효문화지원센터의 기본 체계 연구 -길버트와 테렐의 이론적 틀을 중심으로-

그동안 국가는 노인인구의 증가, 노인취업의 문제, 가족부양의식의 변화 등 문제를 대처하기 위해 1981년 노인복지법을 제정하였다. 그러나 관련제도의 한계에 따른 새로운 제도적 요청이 필요한 시점이다. 급속한 사회변동에 따른 저출산·고령화로 인한 부양의식의 약화, 세대간 갈등, 독거 死 등 새로운 사회문제가 나타나고 있다. 따라서 노인문제 심화를 해결하기 위해서는 이미 법제화 되어 있는 「효행 장려 및 지원에 관한 법률」을 실행할 수 있는 있는 서비스 기관이 필요하다. 즉, ‘효문화지원센터’의 설립을 통한 서비스 지원이다.본 연구에서는 ‘효문화지원센터’에서 지원하는 서비스는 ‘공공재’로 인식하여 정책적으로 선택할 필요성을 느꼈다. 따라서 “효”의 문제를 개인적 재화로 보기보다는 공공의 재화로 여겨, “효” 정책을 선택의 차원이라는 것으로 개념화하고 각각의 선택의 차원에 관련된 이론적 가정과 사회적 가치, 그리고 대안들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. Therefore, elderly issues that have already been enacted in order to deepen the resolve to run a service organization that "promotes filial piety and the law on support" is needed. In other words, the support services through the establishment of ``effective cultural support.In this research service that is supported by the ``effective cultural support "felt the need to choose a policy to recognize the`` public good ``.Therefore, the "effective" regarded as goods in the public rather than look at individual commodities the issue of "frozen" conceptualizing a policy to that level of choice and the theoretical assumptions and social values associated with the dimensions of each choice, and explores for alternatives

전문적 인식이 사회복지사의 전문직업적 정체성에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 우리나라 사회복지사들의 전문직업적 정체성에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보고 이들 요인간의 상대적 영향력을 규명하고자 하는 연구이다. 기존의 사회복지사의 전문직 정체성의 연구와 달리, 본 연구는 동일한 설문지로 9년여 걸쳐 지속적으로 연구해 온 자료로 더욱 의미가 있다. 이를 위하여 인천에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사(사회복지전담 공무원 포함) 500명을 대상으로 3년 마다 주기로 9년 동안 실시하였고, 최종적으로 1,277부를 분석하였다. 사회복지사의 전문적 인식에서 ‘지식’, ‘권위’, ‘문화’의 3가지 하위요인이 유의미한 것으로 나타나 요인분석모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지사의 전문직업적 정체성을 확보하는데 어떤 하위요인들을 중요하게 지켜나갈지에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the professional identity of Korean social workers and to investigate the relative influence of these factors. Unlike the study of professional identity of existing social workers, this study is more meaningful as the same questionnaire which has been continuously studied over 9 years. For this purpose, 500 social workers (including social welfare officers) working in Incheon were enrolled for a period of 9 years with a cycle of 3 years every year. Finally, 1,277 copies were analyzed. In the social worker's professional recognition, three sub - factors such as' knowledge', 'authority' and 'culture' were significant. Based on the results of this study, it was discussed what subordinate factors should be important to secure the professional identity of the social worker.

적층조건 최적화된 압전 후막 소자를 이용한 진동 압전 에너지 하베스팅 시스템

Research about optimizing lamination condition in order to improve the properties of piezoelectric thick films fabricated by tape casting has found that the highest piezoelectric strain constant (260.2 pC/N) is obtained at 2 MPa pressure and 180 second press time lamination condition. The sintering temperature of the samples was 1100 °C. A piezoelectric energy harvesting (PEH) system was subsequently designed based on a cantilever beam structure, in which an optimized PZT thick film was attached to a stainless steel substrate. Analysis of the frequency tendency of this system’s open circuit voltage identified a maximum peak of 4.08 V <SUB>RMS</SUB> and a resonance frequency of 35Hz. Measurement of the output voltage and output power of the PEH system also revealed that a maximum output power density of 0.21 mW/㎤ could be achieved at a matching load of 900 kΩ. These results show that a material with a sufficiently high energy density for use in energy harvesting devices can be achieved by subjecting a PZT thick film to optimized lamination conditions.
