Triglyceride의 洗滌性에 關한 硏究 : 基質의 影響 Correlating the substrates

The effects of Temperature on the removal of triglyceride were studied with soaps having various chain lengths of alkyl group. Cellophane, polyester film and alkali-treated polyester film were soiled with tripalmitin, tagged with C^14, and detergency was evaluated by analysing the tripalmitine on the fabric before and after washing by means of liquid scintillation counting. The results were as following: 1) Triglyceride was completely removed from cellophane in distilled water without surfactant at any temperature, because of the hydrophillic nature of cellulose. The detergency of triglyceride from polyester film fully depended on the state of tripalmitin. The detergency of alkali treated polyester film was better than that of untreated polyester film at lower temperature due to increased hydrophilicity, but worse at higher temperature due to the diffusion of molten tripalmitin into the grooves, formed by alkali treatment. 2) The detergency from polyester film was increased with elevating temperature and after reaching some optimum detergencies, the detergencies were rather decreased with increasing temperature. The temperatures of optimum detergency were shifted to higher with increasing chain length of alkyl group. 3) When the soiled film was baked at 60℃ and 70℃ for 20 min, the detergency vs. temperature was much the same as the case of without-baking. These results indicate that the detergency of triglyceride was largely correlated with the suspending power of surfactants at low temperature and with state of soil and hydrophilicity of substrates with elevating temperature.
NCS를 활용한 청소년지도사의 직무 수행실태 및 요구 분석

This study analyzed the job performance and needs of youth worker in standard job for youth work. For this analysis, this study investigated how youth worker in the field had performed the jobs described in NCS. Furthermore, by checking the importance of each job in the practice of youth work and how much job competence youth worker have, the needs of them for standard job were analyzed. The findings of the study were summarized as follows: Youth worker actively performed ‘practice of youth program’, ‘safety and sanitary control for youth work’, ‘evaluation of youth program’, ‘planning of project’, ‘educational training’, and ‘development of youth program’. However, they poorly performed ‘research and study on youth’. In addition, as analyzing the needs of youth worker through the perception gap between the competency degree and the importance of competency units and sub-factors, it was confirmed that the jobs for ‘planning of project’, ‘development of youth program’, ‘practice of youth program’, ‘evaluation of youth program’, and ‘operation of youth self-governing activity should be considered as a priority’. It is expected that the results of this study could be utilized as the basic data of decision-making for the education and training to develop youth worker’s professionalism, as well as the data to understand a gap between jobs regarded as important and standard jobs in the actual field. 본 연구에서는 청소년지도사를 대상으로 청소년활동 표준직무에 대한 실천과 요구정도를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 현장에서 활동하고 있는 청소년지도사들이 NCS의 표준직무에 포함된 각 직무를 얼마나 수행하고 있는지 알아보았다. 또한, 청소년활동을 실천함에 있어 각 직무가 얼마나 중요한지, 자신은 해당 직무의 수행능력을 얼마나 갖추고 있는지를 확인하여 표준직무에 대한 청소년지도사의 요구를 분석하였다. 그 결과 청소년지도사들은 ‘청소년프로그램 실행’, ‘청소년활동 안전․위생관리’, ‘청소년프로그램 평가’, ‘사업기획’, ‘교육훈련’, ‘청소년프로그램 개발’은 활발하게 수행하고 있으나, ‘청소년조사연구’에 대한 수행은 빈약하게 수행하고 있었다. 또한, 능력단위와 하위요소에 대한 중요도와 능력정도 간의 인식차이를 통해 청소년지도사의 요구를 분석한 결과에서는 ‘사업기획’, ‘청소년 프로그램 개발’, ‘청소년프로그램 실행’, ‘청소년프로그램 평가’, ‘청소년자치활동 운영’ 직무를 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년활동 현장에서 중요하게 인식되고 있는 직무와 표준직무와의 괴리를 이해할 수 있는 자료가 될 뿐 아니라 청소년지도사의 전문성 함양을 지원하는 교육 및 훈련을 위한 의사결정의 기초자료로도 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.
Tensiometric 법을 이용한 친수화 PET 섬유의 표면특성 분석

The dispersion and polar force components of the surface free energy of PET fibers untreated and treated with hydrophilic chemicals, such as nonionic-soil release polymer (SRP), anionic, nonionic and hydrophilic silicone, were determined using harmonic-mean and geometric-mean methods. Contact angles of water and methylene iodide on the fibers were determined from the adhesion tensions using tensiometric method. Fibers treated with hydrophilic chemicals have the increased polar force component and the decreased dispersion force component. The adhesion tensions of triolein for the hydrophilic treated fibers were smaller than that for untreated fiber.
