고탄수화물 식이투여 마우스에서 누에추출물이 소장내의 $\alpha$-glycosidase 활성에 미치는 영향

The effects of silkworm extract on body weight, blood glucose and insulin levels, and an intestinal glycosidase activity were studied in high carbohydrate diet administered mice. Hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia represented in high carbohydrate diet administered mice disappeared when silkworm extract(50 mg) was added to 100 g diet for 10 week period. These results suggest that silkworm extract may resolve the insulin resistance by lowering serum insulin level resulting from inhibition of intestinal glycosidase activity. Silkworm extract coadministered with high carbohydrate diet to mice for 10 weeks significantly induced maltase, sucrase and lactase acivities, especially middle and distal portion. Further studies about regulatory mechanisms of glycosidase by silkworm extract are needed.

This study, exercise and immersive game guts to target badminton player, and validate the structural relationship of the cognitive performances. Correlation analysis was performed with structural equation modeling analysis to identify research purposes, and take advantage of the bootstraping analysis to verify the effectiveness parameters among latent variables. Based on the obtained results were as follows. First, Sports spirit has appeared to recognize that commitment, behavior immersed, a positive effect on the cognitive performances, cognitive immersion was found that the partial mediation effect on the relationship between the fighting spirit and the cognitive performances. Second, the Sports spirit of giving positive effect on cognitive commitment, whether the commitment was found that the positive effect on the cognitive performances. Whether the commitment and fighting spirit is fully aware that the mediating effect on the relationship between the performances appear I did not have a statistically significant result. Third, confidence appeared to be giving positive effect on the cognitive performances and cognitive engagement, whether the commitment was found that the partial mediation effect on the relationship between perceived and confident performances.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of pay satisfaction of dental employees. The questionnaire used in this study consists of personal characteristics, characteristics of workplace, administration of pay, Pay satisfaction questionnaire (PSQ). PSQ was translated, and backward translation into korean was implemented. A pilot test was conducted with 25 dental employees to complete the questionnaire. Survey was conducted from February to July in 2015, receiving 323 valid responses. Anova or t-test was conducted with categorized characteristics, by calculating pay satisfaction scores. Principal factor analysis which is an exploratory factor analysis was conducted to investigate the consistency of pay satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate how much effect the variables have on pay satisfaction. The result of principal factor analysis showed that pay satisfaction consists of 3 factors which are ‘paying system’, ‘pay level’, ‘benefits’. ‘Pay raise’ which was one of 4 factors of original PSQ was not the factor of pay satisfaction of dental employees. The result of analysis of characteristics showed that the scores of paying system between dental clinic and dental hospital had significant difference. The result of multiple regression analysis showed tendencies pay satisfaction increases when age and monthly income increases and whole career and the number of unit chairs decreases. Increasing the autonomy of employees and simplification of paying system would improve pay satisfaction efficiently. When age increases, the pay level increases because of the seniority-based pay structure, and this leads to the higher satisfaction. The higher amount of pay leads to higher satisfaction. The expectation over pay increases relatively higher than the increase of pay level and this leads to the less satisfaction. When the number of unit chairs is fewer, the workplace is smaller, so the employees have more autonomy, and this leads to higher satisfaction.
