The dead time which is inserted in switching signals of PWM voltage source inverters distorts its output. As a result, the deviations of real fundamental voltage and phase compared with the reference are occurred. And also the harmonics on its output are increased. In this paper, numerical analysis of the distorted voltage on the output of inverter caused by switching dead time is performed. With the calculation results, the fundamental voltage gain and phase deviations according to the modulation index, load displacement factor and dead time are presented. PWM 전압형 인버터의 스위칭 신호에 삽입되는 데드타임은 인버터의 출력에 왜형을 발생시키다. 그 결과, 지령에 대비한 기본파분 전압의 크기 및 위상의 편차가 발생한다. 뿐만 아니라 인버터 출력에 고조파를 증가시킨다. 본 논문에서는 스위칭 데드타임에 기인한 인버터 출력의 왜형분 전압에 대한 수식적 해석을 수행하였다. 연산 결과로써, 전압변조율, 부하 기본파 역율 및 데드타임에 다른 출력 전압의 기본파 전압 이득 및 위상 편차를 나타내었다.

A circuit model simulating the electrical characteristics of EEFL(External Electrode Fluorescent Lamp) is proposed. The model is based on linear approximation that represents the equivalent resistance and capacitance as a function of power. Simulation waveforms and experimental results are presented to verify feasibility of the equivalent model.

Recently, many nation have released standard such as IEC 61000-3-2 and IEEE 59, which impose a limit on the harmonic current drawn by equipment connected to AC line in order to prevent the distortion of an AC Line. Therefore, Plasma Display Panel (PDP) which is highlightened in digital display device also has the Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit to meet the harmonic requirements. In PDP power module, the conventional boost converter is usually used for the PFC circuit. However, it comes serious thermal problem on it's bridge diode due to heat of PDP, and therefore the system stability is not guaranteed. In this paper, the bridgeless boost converter, which is used for PFC circuit of the PDP power module, is designed and verified the possibility of the application in a practical product in a view of efficiency, component count, temperature and etc.

챗봇서비스는 AI서비스와 연계하여 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. AI에 대한 보안 연구는 초기 단계이고, 이를 이용한 서비스 구현단계에서의 실질적인 보안 연구는 더욱 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문은 AI서비스와 연계된 챗봇서비스에 대한 보안요구사항을 분석한다. 먼저, 본 논문에서는 최근 발표된 AI보안에 대한 논문과 자료들을 분석한다. 시장에서 서비스가 제공되는 있는 챗봇서비스를 조사하여 일반적인 구현 모델을 정립한다. 구현 모델에는 챗봇관리시스템과 AI엔진이 포함된 5개의 구성요소가 포함되어 있다. 정립된 모델에 기반하여 쳇봇서비스에 특화된 보호자산과 위협을 정리한다. 위협은 실제 운영중인 챗봇서비스 담당자 설문을 통해 챗봇 서비스에 특화된 위협을 중심으로 정리한다. 10개의 주요 위협이 도출되었다. 정리된 위협에 대응하기 위해 필요한 보안 영역을 도출하였고, 영역별로 필요한 보안요구사항을 분석하였다. 이는 챗봇서비스 보안 수준을 검토하고 개선하는 과정에서 보안평가 기준으로 활용될 것이다. Chatbot services are used in various fields in connection with AI services. Security research on AI is also in its infancy, but research on practical security in the service implementation stage using it is more insufficient. This paper analyzes the security requirements for chatbot services linked to AI services. First, the paper analyzes the recently published papers and articles on AI security. A general implementation model is established by investigating chatbot services provided in the market. The implementation model includes five components including a chatbot management system and an AI engine Based on the established model, the protection assets and threats specialized in Chatbot services are summarized. Threats are organized around threats specialized in chatbot services through a survey of chatbot service managers in operation. Ten major threats were drawn. It derived the necessary security areas to cope with the organized threats and analyzed the necessary security requirements for each area. This will be used as a security evaluation criterion in the process of reviewing and improving the security level of chatbot service.

The LCD TV has many variable functions for consumer. Low temperature driving below minus 20 degree is also one of key functions. Since LCD is not self-luminance device, it is needed backlight system. Recently EEFL(External Electrode Fluorescent Lamp) widely substitutes for CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp). It is more cheaper, higher efficiency, and easy to drive parallel connection compared to CCFL. In this paper, several conditions for low temperature driving of EEFL are investigated and a new boost-half bridge inverter for low temperature driving is proposed. Mode analysis is described and experimental results is represented to verify validity of the proposed inverter.
