In this study, in terms of the exercise vehicles of the weapon systems having negative buoyancy, the analysis on the operation concepts was performed and the new methods of floating to surface were proposed. In case of having negative buoyancy, the additional methods for recovering the exercise vehicle have to be considered. As parts of recovering the exercise vehicle, for floating to surface the new methods of weight discharge, weight separation and sea water discharge were proposed. The conceptual design about sea water discharge method was performed. It was confirmed that those methods could be applied to the design of the exercise vehicle having negative buoyancy.

In this study, the mathematical model of the underwater discharge system using a centrifugal pump was derived and the rotating speed profiles of the pump which satisfied the discharge performance requirements were obtained through the underwater discharge simulations. The simulation results showed that the dynamic characteristics of a projectile were greatly affected by the rotational speed of the pump, however, hardly by the discharge depth. It is anticipated that the simulation model can be used to derive the design parameters and analyze the performance concerning the underwater discharge system using a centrifugal pump.

Jet Loop Reactor(JLR), in which a two-phase nozzle is installed, is the new design technique for the treatment of high concentration wastewater by accelerating of oxygen contacting between substrate and surrounding bacteria. This numerical study of the two phase jet flow was conducted to find the optimum design of JLR. It was shown that there was a minimum velocity in the nozzle for continuous circulation of wastewater. The optimum location and the size of the draft tube for continuous circulation were confirmed.
한국 성인에서 흡연, 음주, 운동, 교육정도 및 가족력이 대사증후군에 미치는 영향

분석내용을 요약하면, 수분함량은 여름 65.4%, 겨울 63.0%로 큰 차이는 보이지 않았고, 회분함량도 여름 1.2%, 겨울 1.1%로 거의 비슷한 것으로 확인되었다. 지질함량은 여름 뱀장어가 12.1%, 겨울 11.8%로 나타났으며, 단백질함량은 여름 18.0%, 겨울 16.7%로 조사 되었다. 일반적인 분석에서는 여름철이 겨울철보다 전체적으로 약간 높게 나타났으나 큰 차이는 보이지 않았다. 핵산관련성분 함량 중 가장 많은 함량을 차지한 것은 Hx로 여름철 3.912 µmol/g 으로 나타났고, 겨울철에 3.097로 나타났다. 그리고 두 번째로 높게 나타난 것은 HxR로 여름철 2.422 µmol/g 이고, 겨울철 1.800 µmol/g 나타났다. 어육의 맛의 주성분이라고 알려진 IMP의 함량은 여름철이 0.240 µmol/g 으로 나타났으며, 겨울철에 0.207로 나타났다. 여름철과 겨울철의 핵산관련성분의 함량 변화를 살펴보면, 여름철이 더 높은 함량을 보였다. 포화 지방산과 불포화 지방산의 대략적인 비율은 29.63%와 70.37%로 나타났다. 지방산에 대한 조성비의 차이는 MUFA 중 oleic acid의 비율은 여름철 46.27%, 겨울철에서는 26.15%로 대략 2배정도 낮게 나타났다. PUFA 중 겨울철 EPA는 7.61%는 여름철 2.42보다 많은 비율로 나타났으며, DHA의 비율은 겨울철에 16.98%, 여름철에 10.19% 보다 높은 비율로 나타났다. 주요 유리아미노산은 threonine, histidine, lysine, glutamic acid, glycine 등이었으며, 특히 threonine의 함량은 여름철 83.7 mg/100g로 겨울철 49.1mg/100g보다 높게 나타내었다. 유리 아미노산 함량은 여름이 514.2 mg/100g 으로 높게 나타났고, 겨울에는 349.8 mg/100g으로 나타났다. 뱀장어의 필수 아미노산의 함량은 여름철 363.5 mg/100g 이었고, 겨울철에 202. 7mg/100g 으로 여름철에 많은 함량을 보이고 있다. 쓴 맛을 내는 아미노산인 arginine은 여름철에 9.7 mg/100g이 나타났고 겨울철에 22.4 mg/100g로 여름철에 적게 나타났다. Examining the change in ingredients related to nucleotides, the amount of ingredients in summer is appeared to be more higher than in winter. The approximate ratio of saturated fatty acids is 29.63% and that of an unsaturated one is about 70.37%. The proportion of oleic acids among MUFA in winter, which shows the difference in the component ratio of fatty acids, is turned out to be 26.15%, that is about half of 46.27% measured in summer. The ratio of EPA among PUFA is 7.61% in summer, which is higher than 2.42% in winter, and the proportion of DHA is 16.98% in winter, which is higher than 10.19% in summer. The amount of free amino acids in summer is approximately 514.2mg/100g, which is relatively higher than 349.8mg/100g in winter. In addition, the amount of essential amino acids in summer is about 363.5mg/100g, that is much higher than 202.7mg/100g in winter. Then, the amount of arginine, which is a kind of amino acids that has bitterness, is appeared to be 9. 7mg/100g in summer, which is lower than 22.4mg/100g in winter.
