As automotive technology developed, engine noise was greatly reduced. At the same time, however, the influence of BSR (Buzz, Squeak, Rattle) noise in the interior of vehicle has increased. Especially, the seat which is the closest to part to the passenger of the vehicle parts has become the main issue of the field claim regarding the BSR problem. However, the research for improvement of BSR problem (VDS) cause by endurance is still insufficient. Because it is difficult to apply to all developing vehicles because of taking a lot of time and expense to carry out the evaluation of actual vehicle driving for several months in order to evaluate BSR after durability. In order to improve these blind points, we need the evaluation method which can reduce the actual vehicle driving test time for durability and simulating in the LAB.
