인터넷 쇼핑몰이 급속한 성장을 하고 있지만 해결되어야 할 많은 문제점이 남아 있는데 이 중의 하나가 보안문제라고 할 수 있다. 실제 국내에서 발생되고 있는 시스템에 해킹사건은 매년 증가하고 있으며 이들 중 일반기업에 대한 사고가 전체의 40.8%로 많은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 현실을 감안하여 인터넷 상에서 무료로 쉽게 구할 수 있는 공개 S/W를 활용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰 보안을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 소개하도록 한다.

지난 10년 동안 인터넷은 우리 생활에 가히 혁명적인 영향을 끼쳐 왔습니다. 그러나 지난 10년이 인터넷 혁명의 시대였다고 한다면 향후 10년간은 모바일 혁명의 시대가 될 것이라고들 이야기합니다. 모바일 혁명 시대의 핵심에는 스마트폰이 자리하고 있습니다. 작년 이맘때쯤 국내에 아이폰이 도입되면서 국내에도 불붙기 시작한 스마트폰 광풍은 모든 비즈니스와 우리 생활에서 혁명을 예고하고 있습니다. 스마트폰 플랫폼 개발업체, 이동통신업체, 단말 기업체, 콘텐츠 개발자 등 다양한 플레이어들이 모바일 생태계 속에서 새로운 비즈니스 모델들을 탄생시키고 있고, 개인들의 생활속에서도 스마트폰은 깊숙이 자리매김하고 있습니다. 이처럼 우리 산업 전반과 삶에 새로운 변화를 일으키고 있는 스마트폰은 과연 안전한 것일까요? 스마트폰은 다양한 앱이 구동될 수 있는 개방형 플랫폼을 가지고 있고, 앱스토어를 통해 누구나 앱 사용자이자 제공자도 될 수 있습니다. 또한, 3G뿐만 아니라 Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, PC Sync 등 다양한 네트워킹 기능을 제공해 줍니다. 이러한 개방성을 바탕으로 스마트폰은 급격하게 성장하고 있지만 개방성은 악성코드 감염, 해킹, 프라이버시 침해 등 역기능이 발생할 수 있는 여건도 마련해 주고 있습니다. 실제로 스마트폰 해킹 사고는 국내외에서 빈번하게 발생되고 있고 그 피해가 증가하고 있는 추세입니다. 올 4월에 국내에서도 첫 스마트폰용 악성코드가 발견되었고, 전 세계적으로 524건의 모바일 악성코드가 발견되었습니다. 이처럼 스마트폰 해킹은 현실화되어 우리를 위협하고 있습니다. 본 특집에서는 스마트폰 보안과 관련한 정부의 정책방향, 보안위협과 사례, 프라이버시 이슈, 보안시장 전망, 국내외 표준화 동향, 전문인력 양성계획 등을 살펴보도록 하겠습니다.

안전한 종합정보통신망을 위한 키 분배 프로토콜과 호 제어

정보화 시대가 도래하면서 여러 가지 정보(텍스트, 화상, 음성)를 통합, 전송할 수 있도록 개발된 통신망이 종합 디지터 통신망(ISDN:Integrated Service Digital network)이다. 이러한 ISDN은 모든 정보가 디지털 형태로 전송되고, 통신망 접속이 개방성을 갖기 때문에 중요 정보 자원에 대한 위협 및 침입 등의 보안 문제점이 증가 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중요 정보 자원을 보호하기 위해, ISDN에 적용할 수 있는 암호화 시스템과 적용방식을 연구 하였고, ISDN 시스템 구조와 ITU-T 권고 Q.931 프 로토콜을 분석하여 효율적인 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는 암호화 키 분배 프로토콜과 하이브리드 암호화 시스템을 이용한 사용자 정보의 비밀성을 제공하는 호 제어 방법 을 제안하였다. ISDN is network which has been developed to integrate and transfer some information(data, video, voice). In the ISDN, security problem that threat and intrusion about important information resource increase because every information is transferred in the form of digital and access of network has patiency. In this paper, for protect important information resource, studied that apply application method and encryption system to ISDN, and system structure, ITU-T Q.931 protocol were analyzed, and proposable encryption key distribution protocol, call control with hybrid encryption system for user information privacy to provide security service.

Purpose: This study was done to examine how medication contamination in a single-dose glass ampule is affected by minute glass flakes generated in different methods of cutting the ampule. Method: Sixty medication￢containing glass ampules were randomly assigned to two groups. The number of glass flakes, resulting from two different cutting methods (with cotton and without cotton), were counted under the microscope. Contamination was evaluated by extracted the medication with a syringe and culturing it in E. coli, coliform, and aerobic bacteria culture media. Result: Fewer glass flakes were found in the ampules when the ampule was cut with cotton. The use of cotton, however, did not significantly change the degree of drug contamination. Conclusion: Although minute glass flakes generated in the ampule cutting operation did not significantly contaminate the medication and the use of cotton decreased the number of glass flakes in the ampules, glass flakes injected into the blood and tissues of the patient remain a risk factor. Therefore, pre-filled syringes or syringes with filters would be alternative methods and safeguards against the possible injection of glass flakes generated while cutting the ampule.

토종 종계의 암수 합사가 개체의 스트레스 반응 정도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 한국토종닭 종계에 있어 암수 합사가 개체들의 스트레스 반응 정도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한 것으로 스트레스 반응 정도는 합사 이전과 합사 이후 개체들의 H/L ratio, HSPs 유전자 발현량 및 세포 내 DNA 손상율을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 합사에 따른 개체들의 H/L ratio 값이 합사 이전에 비해 3배 이상 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났으며 암수 간 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.001). HSP-70, HSP90-α 및 HSP90-β 유전자 발현율에 있어 모든 HSPs의 유전자 발현율이 암수 합사 이전에 비해 합사 이후 2.5∼3.4배 정도 유의하게 상승한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 암컷이 수컷에 비해 합사에 따른 HSPs 발현율 증가가 높은 것으로 나타났다(P<0.01). 세포 내 DNA 손상율 분석에 있어 모든 Comet 지표들이 암수 합사 이전에 비해 합사 이후에 유의하게 증가하였으며, 암수 간에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.001). 이상의 결과들을 종합할 때, 토종 종계에 있어 암수 합사가 암컷과 수컷 모두에게 매우 큰 외적 스트레스 요인으로 작용함을 시사한다고 하겠다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of mixed rearing of male and female chickens on the stress response in Korean native chickens. To identify the degree of the stress response, heterophil-lymphocyte ratio (H/L ratio), heat shock protein genes (HSPs) expression, and intracellular nuclear DNA damage rate were analyzed before and after the mixed rearing of male and female chickens. The results showed that the H/L ratio of chickens after mixing males and females was more than thrice as higher than before mixing (P<0.001), but the differences between males and females were not significant. HSP-70, HSP90-α, and HSP90-β expression levels were 2.5 to 3.4 times higher after mixing male and female chickens, compared to before mixing (P<0.01). In the mixed rearing of male and female chickens, the increase in HSPs expression in females was higher than in males. Comet indicators in intracellular DNA damage rate analysis showed a significant increase after mixing male and female chickens compared to before mixing (P<0.001). However, there was no significant difference between males and females with respect to DNA damage rate. Taken together, these results suggest that male and female mixed rearing acts as a strong external stressor in both male and female chickens.

성경 속에 나타난 치유사역에 대한 간호진단적인 분석

하나님은 치유하시는 하나님으로 최초로 범죄한 인간을 찾아오시어 가죽 옷을 지어 입혀주시고 죄로 인해 상처 입은 관계를 치유하셨다. 또 질병에 걸린 인간들을 선지자나 제사장들을 통해 치유해 주셨다. 하나님의 치유는 구원과 그 의미가 같으며 인간과 하나님 사이의 관계를 소생시킨다. 완전한 치유는 신체적 온전성, 정서적 안정감, 정신적 기능의 정상화, 영적 생동감을 회복하는 것이다. 예수님의 치유사역도 단순히 병든 자의 신체적 건강회복을 넘어서서 그분의 죄사하는 권세를 드러내고(마 9:6), 하나님 나라의 영광을 드러내기 위함이었다(요 11:4). 또 이러한 치유명령이 제자들에서도 주어졌다는 것은 치유 사건이 예수만이 행할 수 있었던 어떤 특별한 기적이 아니라, 오늘의 그리스도인들에게도 여전히 그 가능성이 열려진 사건이라는 사실이다. 그러나 우리들은 성경 속의 치유사역을 단순히 역사 속에 나타났던 기적으로만 이해하고, 그런 기적이 일어났던 시대는 지나갔다는 잘못된 사고를 가지고 있다. 한편에서는 비윤리적이고 비과학적인 잘못된 치유능력을 보이는 목회자들이 있어 사회적 문제가 되기도 한다. 본 연구에서 성경 사건 중에 치유 사례는 모두 49건이었으며, 적용할 수 있는 간호진단의 영역은 9개 영역이었으며 간호진단의 종류는 18개였다. 간호학적 인간관은 인간을 몸과 마음과 영혼이 서로 통합된 하나의 총체적 실체라고 생각하고 있어 성경의 인간관과 일치한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성경의 치유사례를 간호학적인 관점으로 조명하여 분석하고, 간호진단을 내렸다. 이를 통해 성경을 근거로 한 기독교적인 전인 치유사역이 과학적이며 체계적인 것이었다는 것을 규명하였으며, 본 연구가 장차 의료와 연합된 선교를 위한 치유사역에 밑거름이 될 것이다. God in the Bible is described as the Healing God, who searched for the first sinners, made coats of skins for them, and clothed them and healed the wounded relationship caused by sin. He healed ill humans with the aid of prophets and priests. Healing by God means salvation and restores relationship between God and human being. Perfect healing includes the restoration of broken human relationship as well as the restoration of physical wholeness, emotional stability, normalization of psychological functions, and spiritual vitality. Jesus’s healing ministry was not only to restore physical health of the sick but also to reveal the authority on earth to forgive sins (Matt. 9:6) and to glorify God (John 11:4). The fact that such healing orders had been given to the disciples tells us that healing events were not special miracles undertaken only by Jesus and that possibilities are still open to us christians of today. However, we sometimes misunderstand that the healing ministry is miraculous events in the history only and that such period of miracles has passed. On one hand, some pastors with unethical and unscientific abilities of healing cause social problems. This study showed all 49 healing events in the Bible, among which 9 categories were applicable in nursing diagnoses and the types of nursing diagnoses were 18. In the science of nursing, man is viewed as a whole being in which body and spirit are integrated. This is in harmony with the biblical view of man. This study illuminated and analyzed cases of healings in the Bible from the nursing point of view and made a nursing diagnosis. The study revealed that the christian’s whole man healing based on the Bible is scientific and systematic. This study would be a fundament of healing ministry in the future.
