        후계(後谿), 위중(委中), 후계배위중(後谿配委中) 침자(鍼刺)가 백서(白鼠)의 신경병리성(神經病理性) 동통억제(疼痛抑制) 및 c-Fos 단백(蛋白) 발현(發顯)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective: We have studied to know effects of acupuncture at SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 on mechnical allodynia, cold allodynia and c-fos protein expression in a model of neuropathic pain of rat. Methods: A model of neuropathic pain was made by injuring tibial nerve and sural nerve while common peroneal nerve was maintained. after 2 weeks, we performed behavioral tests for 7 days to try out mechnical allodynia using von frey filament and cold allodynia using acetone, which are calculated by counting withdrawal response on foot. Rat brains removed and sliced on 8th days. Serial sections were immunohistochemically reacted with polyclonal c-fos antibody. The numbers of c-Fos protein immunoreactive neurons in the central gray were examined using scion image program. Results: Mechanical allodynia in the SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 groups were diminished compared with the control group. Cold allodynia in the SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 groups were diminished compared with the control group. c-Fos protein expression on the central gray in the SI3 group were lower than that of the control group. Conclusions: We have noticed that acupuncture at SI3, BL40, SI3 BL40 diminished mechanical allodynia and cold allodynia in a model of neuropathic pain compared with the control group. c- Fos protein expression in the central gray of that group was also decreased compared with the control group. pain control using acupunture was accumulated as time goes by. This study can be used as a basic resource on a study and a treatment of pain.

        건측(健測) 취혈(取穴) 다종(多種) 침자법(鍼刺法)이 백서(白鼠)의 신경병리성(神經病理性) 동통(疼痛)에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : To find effects of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, low level He-Ne laser therapy(LLLT) at $TE_5$, $GB_{41}$ in the neuropathic pain. We made experiment on rats ligated L5 spinal nerve like general herniation of nucleus pulposus(HNP). Methods : A model of neuropathic pain was made by isolating Left 5th lumbar spinal nerve of rats. Three days after the neuropathic surgery, acupuncture and LLLT, electro-acupuncture was injected at $TE_5$, $GB_{41}$ one time a day for a week. Each group was divided two. one is opposite side performed the surgery which is right, another is left side performed the surgery. After that, the author examined the withdrawal response of neuropathic rats' legs by van Frey filament and acetone stimulation. And also the author examined c-Fos, Nociceptin and KOR-3 in the midbrain central gray of neuropathic rats. Results : As we have observed the effect of mechanical allodynia, LT-R group were diminished on 6th day compared with control group, EA-L group, EA-R group and LT-L group were diminished on 7th day compared with control group. As we have observed the effect of cold allodynia, EA-R group were diminished on 6th day, 7th day compared with control group. As we have observed the effect of activity of c-Fos in the central gray part, EA-R group and LT-R group were diminished compared with control group. As we have observed the effect of activity of Nociceptin in the central gray part, EA-R group were a little increased compared with control group but it is not reliability. As we have observed the effect of activity of KOR-3 in the central gray part, EA-R group were significantly increased compared with control group. Conclusions : We have noticed that effect of acupuncture at opposite side of sickness and powerful stimulation could be more effective, because of EA-R group have more controllable effect all test we have done on the other hand EA-L group have only effect on mechanical allodynia. This study can be used in clinical therapy for neuropathic pain. But it is not reliability that Nociceptin have effectively to control pain. Therefore We have to follow up about that.

        문학과 통합한 미술활동이 저소득층 아동의 창의성과 미술표상능력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 문학과 통합한 미술 활동이 저소득층 아동의 창의성과 미술표상능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 D시에 거주하는 저소득층 아동 58명으로, 실험집단과 비교집단에 각각 29명씩 무선배치하였다. 실험집단 아동들은 문학과 통합한 미술활동을 수행하였고 비교집단 아동들은 전통적 표현중심 미술활동을 수행하였다. 아동의 창의성을 측정하기 위하여 Torrance(2002)가 개발한 창의성 검사(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking; TTCT) 도형 A형과 도형 B형을 사용하였으며, 미술표상능력을 측정하기 위하여 지성애(2001)의 미술표상능력척도를 사용하였다. 측정결과는 다변인공변량분석(MANCOVA)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 실험집단의 창의성 점수가 유의미하게 높았으며 특히, 창의성 하위영역인 유창성, 독창성, 정교성 , 제목의 추상성에 대해 실험집단의 점수가 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 미술표상능력에서 실험집단의 점수가 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다양한 형태, 주제관련 표상정도, 그림의 완성, 표상과 언어의 연계성 등의 하위영역에서 실험집단이 유의미하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 이를 통해 문학과 통합한 미술 활동은 저소득층 아동의 창의성과 미술표상능력 증진에 효과적임을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of integrated literature and art lesson on creativity and art representation skills of the children from low-income families. The subjects of this study were 58 children in low-income families(29 children of experimental group and 29 children of control group randomly assigned), who lived in D city. The integrated literature and art lessons were performed for the experimental group. The control group performed the art activities focused on expression. To evaluate the creativity of children, TTCT(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking)-Picture Form A and B developed by Torrance(2002) were used. To measure children`s art representation skills, Drawing Representation Ability Evaluation Scale(Chi, Sung Ae, 2001) was used. The data was analyzed by MANCOVA. The results of this study as follows; First, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in sub-factors of creativity such as fluency, originality, elaboration and abstractness of titles. Second, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in art representation skills, especially sub-factors such as various shapes, representation related to theme, completion of drawing, and linking between representation and language. In conclusion, the integrated literature and art lesson showed positive effects on creativity and art representation skills of the children from low-income families.

        다문화 가정 영유아의 의사소통능력 관련 변인들 간의 구조적관계

        This study investigated the structural relationship among individual, family, teacher, child care center variable related to children's communication competence in multicultural families. Participants were 214 children in multicultural families and their parents and teachers. Data were analyzed by Pearson Correlation and structural equation modeling(SEM). Results indicated that children's communication competence in multicultural families has significant relationship with individual, teacher, child care center variables. Also, the results confirmed the pathway from teacher variable and child care center variable to children's communication competence in multicultural families. Conclusions were that a teacher education program which improve understanding children's multicultrual backgrounds can be effective for enhancing children' communication competence in multicultural families.

        군집분석을 통한 보육교사의 컴퓨터 활용유형 분석

        본 연구는 K지역 및 D도시의 보육교사들을 대상으로 목적별 컴퓨터 활용 정도와 수준별 과업에 대한 자신감 변인을 투입하여 K-평균 군집분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 세 개의 군집이 도출되었고 세 개의 군집은 고활용/고자신감 집단(군집1), 고활용/저자신감 집단(군집2), 저활용/저자신감 집단 (군집3)으로 구분되었다. 세 군집의 유형별로 보육교사의 연령, 경력, 시설유형, 정보화 환경 및 컴 퓨터 사용시간 등이 다르게 나타나는지를 살펴본 결과, 경력을 제외한 학력, 연령, 컴퓨터 사용시간, 블로그 운영 여부 등의 항목에서 군집별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 컴퓨 터에 대한 보육교사들의 태도를 증진시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 강구해보는데 기초자료를 제공 하며 컴퓨터를 보육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 다각적인 교사 교육 계획을 수립하는데 기여할 수 있 을 것으로 기대된다. The present study conducted a K-mean cluster analysis of child educators in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk province with the following factors : the degree of computer usage depending on the aims and self-confidence on the level-differentiated tasks. As a result, three groups emerged : the high-usage/high-confidence group(group 1), high-usage/ low-confidence group(group 2) and low-usage/low-confidence group(group 3). After investigating the differences in age, work experience, facility types, computer usage hours and the level of informationalization of the groups, differences in age, education level, computer usage hours, and blog usage, excluding work experience, emerged between the groups. Child educators who had especially graduated from junior college or higher, below 30 years of age, using computers more than 2~3 times a week, and who ran their blogs, were found to have high degrees of computer usage and high measures of self-confidence. The present study is expected to aid in form a successful measure to enhance the affinity of child educators with regards to computer usage, and to help in the formation of multilateral teacher education programs allowing for the usage of computers in educational settings.

        어림하기 활동이 유아의 수 연산과 측정 능력에 미치는 효과

        This study examined the effects of estimation activities on children's operation and measurement abilities. Subjects were 60 five-year-old children. This experiment used the untreated control group design with pretest and posttest. Instruments used to collect data were the Number and Operation and Measurement tests part of the Test of Mathematics Ability for Young Children (TMAYC) developed by Hong, Lee and Chung (2006). ANCOVA was employed for statistical analysis. Results of the posttest showed that children in the experimental group scored significantly higher on children's operation and measurement abilities than the control group. Results imply that an estimation program can be an effective teaching model for improving children's operation and measurement abilities.

        유아교사의 수학교수 효능감 수준과 아동의 수학적 사고능력과의 관계

        본 연구는 유아교사를 대상으로 수학교수 효능감(Mathematics teaching efficacy belief) 정도를 알아보고 이러한 교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사하였다. 또한 교사들의 수학교수 효능감과 아동들의 수학적 사고능력과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 시도하였다. 200명의 유아교사들에게 설문조사를 통해 조사해 본 결과 유아교사들의 전반적인 수학교수 효능감은 평균 3.24로 보통 이상으로 나타났으나 수학교수에 대한 강한 자신감을 기지고 있지는 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 교수 효능강의 하위 요인을 살펴보았을 때 교수 능력에 대한 신념 점수가 결과 기대 효능감에 비해 상당히 낮은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구결과 유아교사들의 수학교수 효능감은 경력과 학력과 같은 일반적 특성보다는 수학교육에 관한 배경지식 수학에 관한 흥미도와 같은 요소들이 유의미한 차이를 가져오는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 교사들의 수학교수 효능감은 아동들의 수학적 사고능력과 강한 긍정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=70) 이 연구를 통해 질 높은 수학교육의 제공을 위해서 교사들의 수학교수 효능감의 향상이 중요하다는 점을 시사해 주고 있다. Teachers' self-efficacy beliefs have been considered as a critical component of quality early childhood education. This study examined the relationship between teachers' mathematics teaching-efficacy and children's mathematics achievement. The survey result revealed that early childhood teachers do not possess strong positive efficacy in teaching mathematics. Significant difference was found for the reachers' mathematics teaching efficacy in the area of the previous participation in mathematics teaching methods course and a teacher's interest in mathematics. There was a strong positive relationship between early childhood teachers mathematics teaching-efficacy and children's mathematical thinking abilities. The study results have implications for teacher preparation and professional development activities.

        유아의 얼굴표정 정서인식 정확성과 언어 능력이 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 유아의 얼굴표정 정서인식 정확성과 언어능력이 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 D지역 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 227명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유아의 얼굴표정 정서인식 정확성은 사회적 유능성의 우울-고립, 공격성과 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아 언어능력의 경우 수용언어는 우울-고립과 부적 상관, 표현언어는 친사회성과는 정적, 우울-고립 및 공격성과는 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 유아의 얼굴표정 정서인식 정확성은 유아의 사회적 유능성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아의 사회적 유능성 함양과 문제행동 예방을 위해 얼굴표정 정서인식과 언어능력이 가정과 교육기관에서 중요하게 고려되어야 함을 시사한다. This study was conducted to find out the effect of the emotional recognition accuracy and language ability of children on their social skills. For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed from 227 children aged 5 years old who are funded by the D educational institutions. As a result, first, the accuracy of facial expression emotional recognition of children was negatively correlated with depression-isolation and aggression of social competence. In addition, in terms of children’s language ability, the acceptance language was negatively correlated with depression-isolation, and the expression language was negatively related to pro-social performance and negatively with depression-isolation and aggressiveness. Second, the accuracy of facial expression emotional recognition of children was found to have a positive effect on the social competence of children. These findings suggest that facial expression recognition and language skills should be considered important in home and educational institutions to improve children s social competence and prevent behavioral problems.

        유아교육기관 문화적 역량 개념 및 구성요소 탐색

        본 연구는 유아교육기관 문화적 역량의 개념과 구성요소를 도출하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해 학계와 현장의 유아교육 전문가 30명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교육기관의 문화적 역량이란 유아교육기관 구성원들의 문화적 역량 강화와 제반 지원 체제 구축을 통해, 다문화적 상황에 적절히 대처할 수 있는 능력을 갖추는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 유아교육기관 문화적 역량의 구성요소로 유아교육기관의 운영관리, 인적 자원 개발 및 관리, 문화적 역량 강화 교육과정, 다양한 문화적 집단을 위한 지원, 가정 및 지역사회와의 연계의 5개 영역에서 16개의 구성요소가 도출되었다. 우리나라의 다문화 상황과 유아교육분야의 특수성을 반영한 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 논의하였으며. 후속연구를 위한 구체적인 방향을 제시하였다. This study strives to find a path to the meaning and the components of cultural competency for Korean Early Childhood institutions. Thirty early childhood professionals, including teachers, directors, and professors, who, while remaining anonymous to each other, participated in the Delphi method of gathering data and reasoning separately but together to arrive at a consensus regarding the nature of cultural competency and the requirements for its successful implementation in early childhood institutions. In this study, data were collected, read, readed and commented upon by the participants three times. After each time, participants, in viewing the answers given by others, changer or revised their individual answers to arrive at a more comprehensive consensus. The consensual findings of study are summarized here. First, to accept a concept of cultural competency for an early childhood institution means that the institution must first be able to accept, recognize and embrace multicultural environments through strengthening its members` cultural competency levels, and constructing support systems. Second, the participants came to agree on five main cultural competency integrative areas:1) management of early childhood institutions, 2) development of human resources and if management, 3) cultural competency curriculum, 4) construction of support systems for working with diverse populations, 5) building partnership with parents and community. Sixteen components of these areas are discussed in the article in the context of the current multicultural environment in the field of early childhood education. These findings provide a framework for conceptualizing and developing cultural competency in early childhood institutions.
