Photovoltaic and wind power generation have an advantage of unlimited and unpolluted amount of energy resource.<br/> In conventional wind generation systems, since the blade rotates at low speed when the velocity of wind decreases their operations are possible only under limited conditions.<br/> Therefore they are in trouble of<br/> self-generation without the help of auxiliary generation devices outside.<br/> The system driven by the wind force in this paper consists of a generator, an invertor, batteries and sets for power storage with a spring. In this paper, the operation characteristics of system were analyzed through experiments for a trial product.

In this paper, we transformed photovoltaic energy to electric energy using solar cells for drive power source and charged 1t with batteries. This system was programmed in a one-chip microprocessor PIC. This system can be available for the greenhouses set at countrysides and suburbs because it keeps the temperature ins1de constant and can also be used as a protection against burglars at the harvesting season. This alarm system detects the intrusion or the variation of rap1d temperature inside of the greenhouse and warns an alarm and turn on and off the siren

This paper represent about design of the<br/> controller for battery of a reflector of retaining wall for power supply using PV Module. Simulation is represents V-I and power characteristic by Mathematica & Design Center 6.3 & Qnet 2.1. Finally, we composed of road surface-signpost system. This system is successfully operating with high clearness lights.
