분석하였고, 해외출장 및 관련전문가의 면담조사로 국내업체의 해외 진출시 문제점 및 애로사항을 조사 분석하였다. 또한, 본고에서는 건설엔지니어링 업체의 기술력 향상과 대외경쟁력 저하원인을 다양한 측면으로 분석하여 해외시장으로 진출하기 위한 정부 및 민간차원의 해외진출 활성화 방안을 마련하였다. 특히, 국내업체의 해외진출 활성화 방안으로, 해외 정보 수집지원방안, 조세 및 보조금 지원방안, 타 기관과의 전략적 제휴방안 등을 제안하였다. The construction engineering field is less than $3\~5\%$ of the gross construction cost but engineering's role is very important because the performance of final facility is decided in the engineering stage. Nevertheless, before now government and private compares are more concentrated on construction works than making strategy to strengthen the competitiveness and technical development of investment in construction engineering sectors. Therefore this research have compared and analyzed the competitiveness of domestic construction engineering companies throughout analytic method 'SWOT' to those developing countries, which are potential big market objects, such as Russia Libya and Indonesia Such research was obtained through business trip & consultation with related specialists for the difficulties of domestic companies in advancing into overseas market. Moreover this research have analyzed the technical improvement of construction engineering companies and reason for competitiveness weaken by various aspects, it provides governmental and private plans to advance into overseas market Especially, to strengthen domestic companies into advancing overseas market it has suggested that tax & subsidy privileges, supporting plans for obtaining information of overseas and strategies cooperation with other organizations.

        강교량 설치 가설공사의 최적화설계 지원시스템 개발

        강교량 가설공사의 설계는 그동안 과거유사사업의 자료를 토대로 설계자의 경험에 의존하여 진행되어 왔다. 이로 인해 실제 현장에서 소요되는 가벤트에 대하여 과대설계 논란이 있으며, 시공단계에 불필요한 설계변경을 야기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 강교의 설계작업 과정에서 생성되는 설계 자료와 가설공사의 수행에 필요한 자원에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 강교 설치 가설공사의 최적화설계 지원 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통하여 가설시설물에 대한 설계를 최적화하며, 설계변경을 줄이는 데에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 설계정보를 시공단계에 활용하게 함으로써 업무의 효율성과 정확성을 제고하였다. Design of steel $bridge^{\circ}AEs$ temporary works has conducted relying on the experiences of engineers based on the previous similar projects. Consequently, there have been arguments against over-design of temporary bents to be required at the actual construction sites, and unnecessary design changes have been issued at the construction stage. In this study, we have developed an optimum design support system for temporary works of the steel bridge construction through establishing the database for the materials to be needed for implementation of temporary works. We've also improved the accuracy and efficiency of the works through the design optimization for temporary works, and contributed to reduce design changes as well as to utilize the design informations at the construction stage.
