      • 전기응석 부상분리에 의한 바이오매스의 처리에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 전기응석 분리법을 이용하여 호수에서 녹조현상으로 인해 오염된 물의 정화를 위한 실험결과,통전에 의해 조류는 현저히 응석 부상분리되고, 그 결과 회수수의 정수효과가 확실히 나타났다. 이것은 조류의 농도가 높을수록 상승하였다.<br/> 전기응석법에 의해 부상분리되어 얻어진 회수수의 SS, Chl-a, Org-N은 감소하고, DO, pH는 저하 하였다.<br/> 통전에 의해 회수수의 투과율이 증대하는 하편, 임의 한도를 넘으면 SS가 증대하는 현상이 관찰 되었다. 때로는 투명하게된 회수수의 SS가 원수의 SS보다 높은 경우도 있었다. 이것을 조류 농도가 낮고, 장시간 통전 했을때에 현저 하였다. 이들은 통전에 따른 Al(OH)₃의 생성에 기인하는 것이다.<br/> 통전에 의한 조류의 응석부상분리의 효과와 청정효과, 회수수의 Al(OH)₃의 용출에 관한 실용적인 조작조건을 정하는 것이 절실히 요망된다.<br/> 특히 본 실험은 조류의 농도가 클때 유효한 방법이므로 일사량이 많은 하기에 태양전지를 전원으로 이용한 제작에 의해 실용화 시기 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

        경추부 경막외 혈액 봉합술로 치료한 자발성 두개내 저압

        We teport a patient with spontaneous intracranial hypotension. In addition to the cardinal feature of a postural headache and a low CSF pressure, the patient also had subdural hematoma demonstrated by brain MRI. Radionuclide cisternography revealed a CSF leakage in the intracranium. CSF leakage from spinal meningeal defects may be the most common cause of this syndrome. The headache is a consequence of the low CSF pressure producing displacement of pain-sensitive structures, Methods of treatment are identical to those for post-dural puncture headaches. We experienced a patient with spontaneous intracranial hypotension developed in the intracranium who was successfully managed with a cervical blood patch.

        평균 배기 압력 구배 지수를 이용한 실화 검출

        This paper proposes a method to detect the misfired cylinder using a new misfire detection index. The new method of misfired cylinder is a comparison of pressure gradient during the blowdown period of exhaust stroke. If a misfire occurs, the engine will he lost some power and consumes the more fuel and the torque will be unsteady. Most of all, the misfire affects a bad influence of the 3-way catalyst and emits unburned hydrocarbon in the air. To prevent these unusual phenomena and eliminate the factor of the environmental pollution, it is important to detect the misfired cylinder. To do the experiment, set up the assist device on the manifold. This assist device is not deformed for conventional exhaust manifold and installed in the em of the exhaust manifold. Experimental results showed that the method using the mean gradient pressure index is proven to be effective in the detection of misfired cylinder on gasoline engine regardless loads and revolutions of the engine.<br/> <br/>

        보조기구의 형상 변경에 따른 배기계에서의 압력 변동 분석

        This paper described the characteristics of the exhaust pressure and proposed the assistant device for detection of misfired cylinder. Misfire, one of abnormal combustion, affects a bad influence of the 3-way catalyst and emits unburned hydrocarbon. Therefore, to prevent these unusual phenomena and eliminate the factor of the environmental pollution, early detection and correction of the misfired cylinder play a very important role. The configuration of assistant device was changed by length and diameter of pipe and analyzed with the install position on the exhaust system. Experimental results showed that the configuration of assistant device is not affected more than length and diameter of pipe and the assistant device is be effective in the detection of misfired cylinder on the gasoline engine.

      • 크랭크軸의 補修溶接에 關한 硏究

        특수장비 또는 대형장비의 엔진 및 엔진 제작 기술의 수입 의존도가 대단히 높은 실정이다.<br/> 따라서 특수차량 및 엔진 정비사업장 외국산 엔진 모델의 핵심 부품을 수입, 제작에 막대한 비용이 소요되고, 효율적인 장비 운영을 위해 정비기술 개발에 보수용접 적용이 크게 주목되고 있다.<br/> 크랭크 축의 보수용접을 합리적으로 적용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 크랭크축 자체의 재질 분석과 결함유형 분석, 용접이음의 경도 및 인장강도에 대한 이해와 품질 규격화가 이루어 져야한다.<br/> 본 연구에서는 크랭크 축 강재의 재질분석과 결함유형 분석을 통해 결함조건에 따른 보수용접과 보수용접 크랭크 축 적용 차량의 주행평가 등을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.<br/> 1. 크랭크 축 저널 표면 결함의 깊이에 대한 경도 분석결과 마찰열에 의한 풀림효과 현상이 나타났으며, 표면 열처리 경화 구간 (3~4mm)까지 연화됨을 알 수 있었다.<br/> 2. 마찰열 영향에 의한 크랭크 축 동종재 시험을 350℃, 550℃, 700℃, 930℃으로 수행 하였으며, 시험결과 열영향이 증가 할수록 경화 되어 경도값이 높게 나타났고, 930℃ 이상 구간의 용접부 및 모재부 경도 상승은 재질의 이질성이 커지므로 크랭크 축 용접보수가 바람직하지 않다는 것을 알 수 있다.<br/> 3. 크랭크 축 강재는 중, 고탄소강 및 특수 합금강으로써 용접성 저하로 인한 보수용접 수리가 어려운 것으로 알려져 있으나, 용접 작업시 용접봉 선택, 예열, 용접전류, 슬래그 혼입방지, 피닝, 등을 조절하면 강도, 표면 경도를 표준 크랭크 축과 동등 수준의 제품을 얻을 수 있었다.<br/> 4. 정비사업장의 마모 및 부분적 결함이 발생된 크랭크축을 보수용접하여 엔진의 주행성능(4,000㎞)을 평가한 결과 엔진 폐기 주기를 연장하는 것이 입증되었다.

        The rotation capacity of laterally unsupported H-section steel beam is applied to the frame analysis by the plastic hinge method. Inelastic buckling strength and moment-cuvature relationship of H-section steel beam are used to investigate the rotation capacity. The increment and iteration technique is used to calculate the collapse load in frame analysis. The effect of lateral buckling is shown for example.

        에너지 절감형 전기 유류 겸용 온풍기 개발

        This study was carried out to evaluate the structural stability of hybrid type fan heater. The evaluation of structural safety of hybrid fan heater was conducted by using Ansys Workbench and CFX-11 under the design condition. The hybrid fan heater was operated by heat transfer for heat source supplied from electric heater and combustion gas. According to result of structural analysis, the maximum equivalent stress of hybrid fan heater was 150㎫ when the temperature of heat transfer fluids was 150℃. It was found that the hybrid fan was structurally safe because the value of maximum equivalent stress was smaller than that of yield stress of the material.

        수치해석을 이용한 다겹보온자재의 내부공기층 함유에 따른 보온 특성

        This study investigates thermal insulation properties of multi layer materials depending on thickness of air layers. Numerical analysis on the heat flow of different insulating materials was conducted to identify whether their temperature distributions demonstrate the reduced rate of heat transfer conclusively or not. Analytical model is divided into two categories. One is to distinguish temperature distribution of the air-layer materials from the non-air layer ones. The other is to compare the efficacy between eight-layered insulating materials with no air-layer contained and three-layered insulating materials which include an air-layer definitely. In the latter case, the identical thickness is assigned to each material. The effect of thermal insulation by including an air-layer is verified in the first analytical model. The result of the second model shows that the insulation of the eight-layered materials is coterminous at the three-layered ones with an air-layer and the thermal insulation of the two materials is imperceptible. The benefits of cost and energy saving are anticipated if air-layers are efficiently incorporated in multi layer insulating materials in a greenhouse.

        It seems that International Relations has not really talked about politics nowadays. It also seems to have become banal as it has stopped yielding impressive political insights. This banality appears even powerful enough to make us question if International Relations is still a sub-discipline of political science. The main source of the banality is instrumental rationalism with which two mainstream approaches in the discipline, neorealism and neoliberal institutionalism, have imbued themselves. Since instrumental rationalist explanations can make sense mostly in an apolitical condition like self-regulating market, both neorealism and neoliberal institutionalism, to the extent that they continue to rely upon instrumental rationalism, could not easily doff the banality. In order to get over the banality and make the discipline interesting again we need to bring politics back into International Relations. The core to politics is power, which can be conceptualized as control over others through habitual compliance or enforcement. Power is, in this sense, essentially a relational concept. The main reason why neorealism and neoliberal institutionalism have become banal without producing deep insights into international politics is that they fail to equip themselves with such relationally defined notions of power. On the contrary, constructivism, with its emphasis on social structure, looks more promising in this respect, but it has not provided concept(s) of power that can help us overcome the banality yet. After all, what International Relations is in need of is a concept of power that will bring politics back into this discipline.

        Study on Friction Characteristics of Pressure Control Valve for Ship Engine

        Low operational cost and high efficiency is absolute requirements in the mass production of the ship engine. Increasing the performance of the fuel injection system in the diesel engine is one kind of solution to improve the efficiency. Modern diesel engines are using electronic control module as the main controller in the fuel injection control system, however the mechanical system still involved in the modern control system. In modern ship engine, a control valve was used in injection fuel to regulate the flow of the fuel. High pressure and friction are intensively occur within this part, therefore high wear resist and low friction coefficient material including fine lubricating are needed. This study is to figure out the wear resist material and proper lubricant in the control valve fuel injection. The experiment has been tested using pin on disk in several treatments those are used various lubricants and non-lubricant condition. Two kinds of lubricant were used in this experiment such as INDERIN AW-32 and paraffin oil. INDERIN AW-32 has a better result compared to non-lubricant condition, which are 20% performance increases than non-lubricant condition. SCM 440 was providing small friction coefficient in the lower velocity. The friction coefficient was constantly maintains at 0.1 m/s of velocity or above respectively with the increment of the loads. Using INDERIN AW-32 and paraffin oil the lowest friction coefficient occurred at the lower load, and increases side by side with the increment of loads.
