        시판 가공식품의 비타민 A, E 함량 조사 연구 - 음료수, 시리얼, 과자, 기타코코아·당류·초콜릿가공품 등을 중심으로 -

        Purpose: People have long been interested about antioxidant nutrients such as vitamin A and E to stay in healthy states. This present study provides trustworthy nutritional information and evaluates vitamin A and E contents in emphasized food items. Methods: Vitamin A or vitamin E emphasized foods including beverage, cereal, snack, chocolate product, other cocoa products, and sugar products were analyzed. The contents of vitamin A, E in samples were examined by high performance liquid chromatography. Vitamin A and vitamin E contents were compared with the labeled value indicated on the nutrition label. Results: Vitamin A (n=18) value ranged from 90% to 248% and vitamin E (n=20) value ranged between 96-413% of labeled value. Analyzed samples ranged more than 80% of the labeled value, which complied with food labeling rules. Conclusion: Providing accurate information for nutrition label is essential to confirm nutrient contents in foods. It will help to decide the adequate level of nutrient intake. Therefore, the nutrition labeling system should be supervised continuously with regular monitoring analysis.

        시판 레토르트식품의 지방함량 조사 - 조지방, 포화지방, 트랜스지방산 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 레토르트식품의 조지방, 포화지방, 트랜스지방의 영양성분 표시 값과 분석 값을 비교하여 소비자에게 신뢰성 있는 영양정보를 제공하는지를 확인하기 위해 카레류 21건, 짜장류 16건, 짜장 및 카레를 제외한 소스류 17건, 즉석조리식품 16건을 서울 및 경기지역을 중심으로 수거하여 식품공전에 따라 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 레토르트식품의 지방성분 함량 분포는 조지방 $0.47{\pm}0.42{\sim}17.41{\pm}0.41g/100g$, 포화지방 $0.24{\pm}0.02{\sim}7.60{\pm}0.40g/100g$, 트랜스지방 $0.00{\pm}0.00{\sim}0.46{\pm}0.05g/100g$의 범위를 보였으며, 이는 제품에 표시된 영양성분 함량 대비 각각 최대 회수율 값이 조지방(119.7%), 포화지방(119%), 트랜스지방(90%)로 모두 120%미만의 결과이며 레토르트 70건이 허용 오차 기준을 준수하고 있었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 레토르트식품에 표시된 조지방, 포화지방, 트랜스지방 함량은 소비자에게 신뢰성 있는 영양정보를 제공하고 있음을 확인하였으며, 현재 한국의 비만 유병률이 31~32%인 시점에서 소비자들이 식품에 표시된 조지방, 포화지방, 트랜스지방 함량을 확인하여 구매한다면 건강에 적합한 식품을 선택할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 지속적으로 의무영양표시 식품을 대상으로 제품에 표시된 영양표시의 기준이 준수되고 있는 지에 대한 영양성분 함량 표시 조사 연구가 필요하다고 본다. The aim of this study was to provide nutrition information to consumers by analyzing crude fat, saturated and trans fatty acids in commercial retort foods (n=70). The following sauce products of curries (n=21) and black-bean-sauces (n=16), other sauces (n=17) and instant cooking foods (n=16) were collected. Crude fat contents were quantified with the Rose-Gottlieb method using acid digestion. While saturated and trans fatty acids were examined by gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector (FID). Crude fat, saturated and trans fatty acid content ranges were $0.47{\pm}0.42{\sim}12.80{\pm}0.07g/100g$, $0.24{\pm}0.02{\sim}17.41{\pm}0.41g/100g$, $0.00{\pm}0.00{\sim}0.46{\pm}0.05g/100g$, respectively. Maximum recovery of analysis values was crude fat (119.7%), saturated fat (119%) and trans fatty acid (90%) compared the actual amounts based on the reference value indicated on the nutrition label. The analyzed samples were found to be compliant with nutrition label standard, because the contents of crude fat, saturated fatty acid, trans fatty acid were less than 120% of the reference value indicated on the nutrition label in retort foods. Therefore, the nutrition information on retort foods available to consumers was found to be trustworthy.

        조직문화와 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 조직신뢰, 의사소통의 매개효과: 제조업을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to research the effect of organizational culture on trust and communication. Also, the study explores whether trust and communication affects innovative behavior and the mediation effect on innovative behavior among organizational culture, trust and communication. This study analyzed the mediating effect with SEM using data from the HCCP in 2015. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that innovative, collective and rational culture positively influence but hierarchical culture negatively influence trust and communication. Second, trust and communication have a positive effect on innovative behavior and trust has a positive effect on communication. Third, the effect innovative, collective hierarchical and rational culture on innovative behavior is mediated through trust and communication. Therefore, this study suggests creating an innovative, relationship-based and goal-oriented organizational culture which increases trust and communication that facilitates innovative behavior.

        국내 초등학생 및 중학생의 성별에 따른 직접적 공격성과 관계적 공격성의 차이

        연구 목적 본 연구는 국내 초등학생 및 중학생을 대상으로 직접적 공격성과 관계적 공격성의 성별간 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 946명의 초등학생($9.54{\pm}1.72$세, 남아 485명, 여아 461명)의 경우 부모 보고를 통해 K-CBCL를 시행하였다. 중학생의 경우 603명의 대상자가($13.98{\pm}0.93$세, 남아 301명, 여아 302명) 자가보고를 통해 K-YSR를 시행하였다. 성별간 공격성 차이를 확인하기 위해 독립표본 t 검정 및 교차 분석(chi-square test or Fisher's exact)을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 초등학생의 경우 남학생이 여학생에 비해 유의미하게 직접 공격성의 T-score가 높았으며(p<0.001) 관계 공격성에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p=0.235). 중학생의 경우 직접적 공격성과 관계적 공격성 모두에서 유의미한 차이가 관찰되었는데, 직접 공격성의 경우 남학생이 여학생보다 유의미하게 높았고(p=0.00 ; p<0.000), 관계 공격성의 경우 여학생이 남학생보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났다(p=0.017 ; p<0.001). 결 론 본 연구는 한국의 초등학생 및 중학생에서 성별 간 공격성 하위 요인의 차이가 존재함을 시사하고 있다. 이러한 성별 간 차이가 향후 아동 청소년 공격성의 예방 및 개입 방향 수립에 고려되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the gender differences of direct aggression and relational aggression in Korean elementary and middle school students. Methods : Parents of 946 elementary school students(age $9.54{\pm}1.72$ years, 485 boys, 461 girls) completed the Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL). Six-hundred-and-three middle school students(age $13.98{\pm}0.93$ years, 301 boys, 302 girls) completed the Youth Self-Report(YSR). Independent t-test, chi-square test, and Fisher's exact test were used. Results : Boys had significantly higher direct aggression scores than girls in elementary school students(p<0.001). There was no significance gender difference of relational aggression in elementary school students(p=0.235). In middle school students, boys had significantly higher direct aggression than girls(p=0.017), and girls had significantly higher relational aggression compared to the boys(p<0.001). Conclusions : Our results suggest the presence of gender differences in manifestation of aggression subtypes in Korean elementary and middle school students. These gender differences should be taken into account in prevention and intervention approaches of aggression in children and adolescents.

        피부전기활동을 이용한 실시간 깊은 수면 검출 알고리즘의 개발

        Although many studies have analyzed the relationship between electrodermal activity (EDA) and sleep stages, a practical method for detecting sleep stage using EDA has not been suggested. The aim of this study was to develop an algorithm for real-time automatic detection of deep sleep using the EDA signal. Simultaneously with overnight polysomnography (PSG), continuous measurement of skin conductance on the fingers was performed for ten subjects. The morphometric characteristics in the fluctuations of EDA signal were employed to establish the quantitative criteria for determining deep sleep. The 30-sec epoch-by-epoch comparison between the deep sleep detected by our method and that reported from PSG exhibited an average sensitivity of 74.6%, an average specificity of 98.0%, and an average accuracy of 96.1%. This study may address the growing need for a reliable and simple measure for identifying sleep stage without a PSG.

        자세이완치료를 병용한 침구치료가 급성기 족관절 염좌의 치료에 미치는 영향에 대한 임상적 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment of acute ankle sprain combined with positional release therapy. Methods: A prospective randomized single blind study between positional release group and knee flexed supine position group was conducted. Patients with ankle sprain within 48 hours were evaluated by Ankle injury grade chart(AIGC). In group A, positional release therapy was combined with acupuncture, whereas in group B, acupuncture was conducted in knee flexed supine position. The treatment was planned for a duration of 1 week, 3times a week. In AIGC scores, VAS, weight bearing time and weight bearing time in blind were followed up and compared. Results and Conclusion: The VAS score decreased in both group. Weight bearing time increased in group B, weight bearing time in blind increased in group A. Comparing the therapeutic effect of each group, group A had significant effectiveness in weight bearing time in blind. So we may conclude that Acupuncture treatment combined with positional release therapy is effective and recommandable at early stage of ankle sprain.

        그레인저 인과성 분석을 이용한 정상인과 수면무호흡증 환자의 수면 중 압수용기 반사 효과의 평가

        The baroreflex is one kind of homeostatic mechanisms to regulate acute blood pressure (BP) changes by controlling heartbeat interval (HBI). To quantify the effect of baroreflex, we suggested a new approach of analyzing Granger causality between systolic BP (SBP) and HBI. The index defined as baroreflex effectiveness (BRE) was generated by the hypothesis that more effectual baroreflex would be related to more effective Granger causal influence of SBP on HBI. Six obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients (apnea-hypopnea index, AHI ${\geq}5$ events/hr) and six normal subjects participated in the study. Their SBP and HBI during nocturnal sleep were obtained from a non-invasive continuous BP measurement device. While the BRE ($mean{\pm}SD$) of normal subjects was $47.0{\pm}4.0%$, OSA patients exhibited the BRE of $34.0{\pm}3.8%$. The impaired baroreflex function of OSA patients can be explained by the physiological mechanism associated with recurrent hypoxic episodes during sleep. Thus, the significantly lower BRE in OSA patients verified the availability of Granger causality analysis to evaluate baroreflex during sleep. Furthermore, the range of BRE obtained from normal subjects was not overlapped with that obtained from OSA patients. It suggests the potential of BRE as a new helpful tool for diagnosing OSA.

        다형 심실빈맥의 예측을 위한 dVm/dt<sub>Max_repol</sub>의 이온채널 전도도에 대한 민감도 분석

        Early afterdepolarization (EAD), a significant cause of fatal ventricular arrhythmias including Torsade de Pointes (TdP) in long QT syndromes, is a depolarizing afterpotential at the plateau or repolarization phase in action potential (AP) profile early before completing one pace. AP duration prolongation is related to EAD but is not necessarily accounted for EAD. Several computational studies suggested EAD can form from an abnormality in the late plateau and/or repolarization phase of AP shape. In this sense, we hypothesized the slope during repolarization has the characteristics to predict TdP risk, mainly focusing on the maximum slope during repolarization (dVm/dt<sub>max_repol</sub>). This study aimed to predict the sensitivity of dVm/dt<sub>max_repol</sub> to ion channel conductances as a TdP risk metric through a population simulation considering multiple effects of simultaneous reduction in six ion channel conductances of g<sub>NaL</sub>, g<sub>Kr</sub>, g<sub>Ks</sub>, g<sub>to</sub>, g<sub>K1</sub>, and g<sub>CaL</sub>. Additionally, we verified the availability of dVm/dt<sub>max_repol</sub> for TdP risk prediction through the correlation analysis with qNet, the representative TdP metric. We performed the population simulations based on the methodology of Gemmel et al. using the human ventricular myocyte model of Dutta et al. Among the sixion channel conductances, dVm/dt<sub>max_repol</sub> and qNet responded most sensitively to the change in g<sub>Kr</sub>, followed by g<sub>NaL</sub>. Furthermore, dVm/dt<sub>max_repol</sub> showed a statistically significant high negative correlation with qNet. The dVm/dt<sub>max_repol</sub> values were significantly different according to three TdP risk levels of high, intermediate, and low by qNet (p<0.001). In conclusion, we suggested dVm/dt<sub>max_repol</sub> as a new biomarker metric for TdP risk assessment.

        개 유선종양세포에 대한 자연살해세포 독성

        Natural killer (NK) cells play have a crucial role in the early phase of immune responses against various pathogens. We compared characteristics of canine NK cells against two canine mammary carcinoma cell lines, REM134 and CF41.Mg. REM134 showed higher expression of progesterone receptor, proliferative cell nuclear antigen, Ki67, multiple drug resistance, Bmi-1, c-myc, E-cadherin, and human epidermal growth factor receptor type-2 than that of CF41.Mg. For specific expansion and activation of NK cells, we isolated CD5 negative cells from canine peripheral blood mononuclear cells and co-cultured K562 cells in the presence of interleukin (IL)-2, IL-15, and IL-21 for 21 days. As a result, we found that expression markers of activated NK cells such as NKp30, NKp44, NKp46, NKG2D, CD244, perforin, granzyme B, and tumor necrosis factor alpha were highly upregulated. In addition, we found there was upregulated production of interferon gamma of activated NK cells against target cells such as REM134 and CF41.Mg. Specifically, we observed that cytotoxicity of NK cells against target cells was more sensitively reacted to CF41.Mg than REM134. Based on the results of this study, we recommend the development of an experimental application of CF41Mg, which has not been reported in canine mammary carcinoma research.
