The development of new materials for use as main materials for ceramics used in microwave oven not currently produced domestically. When 80% of ferrite sludge and 10% of Kibushi clay and 10% of petalite was mixed and sintered in 1200℃, thermal expansion coefficient was 1.7x10 6/℃ (25∼500℃) exhibiting significant heat-resisting properties. In this case of test piece, produced by the application of glaze 90% of the 2.4GHz electromagnetic waves emitted by the microwave oven was absorbed, making it appropriated for use in microwave oves, In the case of test piece with thickness of 10nm the frequency band was at 2∼5GHz.

The development of high solidity celadon material using ferrite slludge. Currently the continued depletion of domestically produced Kang-jin clay used in celadon material was made the release of outward difficult. Therefore, the study propose a bluish gray of high solidify. Tests showed that when 3% of ferrite was added to clay-fieldpar-silica composite white porcelain and sintered at 1200℃. It took on a grayish blue color. In this case the celadon porcelain currently produced.
