        Annals of the Joseon Dynasty is the authentic record of the historical facts and events taken place throughout the entire period of 472 years(25 generations, 1392~1863)described in a chronological order. The tremendous volume of the records contains the factual events taken place in almost all the fields of the Joseon Dynasty ranging from politics, economy to history of the dynasty. Not only because of its affluent contents but also with the precision of its records, it was designated as the National Treasure No. 151 in1973 by the Korean government and also registered as the Memory of the World by UNESCO in October 1997.This study is to report a exhaustive investigation results on the conservation state of annals of the Joseon Dynasty, especially Mt. Jeongjoksan edition, under the storage of the Kyujanggak in order to obtain the current condition, and thereby to estimate the any deterioration of the waxed volumes in the future. According to results of the investigation, we are going to verify damage causes of annals of the Joseon Dynasty, and to consider scientific conservation methods for the permanent preservation of invaluable cultural heritage. The major problem with the preservation of annals has arisen particularly from the deterioration of the waxed volumes of the Mt. Jeongjoksan edition. In order to provide for the counter measures for this problem, we have conducted twice investigations(first :1998~1999, second : 2003) to the internal and external conditions of waxed volumes(Annals of King Taejo~Annals of King Myeongjong).The result of the investigation has indicated that the paper quality of the some of the waxed volumes (Annals of King Taejong~Annals of King Sejong) is cracked and folded and the pages are imbedded to each other due to the hardened or congealed wax on the paper. Some of the pages are even getting moldy. And in order to detect as to whether“ there has been any deterioration progressed to the waxed books in the modern storage facility of the Kyujanggak equipped with constant temperature and humidity condition, the first investigation(1998~1999) and the second investigation(2003) have recorded the values of acidity, whiteness and moisture rate of the waxed paper, reporting an observation that there has been no difference on the measuring items. This indicates that no virtual deterioration has been progressed so far to the waxed volumes preserved in the Kyujanggak. Also, except for the causes of deterioration to the paper by insects and microorganisms, the major cause for the paper damage seems to the change of moisture of the paper caused from the alteration of the temperature and humidity of the storage environment. With this understanding in mind, we have conducted an environmental investigation on the three selected points of the storage in the aspects of the temperature, humidity, air current, $CO_2$,HCHO, and $SO_2$.It has been observed that the temperature stood at $16.9^{\circ}C~20.2^{\circ}C$ and the humidity was stable between 53%~56% during the period of the investigation. The concentration of the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide of the storage were very similar to those in the air. These data lead to presume that there is no problem in the aspect of carbon oxidization. But the concentration of sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and formaldehyde of the storage were detected a little higher than those of standard. Therefore, we consider that it is necessary to ventilate the internal air of the store room by means of operating air purification devices.

        만성피로증후군과 특발성 만성피로에 대한 침 치료의 유효성 및 안전성 평가: 무작위 대조 예비 임상연구 프로토콜

        Objectives : Our aim is to evaluate feasibility for massive clinical research and to make basic analysis of efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome and idiopathic chronic fatigue. Methods : This study is a protocol for a pilot randomized controlled trial. It was developed through literature searches and discussions among researchers. Results : Forty participants allocated to acupuncture group and wait-list group. Participants allocated to acupuncture group will be treated three times per week for a total of 12 sessions over four weeks. Eight points (GV20; bilatral GB20, BL11, BL13, BL15, BL18, BL20, BL23) have been selected for the acupuncture group. Participants in the wait-list group will not receive acupuncture treatment during study period and follow-up will be made in the 5th and 9th weeks after random allocation. Then the same acupuncture treatment as that performed to the acupuncture group will be made to the wait-list group. Fatigue Severity Scale, a short form of Stress Response Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, and Insomnia Severity Index will be used as outcome variables to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture. Safety will be assessed at every visit. Conclusions : The trial based on this study will be performed. The results of the trial will provide basis for the efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome and idiopathic chronic fatigue.

        유통 생약재의 아플라톡신 모니터링

        고시된 아플라톡신 시험법의 정량한계, 검출한계를 개선한 분석법을 유효화하였으며, 개선한 분석법으로 강활, 개자 등의 생약 400개의 시료를 분석하였다. 사군자와 제니 각 1건에서 아플라톡신 B₁이 각 2.3 μg/kg 검출되었으며, 사군자와 대풍자 1건에서 정량한계 미만의 아플라톡신이 검출되었다. 탕제로의 이행률은 아플라톡신 B₁의 경우 약 20% 정도의 이행률을 나타냈다. 아플라톡신 B₁ 기준치보다 낮게 검출되어 현재까지는 아플라톡신으로부터 안전한 것으로 판단되었다. This study was conducted to monitor aflatoxins in various medicinal herbs, providing available data for the safety of those products. To monitor aflatoxins in medicinal herbs, a total of 400 samples of 40 different herbs were collected in commercial retailers in Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan from March to August, 2008. The samples that passed the sensory evaluation were tested for aflatoxins. Aflatoxins in samples were analyzed by HPLCflorescence coupled with photochemical enhancement. Samples were extracted with 70% methanol and then diluted to the appropriate concentration. A refining process was performed using an immunoaffinity column. The analytical method used in this study was validated. The R2 value for aflatoxin B1 was 0.99946, and the detection range was from 0.25 to 10.0ng/mL. The accuracy of the analysis was ranged from 83.2% to 101.8%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) in the aflatoxin B1 analysis was 3.4%, demonstrating the precision of this method. In addition, the detection limit and quantitative analysis limit of aflatoxin B1 was 0.53 μg/kg and 1.76 μg/kg, respectively. These results indicated that the analytical method used in this study was appropriate. The results of HPLC showed that 1% (4 samples) of the samples may contain aflatoxins. The concentration of quantified aflatoxin was 2.3 μg/kg for both Quisqualis fructus and Remotiflori radix samples. The other samples were below the limit of quantification. Moreover, the concentration of aflatoxin B1 which is made by specific fungi were below the level of regulation. Only 20% of aflatoxin B1 were transferred to hot water. Therefore, the levels of aflatoxins in medicinal herbs were considered to be safe especially considering the aflatoxin transfer ratio.

        혈중 항뮬러관호르몬 저하를 진단받은 난임 환자의 한방치료 후 자연임신 2례와 항뮬러관호르몬의 상승 2례

        Objectives: AMH is considered a sensitive marker of ovarian reserve, and it tends to be included among basic fertility tests. This paper is to report two spontaneous pregnancies and two elevated AMH which were achieved by subfertile women with low AMH level after Korean medical treatments. Methods: The patients in these cases were 36~41 years old. Four subfertile patients with low AMH level (0.01 to 1.88 ng/mL) were treated with herbal medication, acupuncture, moxibustion between June 2013 and December 2015. The patients were diagnosed as Kidney deficiency (腎虛), Blood extravasation (瘀血) and/or Liver Qi stagnation (肝氣鬱結). Results: The two subfertile women with low AMH level achieved spontaneous pregnancy and two subfertile women with low AMH were elevated AMH after Korean medical treatments. Conclusions: The case report suggests that Korean medical treatment can be an effective option for subfertile women with low AMH level before Assisted Reproductive Technology.

        c-PMS(collaborative project management system) is a business process(BP) based tool to manage collaborative projects which accomplish common business objectives determined by mutual agreement of companies using limited resources and time. This study analyzes collaborative BP, collaborative projects, and their relation, and proposes the architecture and operation scenario of c-PMS consisted of business process asset management(BPAM) sub-system and project manage(PM) sub-system. BPAM sub-system models private and public BP using a client/server based modeler, defines collaborative BPs process from public BPs, and manages them as companies’ asset on a web portal. PM sub-system globally manages collaborative project using planning, execution, monitoring, and analyzing functions.

        글로벌 경쟁체계하에서 기업이 민첩하게 대응하기 위해서는 기업 간 업무 연계 및 협업을 통한 핵심역량 강화가 필요하다. 기업 내·외부의 환경변화에 민첩하게 대처하고 제조업 전반에 대한 혁신적인 변화를 달성시킬 수 있기 위해서는 국내 중소 제조업체를 위한 독창적인 기반 마련이 필요하다. 이를 위해 한국생산기술연구원에서는 2004 년부터 i 매뉴팩처링이란 사업을 수행하여 기업내부 및 기업간 기술협업을 활성화시키기 위한 다양한 노력을 시도하고 있다. i 매뉴팩처링 사업은 정보화 혁신, 제조 프로세스 혁신, 제조 시스템 혁신, 신제품개발 혁신 4 대 핵심 추진과제를 포함하고 있으며, 2008 년도부터 제조 프로세스 혁신의 일환으로 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(business process management)기법을 이용한 새로운 개념의 협업 모델 및 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용한 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 모델을 제시하고 개발 중인 시스템을 소개하고자 한다. 소셜 네트워크란 인터넷 상에서 인적 네트워크 또는 사회적 관계를 형성하는 것으로써, 정치, 경제, 사회 등 다양한 분야에서 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 제조기업의 애로사항 중의 하나인 전문인력의 부재와 애로기술의 손쉬운 확보를 위해 소셜 네트워크를 이용한 새로운 개념의 제조혁신 모델 및 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 즉, 기업이 필요로 하는 인력, 지식, 해결방안 등을 외부 전문가 네트워크를 이용하여 해결할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델 및 시스템 구조를 소개한다.

        위장 비율동성 당뇨환자에서 족삼리(足三里)($ST_{36}$) 전침처치의 위전도 조절 영향 사례군 연구

        Objectives : This study was to investigate the regulatory effect of electro-acupuncture on Jogsamni ($ST_{36}$) in bradygastric condition or gastroparesis which is a neuropathic complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), assessed using 4-channel electrogastrography (EGG). Methods : It was a case series study. Each patient was given electro-acupuncture(EA) one point, Jogsamni($ST_{36}$) or Gyeonu($LI_{15}$) bilaterally for thirty minutes with 2Hz bipolar square wave frequency and moderate intensity of stimulation. With attaching electrodes around stomach region throughout pre-acupuncture, acupuncture, and post-acupuncture session, these parameters were produced; percent rate of bradygastria power compared to sum of power in all kind of gastric rhythm(% bradygastria), dominant frequency(DF) and dominant power(DP). Parameter was analysed per each channel's variable change from pre-acupuncture session by paired t-test. Results : There was statistically significant decrease in % bradygastria parameters on one of the $ST_{36}$ treated patients from pre-acupuncture session and to post-acupuncture session(P=0.015, P=0.008 respectively). A marginal significant decrease of DP was shown in the other $ST_{36}$ treated patient from pre-acupuncture session through post-acupuncture session(P=0.049). Combined data of two $ST_{36}$ Treated patients showed that there was significant decrease of %bradygastria from pre-acupuncture session to acupuncture session(P=0.020), and was decrease of DP from pre-acupuncture session to post- acupuncture session(P=0.020). Conclusions : EA at $ST_{36}$ resulted in statistically significant decrease in %bradygastria and DP for dysrhythmic condition in T2DM gastroparesis patients. Considering this limited results, further study will be needed to elucidate the effect of multiple-acupuncture on gastric myoelectrical activities.

        미술 감상수업에서 국어과 쓰기활동이 초등학교 3학년 학생의 미술 이해도와 흥미도에 미치는 영향

          본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 3학년 미술 감상수업에서 국어과 쓰기 활동과 통합한 교수-학습 프로그램을 설계하여 적용하고 미술 이해도와 흥미도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 인천광역시에 소재한 S초등학교 3학년 2개 학급 60명을 대상으로, 전통적인 방법으로 미술 감상수업을 실시한 통제집단과 국어과의 쓰기활동과 연계하여 미술 감상수업을 실시한 실험집단으로 구분하고, 두 집단 학생들이 작성한 미술 감상문 평가, 형성평가, 설문조사 자료를 분석한 결과, 미술 이해도와 흥미도에 있어서 두 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이를 통하여 미술 감상수업에서 국어과의 쓰기 활동과 통합한 교수-학습 프로그램은 미술 이해도와 흥미도에 긍정적인 영항을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다.   The purpose of study is to observe how an integrated approach to enhance the understanding level of the art appreciation class for 3rd grades of the elementary school. During the class, we had the classes to write a short-story using the art terms learned during the lecture and to write letters as if they were the main figures of the art. We tested whether the 3rd grades who were lectured using the integrated approach showed noticeable interests and art appreciation improvements compared to the 3rd grades taught in the general method of teaching art by observing the essays the students wrote and through valuations. As a results of this study, firstt, a noticeable enhancement in aesthetic and critique ability were observed from the students who were taught using the integrated approach compared to the students who were taught in the general method. Hence, we can conclude that the "writing an essay" sessions seemed to have benefited the students in improving the ability to critique the artistic piece. Second, a noticeable enhancement in understanding level of the art history was observed from the students taught using the integrated approach. The students who were instructed to write letters as they were the main figures of the art piece showed a better understanding of the art history than the students in the controlled group. Third, a noticeable increase in interests to learn art and tend to show more attention during the class were observed from the students who were taught using the integrated approach.<BR>  In conclusion, an integrated approach of combining art appreciation ability and writing ability in art education positively affects the students to enhance their understanding levels of art and art history.

        중소 제조기업을 위한 협업환경지원 BOM 관리 시스템 설계

        Most commercial PDM (product data management) systems, which have been released recently by overseas famous software vendors, are still expensive and heavy to apply to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Proposed in this paper are an architecture and functions of collaborative BOM (bill-of-material) management system (cBOM-MS) which supports the internal BOM management by BOM Navigator, provides SMEs with constructing the collaborative BOM via Collaborative BOM Portal, and proposes an interface to extract BOM automatically from commercial CAD systems. In the design of cBOM-MS, BOM Navigator and cBOM Portal are positioned separately to reinforce the information security about product data during product development process.

        프로젝트 관리 분야에서 프로그램 관리는 복수 프로젝트를 체계적으로 관리하는 것을 의미한다. 현재 중소기업의 실정으로는 프로젝트 관리조차 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있지만, 기업의 궁극적인 목적이 프로젝트의 성공이 아닌, 기업의 이익임을 상기할 때, 프로그램 관리를 도입할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 소규모 다수 프로젝트를 관리해야 하는 중소기업의 현실적 상황을 고려하여 중소기업 분야별 프로그램 관리 기술을 도출한다. 구체적인 연구 내용으로는 건설/엔지니어, 정보/통신, 제조/생산 분야 별 중소기업의 주요 프로젝트 관리 항목을 기존 연구를 토대로 분석한다. 그리고 PMI의 프로그램 관리 범주를 바탕으로 해당 주요 관리 항목 별 프로그램 관리 기술을 도출한다. 본 연구의 의의는 기존 중소기업 차원에서 관리되기 어려웠던 프로그램 관리에 대한 접근을 시도한 점과 분야별 중소기업을 위한 프로그램 관리기술을 도출한 점이다.
