직장어린이집 원장들의 열린어린이집 운영 경험 및 개선을 위한 제안

본 연구는 직장어린이집 원장들의 열린어린이집 운영 동기와 운영 후의 변화, 직장어린이집 원장들이 열린어린이집을 운영하면서 경험하는 어려움 및 개선 방안에 대해서 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 열린어린이집을 운영하는 직장어린이집 원장 9인을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 직장어린이집 원장들이 열린어린이집을 운영하게 된 동기는 어린이집에 대한 부모들의 신뢰를 높이고, 늘 준비된 어린이집 환경을 조성하고 개방하며, 부모들을 지원함과 동시에 자유로운 참여를 보장하기 위한 것으로 나타났다. 원장들은 열린어린이집 운영 후에 어린이집에 대한 부모들의 신뢰가 높아졌고, 교사들의 자신감이 높아졌으며, 부모들과 유아들에게 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다고 하였다. 직장어린이집에서 열린어린이집을 운영하면서 경험하는 어려움에는 직장의 다양한 특성, 직장어린이집 상황에 적합하지 않은 열린어린이집 가이드라인, 업무의 증가가 포함되었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 원장들은 부모들이 속한 직장 상황에 맞는 다양한 부모참여 활동의 계획, 열린어린이집 가이드라인의 유연한 적용, 열린어린이집 지정 및 운영 관련 업무의 간소화를 제안하였으며, 이러한 제안이 반영된다면 직장어린이집에서 열린어린이집이 효과적으로 운영되는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to examine workplace childcare center directors" motivations for operating Open Childcare Centers, and changes and difficulties related to Open Childcare Centers operation as well as their suggestions for improvement. In-depth interviews were conducted with 9 directors of workplace childcare centers who operated Open Childcare Centers. The findings indicated that the directors’ motivations for running Open Childcare Centers were to increase parents" trust in childcare centers, to provide well-prepared childcare center environments, and to support parents and ensure active parental participation. The directors reported that parents" trust in the childcare center as well as teachers" level of confidence has increased, and positive changes occurred to parents and children. Difficulties in operating Open Childcare Centers experienced by the directors included various circumstances of parents" workplaces, inappropriate guidelines for Open Childcare Centers, and increased workloads. The directors proposed planning various parental participation activities that would suit characteristics of the parents" workplaces, making flexible guidelines for Open Childcare Centers, and simplifying processes related to the designation and operation of Open Childcare Centers. These suggestions are expected to help more effective operation of Open Childcare Centers.

북한이탈주민 대상 구강보건교육 프로그램 개발

북한이탈주민의 구강건강 수준을 향상시키려면 구강병 치료와 함께 구강건강관리에 대한 인식개선이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 지역사회에 정착한 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 적용할 수 있는 구강보건교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구의 구강보건교육 프로그램 개발 모형으로 Dick&Carey 모형을 선정하였다. 학습자 및 환경 분석을 위해 전문가 면담을 한 결과, 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 한 구강보건교육 시 고려해야 할 사항은 크게 북한이탈주민에 대한 이해 선행 필요, 북한의 일상 언어 숙지 필요, 북한이탈주민에게 적합한 동기화전략 개발 필요, 전신건강과 연계된 교육내용 수립, 지역사회의 특성을 반영한 현실적인 교육방법 모색필요 등으로 나타났다. 프로그램 개발 결과, 45개의 학습목표가 개발되었고, 이를 달성하기 위해 10차시의 교육이 계획되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 북한이탈주민 대상 구강보건교육 프로그램은 향후 북한이탈주민 대상 구강보건교육을 계획하는 치과위생사와 북한이탈주민에게 실질적인 도움이 될 것이다. To improve the oral health level of North Korean defectors, it is necessary to improve awareness of oral health care along with treatment of oral diseases. The purpose of this study is to develop an oral health education program that can be applied to North Korean defectors who have settled in local communities. To develop the program, three steps were taken: literature review, in-depth interview with experts, and program development applying the Dick&Carey model. As a result of in-depth expert interviews, what should be considered in oral health education for North Korean defectors is the need to understand North Korean defectors in advance, to familiarize themselves with the daily language of North Korea, to develop a synchronization strategy suitable for North Korean defectors, and to connect with whole body health. It was found that there was a need to establish the contents of education and to seek realistic education methods that reflect the characteristics of local communities. As a result of developing the program, fifty learning goals were developed, and ten sessions were planned. The oral health education program for North Korean defectors developed in this study will be of practical help to dental hygienists planning oral health education for North Korean defectors in the future and North Korean defectors.

지역별 장애인 학교 구강보건사업 평가 비교

장애인 특수학교에서 실시하고 있는 학교구강보건사업 항목과 내용이 우리나라 각 지역별의 특색에 따라 다르므로 전국 142개 장애인 학교 담당 보건교사들을 대상으로 학교 구강보건사업에 대한 자체 평가를 실시하여 지역별로 잘못된 점을 보완하여 향후 장애인 학교 구강보건사업 기획 시 참고자료로 사용하고자 하였다. 종합평가 결과 경상도 지역 특수학교 구강보건사업이 가장 높은 평점을 받았으며 서울특별시가 장애인 특수학교 구강보건사업 항목이 가장 적어서 낮은 평점을 받았던 것으로 조사되었고 장애 아동에 대한 별도의 구강보건교육목표 설정과 학교불소용액양치, 치면열구전색사업과 학교구강보건실 운영 사업을 확대함이 권장되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health plans of 142 special schools for disabled youth in different regions across the nation based on the self-evaluation of their school nurses in an attempt to help improve school oral health plans and provide useful information on the planning of oral health plans for schools for disabled youth, as the oral health plans of special schools for disabled youth depended on local characteristics. As a result of make a synthetic evaluation, the oral health plans of special schools located in Gyeongsang Province ranked first, and those of special schools in Seoul scored low due to the smallest number of items included. And it's recommended to select separate objectives of oral health education geared toward physically disadvantaged children, to extend school fluoride mouth rinse and pit & fissure sealing projects, and to enhance the management of school dental clinics.

보육교사의 정서조절능력이 교사효능감 및 영아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향

본 연구 보육교사의 정서조절능력이 교사효능감 및 영아-교사 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역의 보육교사 193명을 대상으로 정서조절능력, 교사효능감, 영아-교사 상호작용에 대한 설문을 실시하였고, 수집된 자료를 spss22 프로그램을 활용하여 적률 상관계수, 선형회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 정서조절능력, 교사효능감, 영아-교사 상호작용은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 정서 조절능력이 교사효능감과 영아-교사 상호작용을 회귀분석한 결과 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 보육현장에서 교사의 정서조절능력의 중요성과 함께 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 정서조절능력의 중요성을 밝힘으로써 보육현장에서 영아들에게 긴밀한 영향을 줄 수 있는 보육교사의 정서조절능력을 위한 지원과 프로그램의 필요성에 대한 근거자료를 제시하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of childcare teachers’ emotional regulation ability on teacher efficacy and infant-teacher interaction. To this end, 193 infant teachers in the Seoul metropolitan area were surveyed on emotional control, teacher effectiveness, and infant-teacher interaction, and the SPSS22 program was used to analyze the collected data using proper correlation coefficients and linear regression. First, the study found that emotional control ability, teacher effectiveness, and infant-teacher interaction were statically correlated. Second, infant teachers’ emotional control skills were found to have a significant impact after regression analysis of teacher efficacy and infant-teacher interactions. These results suggest that support is needed along with the importance of teachers’ emotional control skills at the childcare site. This study reveals the importance of infant teachers’ emotional regulation ability. The study is meaningful in that it presented evidence on the need for support and programs for infant teachers’ emotional regulation ability that can closely affect infants at the childcare site.
