        불임경험의 사회적 기제(Mechanism)와 간호

        Pregnancy and delivery are the God's blessing as well as the right of all married women. But, these are agonizing events for the infertile women. Therefore, supportive nursing care for the infertile women is crucial in the process of diagnosis and treatment of infertility. The introduction of In Vitro Fertilization is a solution for infertility. But we take it serious that such socio-cultural factors as patriarchism, sex role, and motherhood are negatively influencing infertility women's experiences. Thus, nurses who take care of the infertile women need to have feministic perspectives as well as medical information, and expertise so that they could reach a comprehensive understanding on infertile women's experiences.

        학교폭력 사례기반추론(SV-CBR)시스템의 개발과 지식공유

        본 연구의 목적은 학교폭력 업무 초보자가 겪는 스트레스와 심리적 부담을 경감하기 위한 도구로써 SV-CBR시스템을 설계하고 개발하고, 사용자들의 지식공유는 어떠한가를 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SV-CBR시스템 설계와 개발의 결과는 어떠한가? 둘째, 개발된 SV-CBR시스템에 대한 사용자 반응은 어떠한가? 이를 위해 본 연구는 SV-CBR시스템을 설계·개발 연구방법론의 단계에 따라 설계하고 개발하였다. 첫째, SV-CBR시스템 설계를 위해 연구문제를 정의하고 선행연구와 문헌조사를 통해 학교폭력 사례베이스 구성에 필요한 항목을 고찰하여 설계 원리를 도출하였다. 둘째, SV-CBR시스템 도입에 관한 실태파악과 요구조사 문항을 개발하여 전문가 검증을 받은 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 반영하여 사례선정, 색인, 사례베이스, 화면 및 코드를 설계하였다. 셋째, 이러한 설계를 기반으로 SV-CBR시스템을 개발하고 전문가 검증을 받았다. 넷째, 개발된 SV-CBR시스템을 이용한 사용자의 지식공유는 어떠한가를 탐색하기 위해 질문지 문항을 개발하여 전문가 검증을 받은 후에 반응평가를 실시하였다. 끝으로, 반응평가 결과를 참고하여 개발된 SV-CBR시스템을 수정·보완하였다. SV-CBR시스템에 대한 유용성, 효과성, 만족도의 반응평가 결과, 전문가와 교사는 초보자와 심리상담사 보다 높게 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 SV-CBR 시스템은 사례를 공유하게 함으로써 학교현장에서 학교폭력 담당자 간 발생하는 학습전이를 돕고 문제해결을 위해 필요한 유사한 사례를 추론하는 데 도움이 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to design and develop SV-CBR system as a tool to reduce the stress and psychological burden of beginners in school violence work and to explore how users share knowledge. The research questions are as follows: First, what are the results of the design and development of SV-CBR system? Second, what are the user’s reactions on the developed SV-CBR system? For the purpose of the study, the SV-CBR system was designed and developed according to the design and development research method, including first, the research questions were defined for the design of the SV-CBR system and the design principles were derived by examining the items necessary for the composition of the case base of school violence through previous studies and literature review; second, the survey was conducted after the expert verification by developing the question of the actual condition and the needs analysis on the introduction of the SV-CBR system. Reflecting this survey result, case selection, index, case base, screen and code were designed; third, SV-CBR system was developed and expert verification was obtained; fourth, to explore the knowledge sharing of users using the developed SV-CBR system, questionnaire questions were developed and the response evaluation was conducted after expert verification; finally, the developed SV-CBR system was modified and revised by referring to the response evaluation results. As a result of the response evaluation of usefulness, effectiveness and satisfaction for SV-CBR system, experts and teachers evaluated it higher than beginners and psychological counselors. The study was found that the SV-CBR system helps occur learning transfer among school violence staffs in the school by making them share cases and is helpful to infer similar cases necessary for solving problems.

        보드게임을 활용한 부모교육 참여 경험에 대한 의미연결망분석

        본 연구의 목적은 보드게임을 활용한 부모교육 프로그램 참여자의 경험을 분석하여 부모교육에서 교육·학습 도구로써 보드게임의 활용과 교육적 가치를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위한 연구의 참여자는 보드게임을 활용한 부모교육에 참여한 3명의 어머니들이었다. 참여자의 면담자료를 정제하여 1,171개 주제어를 추출하였고 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 빈도분석과 의미연결망분석을 실시하여 보드게임의 활용과 교육적 가치를 보여주는 네트워크 분석지표와 지도를 제시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 참여자들의 관심 주제어는 ‘보드게임’, ‘게임’, ‘생각’, ‘아이’, ‘사람’ 등등이며, 보드게임 활동과정에서 참여자간상호작용과 행위의 관찰 및 모방으로 사고가 전환됨을 보여주었다. 둘째, ‘게임’, ‘생각’, ‘아이’, ‘사람’, ‘배움’, ‘재미’ 등의 중심성 주제어는 참여자들의 공통적 경험내용으로 참여자간 지지와 격려의 경험이 협력적 성찰과 학습동기의 강화로 나타났다. 셋째, 보드게임의 참여자 경험은 크게 인식변화, 자기이해, 관계형성으로 세분화됨을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 연구결과에 대한 함의, 교육매체와 교수·학습방법과 관련한 시사점, 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언이 언급되었다. The purpose of this study was to explore the usage as educational instruments and the value as teaching-learning methods of board games by analyzing the experience of the participants in a parent education program using board games. The participants consisted of three mothers from the parent education program using board games. The participants were interviewed and then, 1,171 key words were derived from the participants’ interview data. Frequency analysis and a semantic network analysis were conducted with the core key words that showed high co-appearance frequency rate among the 1,171 key words. The research results were as follows: First, participants expressed interest in the order of ‘board games’, ‘games’, ‘thinking’, ‘children’, and ‘people’, and showed that thoughts were changed due to the observation and imitation of interactions and behaviors among participants in board games activities. Second, the key words of ‘games’, ‘thinking’, ‘children’, ‘people’, ‘learning’, and ‘fun’ were the contents of the participants’ common experiences, and the experience of support and encouragement among the participants has been shown to be a strengthening of cooperative reflection and learning motivation. Third, the experiences of the participants in the study were divided into change of perception, self-understanding, and relationship formation. Lastly, implications of the findings, suggestions for educational instruments and teaching-learning methods, limitations, and directions for future research were discussed.

        재가 뇌졸중 환자 가족의 주간재활간호 서비스 요구와 관련요인

        This study was carried out to find out the basic data required to plan and develop Rehabilitation Day Care Program for the stroke survivor's family in Korea. The subjects comprised of 92 stroke survivor's family who discharged from 4 hospitals in Seoul during the past 2 years. The data were collected from August 3, 1998 to September 18, 1998, through interviews with questionnaires about general characteristics, activities of daily living, depression and service need of rehabilitation day care program at the outpatient clinics by trained nursing graduates. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 10.0 program. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The mean score of the general need of rehabilitation day care program of stroke survivor's family was 3.10(range 1-4). The highest need among the service categories of the rehabilitation day card program was self-care and restorative activities category(3.30), and health services referral category, recreation category, psychosocial activities category in order. The needs of each category are as follows. In the health services referral category, the need for dental examination and medical examination were highest, followed by the need for physical therapy and occupational therapy. In the psychosocial activities category, the need for family counselling was highest. In the self-care and restorative activities category, the need for ROM exercise training was highest, followed by bowel training, and ambulation training. 2. The need of family for rehabilitation day care program service displayed a correlation with the level of education, ADL, and the level of depression, and a reverse correlation with age, illness intrusiveness, depression, knowledge, subject and object burden and relationship with stroke survivors. 3. The stepwise multiple linear regression analysis revealed following results. For the need for rehabilitation day care program service, 22.6% of the variance was initially explained by level of family's knowledge about caring method for stroke survivors, 8.8% was the level of subjective burden and 5.4% was relationship with stroke survivors. In conclusion, above characteristics should be considered to develop stroke survivors' rehabilitation day care program.
