LIDMOD2를 이용한 안동여고 옥상녹화 및 우수저류조 유출량 저감효과 모의

경북 안동시에 위치한 안동여자고등학교의 건물에 대하여 LID기법 중에 하나인 옥상녹화와 지하우수저류조를 설치할 경우 건물에서의 연간 유출량 저감효과를 LIDMOD2에 의해 분석을 실시하였다. 안동여자고등 학교 부지 중 옥상녹화가 가능한 건물옥상은 총 1,790m2인 것으로 나타났으며, 총 인원이 626명이다. 강우량은 1999년에서 2008년 동안의 연간 일별 자료를 이용하였으며, 10년 평균 연강우량은 1,238.2mm인 것으로 나타났다. 건물옥상 전면을 옥상녹화를 설치하는 것으로 하였으며, 옥상녹화에서 유출된 유출유량은 다시 지하우수저류조에 저장되어 화장실 용수로 재활용 하는 것으로 대안을 설정하였다. 저류조의 용량은 토지주택연구원에서 제시한 학교용지의 빗물이용시설용량설정 가이드라인을 사용하였는데, 빗물이용시설 용량은 건축면적에 강우량 50mm에 해당하는 량으로 설정하였다. 일별 화장실용수량은 0.064 m<sup>3</sup>/day/cap로 설정한 결과 총 일별 화장실용수량은 40 m<sup>3</sup>/day인 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 조건으로 LIDMOD2를 적용한 결과, 지하우수저류조의 용량은 90톤 인 것으로 나타났다. 옥상녹화와 지하저류조를 설치하지 않은 경우에는 연간 건물에서의 총 유출량은 1058.66mm인 것으로 나타났으며, 옥상녹화와 지하저류조를 설치한 경우에는 589.33mm로 건물에서의 유출량의 약 44%가 저감되는 것으로 나타났다. The effect of green roof and storm water storage facilities, which are one of the integrated management practices (IMPs) of low impact development (LID), on reducing runoff from Andong Woman High School was simulated using LIDMOD2. Area of rooftop is 1,790m<sup>2</sup> and the number of students are 626. The design rainfall of storm water storage facilities was 50mm and daily water reuse for toilet per person was 0.064 m<sup>3</sup> /day/cap. As a result of LIMOD2, the storage volume of storm water storage facilities was about 90 ton and total maximum amount of reuse for toilet was 40 ton/day. Annual runoff from build without and with green roof and storm water storage facilities were 1,058.66 mm and 589.33 mm, respectively.

To evaluate the functional alteration of immunoglobulin in diabetic patients, serum glycosylated immunoglobulin G and the opsonization index of 27 diabetic patients and normal controls were measured. The results were as follows; 1. In diabetic patients, the level of glycosylated immunoglobulin G was higher and the opsonization index lower than that of the normal controls. 2. Glycosylated immunoglobulin G had a reverse relationship with the opsonization index(r= -0.71) 3. The level of glycosylated immunoglobulin G was not different from the diabetic retinopathy group and the diabetic neuropathy group but was elevated in diabetic patients with infections. 4. Glycosylated immunoglobulin in the low basal insulin group was higher than that of the normal basal insulin group in diabetic patients. So, the high level of glycosylated immunoglobulin G plays a role in the functional defect of immunoglobulin G in diabetic patients.
