        박람회 참관객의 Big 5 성격특성과 조직지원이 박람회 만족도에 미치는 영향

        Helped by the accumulation of Information Technology (IT), the smart era is here. The tourism industry has been quick to become part of the new era using smart IT. In particular, the exhibition and convention industry has begun to use near field communication (NFC), which allows visitors to have the experience of a smart exhibition. The experiences of visitors are primary in these industry. The usage experience of new IT could be affected by visitors` personalities and by organizational support. However, there is relatively little research that has explored it. Thus, this study combined experiential value and big five personality theory, and empirically examined visitors` personalities and the organizational support for NFC, to test how these factors influence visitors` satisfaction with an exhibition through playfulness value and NFC satisfaction, when exhibition visitors used NFC. Through an onsite survey, this study collected 395 samples from those using NFC in an exhibition and analyzed the data. The study found that openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and the organizer`s support for NFC had an influence on NFC satisfaction. Additionally, this NFC satisfaction had a significant effect on exhibition satisfaction. Based on these results, the theoretical implication is that this study explains the visitors` NFC satisfaction and exhibition based on the experiential value and big five personality theory. The practical guidelines is that there is a need in NFC contents to reflect various visitors` personalities and the importance of organizational support.

        As developing further fast high speed railway, examining the dynamic performance and stability of railway vehicle have become more important. Wheelset dynamic analysis is essential for the running quality and stability of railway vehicle. Therefore, this study covers the algorithm and module for dynamic analysis of railway vehicle which are based on wheel-rail contact. Especially 2-point contact between wheel tread-rail and wheel flange-rail contact which occurs in driving condition. Following wheel-rail contact, Creep Force which is caused from penetration between wheel and rail has calculated by Hertz theory and dynamic analysis of railway vehicle computed through one of numerical method, Runge-Kutta.

        유독성 와편모류 Alexandrium catenella에 대한 Pseudoalteromonas sp. NH-12의 살조능

        우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 적조 및 마비성 패독을 일으켜 문제시되고 있는 유독성 와편모류인 A. catenella를 살조시키는 해양미생물 Pseudoalteromonas sp. NH-12를 마산만의 적조발생 해역에서 분리, 동정하고 그 특성과 살조능에 대해 연구함으로써 보다 환경 친화적인 적조 구제 기술개발의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 적조발생 해역인 마산만의 해수에서 분리한 38개의 해양미생물 균주 중 4종의 미생물이 A. catenella에 대해 살조능을 나타내었으며, 이중 살조능이 가장 우수한 NH-12 균주를 선별하였다. 본 균주는 API kits 및 16S rRNA gene 염기서열을 분석하여 계통분류를 행한 결과 Pseudoalteromonas 속으로 분류되었으며, 최적 배양조건은 25℃, pH 8.0, 3.0% NaCl 농도였다, Pseudoalteromonas sp, NH-12의 성장 단계별 살조능은 대수증식기 후기, 정지기, 대수증식기 중기, 유도기순으로 높게 나타났다. 살조물질은 대수증식기 중기 이후에 활발히 생산되기 시작하여 대수증식기 후기에 가장 고농도로 축적되는 것으로 판단된다. 2조 배양계를 이용한 살조 유형조사에서 Pseudoalteromonas sp. NH-12는 격리된 상태에서도 A. catenella를 살조시켜 ``직접 공격형``이 아니라 세포외로 물질을 분비하여 살조시키는 ``살조인자 분비형``으로 확인되었다. 또한 NH-12 균주 배양여과액을 5% 첨가하였을 때 36시간 후에 A. catenella는 100% 살조되었고, 10%를 첨가한 경우 24시간 후에 99% 이상 살조되었다. BACKGROUND: The aim of this study was to isolate and identify algicidal bacterium that tends to kill the toxic dinoflagellate Alexandrium catenella, and to determine the algicidal activity. METHODS AND RESULTS: Among of four algicidal bacteria isolated in this study, NH-12 isolate was the strongest algicidal activity against A. catenella. NH-12 isolate was identified on the basis of biochemical characteristics and analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences. The isolate showed 97.67% homology with Pseudoalteromonas prydzensis ACAM 620T (U85855), and was designated Pseudoalteromonas sp. NH-12. The optimal culture conditions of this isolate were 25℃, initial pH 8.0, and 3.0% (w/v) NaCl concentration. The algicidal activity of NH-12 was significantly increased to maximum value in the late of logarithmic phase of bacterial culture. As a result of ``cell culture insert`` experiment, NH-12 is assumed to produce secondary metabolites, as an indirect attacker. When 10% culture filtrate of NH-12 was applied to A. catenella, over 99% of algal cells were destroyed within 24 h. In addition, the killing effects were increased in dose and time dependent manners. CONCLUSION(S): Taken together, our results suggest that Pseudoalteromonas sp. NH-12 could be a candidate for controlling of toxic algal blooms.

        온라인 여행 커뮤니티에서 커뮤니케이션 유형에 따른 관광객의 행동 변화

        Due to advance in Internet technology, most tourists tend to search travel information in the Online Travel Communities(OTC). Given this new paradigm in terms of finding travel information, most of relevant studies in this area are still dealt with explaining tourists`` behaviors regardless of the types of communications. Therefore, to overcome some limitations in previous studies, we attempt to examine the relationships between both formal and informal communications and tourists`` behavioral changes in the OTC context. Specifically, we developed a research model by employing the PPM(push-pull-mooring) framework and tested it to understand why and how tourists`` behaviors might be changed. Survey data collected from 323 online tourists were used to test the model the model using SEM(structural equation modeling). The implications of our empirical findings for both research and practice are discussed.

        온라인 여행 커뮤니티에서 지각된 가치와 정보공유 만족의 결정요인에 관한 연구: 개인의 혁신성, 혁신저항, 전문성

        인터넷의 발전으로 등장한 스마트 관광 환경에서 잠재 여행객들은 온라인 여행 커뮤니티(Online Travel Community)에서 필요한 여행정보를 탐색하고 공유하고 있다. 온라인 여행 커뮤니티에 대한 기존 연구를 살펴보면 구성원들의 관계가 어떻게 정보 공유에 미치는지에 대한 연구가 많았다. 그러나 개인의 특성인 혁신성이나 커뮤니티 사용에 대한 저항감, 온라인 여행 커뮤니티에 대한 사람들이 느끼는 전문성이 사람들이 온라인 여행 커뮤니티를 통해 여행정보를 공유하는 행동에 대한 만족도를 설명하는 대해 충분히 연구되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 여행 커뮤니티에서 개인의 혁신성, 지각된 전문성, 온라인 여행 커뮤니티 혁신저항이 지각된 가치와 정보공유 만족을 설명하는 연구모형을 설계했다. 총 335명의 온라인 여행 커뮤니티 이용자를 대상으로 AMOS 18로 인과모형을 구축하여 실증 분석하였다. 그 결과 지각된 전문성은 커뮤니티의 지각된 가치와 정보공유 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 혁신저항은 가치와 만족에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 개인의 혁신성은 정보공유 만족에 영향을 미치지 못하고 지각된 가치를 통해서 영향을 미치는 것을 발견했다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다 Recently, many tourist start off using heavily online travel communities(OTCs) such like, Blog, cafes, social networking sites. Usually tourists play the role of online communities where many members share information and opinions. In particular, the appearance of OTCs supports tourist to make decisions based on more reliable information sources. However, existing studies of OTCs have not sufficiently examined which factors affect tourists information sharing satisfaction in OTCs. Therefore, this study aims to the reasons for tourism information sharing motivational factors of OTCs that influence OTC`s perceived value and its OTC`s information sharing satisfaction. Antecedent variables divided into personal factors including personal innovativeness and innovation resistance to the OTC and technicality factor including technicality. A survey of 335 respondents who had used OTCs was conducted and analysis of the structural equation modeling was made using AMOS 18. According to the analysis result, personal innovativeness, innovation resistance to the OTCs, technicality significantly affected their information sharing satisfaction in OTCs with perceived value as mediators. Based on the aforementioned results, the theoretical and practical implications of the present study were presented.

        관광정보 공유를 위한 소셜 미디어의 역할

        Recently, more and more people are using social media to create relationships and shareinformation. Thanks to the maturing mobile digital environment, social media is becoming anincreasingly useful tool in information-gathering, and it has brought about changes in touristbehavior. People also use a variety types of social media to search for tourism information, share content, and exchange their thoughts. As a result, many studies on social media withinthe context of tourism have been undertaken-many of which focus mainly on identifying thereception of information and the formation of attitudes. However, the influence of cognitiveprocesses, social relationships, and other user effects on intention to share tourism information has seldom been examined. This study was designed to identify the determinants of userintention to share tourism information through the use of social media, by using the unifiedtheoretical framework of the elaboration likelihood model, social influence theory, and socialcapital theory. To explain the intention to share tourism information through the use of socialmedia, this study combines these theories and examines the influence of argument quality and source credibility, as these drive user assessments of perceived usefulness, social capital, and social influence. This study makes use of a sample dataset of 700 individuals who use social media to search for tourism information; we analyzed the suggested hypotheses by making use of the structural equation model. We found that source credibility was a predictor of perceived usefulness, socialcapital and social influence. And perceived usefulness and social influence had a significant effect on social capital. Furthermore perceived usefulness, social capital, and social influence affected the intention to share tourism information; however, argument quality was not found to be a predictor of perceived usefulness. Accordingly, the findings of this study bear some theoretical and practical implications. The theoretical implications of this study are as follows. First, this study explains the individuallevelintention to share tourism intention, using a unified theoretical framework based on the elaboration likelihood model, as well as social influence theory and social capital theory. Second, this study confirms the relationships among argument quality, source credibility, social influence, perceived usefulness, social capital, and intention to share tourism information. Additionally, this study provides some practical guidelines for the tourism industry. First, the results show that source credibility has an effect on perceived usefulness; thus, there is a need in socialmedia to promote source credibility in preference to argument quality. Second, tourism enterprises, government, and destination-marketing organizations that use social media should closely examine people’s opinions on it. Finally, given the strong effect of perceived usefulness and socialcapital on the intention to share tourism information, social media should provide informationsearchfeatures, and tourism marketing professionals should pay closer attention to building relationships with users.

        연구보문 : 수질환경 ; 광양만에서 TBTCl (Tributyltin Chloride) 내성세균의 분리 및 분해활성

        BACKGROUND: Tributyltin chloride is among the most toxic compounds known for aquatic ecosystems. Microorganisms are responsible for removal of TBTCl. Nevertheless, only limited number of marine bacteria were investigated for biodegradation of TBTCl in Korea. METHODS AND RESULTS: The number of TBTCl resistant bacteria ranged from 2.5 x 10(3) to 3.8 x 10(3) cfu/mL in the seawater, and ranged from 3.2 x 10(5) to 9.1 x 10(5) cfu/g in the surface sediment, respectively. The morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics of TBTCl resistant bacteria were investigated by API 20NE and other tests. The most abundant species of TBTCl resistant bacteria were Vibrio spp. (19.2%), Bacillus spp. (16.2%), Aeromonas spp. (15.2%), and Pseudomonas spp. (13.1%), etc. Eleven TBTCl resistant isolates also had a resistance to heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Hg, and Zn). Among them, isolate T7 showing the strong TBTCl-resistance was selected. This isolate was identified as the genus Pantoea by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and designated as Pantoea sp. T7. In addition, this bacterium was cultivated up to the growth of 50.7% after 60 hrs at TBTCl concentration of 500 μM. TBTCl-degrading activity of Pantoea sp. T7 was measured by GC-FPD analysis. As a result of biological TBTCl-degradation at TBTCl concentration of 100 μM, TBTCl-removal efficiency of Pantoeasp. T7 was 62.7%after 40 hrs. CONCLUSION(S): These results suggest that Pantoea sp. T7 is potentially useful for the bioremediation of TBT contamination.

        MSS 대역 WCDMA ATC 서비스 주파수 할당을 위한 인접 채널 간섭 분석

        최근 기존의 MSS(Mobile Satellite Service) 대역에 지상망과 위성망의 하이브리드 형태인 ATC(Ancillary Terrestrial Component) 서비스 도입이 추진되고 있다. 새로운 MSS/ATC 서비스 주파수 할당을 위해서는 기존의 지상망에 의한 인접 채널 간섭뿐만 아니라 시스템 자체 내의 인접 채널 간섭 분석이 중요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 인접 채널 간섭에 의한 ACIR(Adjacent Channel Interference Ratio), 지상 이동국 및 위성 이동 지구국의 수를 파라미터로 하여 업링크에서는 지상 기지국 최소 허용 전력 및 시스템 용량(capacity) 손실, 다운링크에서는 1 빔(beam) 당 1 셀(cell)을 가정하여 MSS/ATC 시스템 용량 손실에 대한 시스템 성능을 평가하였다. MSS/ATC 서비스 주파수 배치에 따른 주파수 공유를 위해 두 가지 시나리오 즉, 5 MHz 및 10 MHz 주파수 간격에 대한 ACIR 기준값을 평가하였으며, 향후 이 기준값에 따른 ATC 서비스 커버리지 및 수신 필터 설계 등이 요구된다. A candidate hybrid satellite and terrestrial network architecture, MSS/ATC(Mobile Satellite Service/Ancillary Terrestrial Component), is proposed for utilizing efficiently the exist MSS bands. Studies on the adjacent channel interference from the existing terrestrial mobile services and MSS/ATC itself are important to allocate a new ATC service frequency in MSS band. In this paper, we have analyzed the minimum permission power of terrestrial base station and the capacity loss with parameters of ACIR, number of MS(mobile Station) and MES(Mobile Earth Station) in uplink, and also, the capacity performance based on 1 beam and 1 cell assumption for MSS/ATC in downlink. The ACIR requirements are estimated in two MSS/ATC frequency allocation scenarios for 5 MHz and 10 MHz guard band to share spectrum with adjacent systems, and according to these ACIR requirements the service coverage and the receiver filter for ATC system should be designed in near future.

        Alexandrium catenella와 유해성 적조종에 대한 Arthrobacter sp. NH-3와 살조물질의 살조능

The NH-3 isolate showed over 99% homology with Arthrobacter oxydans, and was designated as Arthrobacter sp. NH-3. The optimal culture conditions were 25℃, initial pH 7.0, and 2.0% (w/v) NaCl concentration. The algicidal activity of Arthrobacter sp. NH-3 was significantly increased to maximum value in the late of logarithmic phase. Arthrobacter sp. NH-3 showed algicidal activity through indirect attack, which excreted active substance into the culture filtrate. When 10% culture filtrate of NH-3 was applied to A. catenella, 100% of algal cells were destroyed within 30 h. In addition, the algicidal activities were increased in dose and time dependent manners. The pure algicide was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the culture filtrate of NH-3 by using silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). We investigated the algicidal activity of this algicide on the growth of harmful algal bloom (HAB) species, including A. catenella. As a result, it showed algicidal activity against several HAB species at a concentration of 100 μg/mL and had a relatively wide host range. CONCLUSION: Taken together, our results suggest that Arthrobacter sp. NH-3 and its algicide could be a candidate for controlling of toxic and harmful algal blooms.
