        기립성 단백뇨와 특발성 만성 피로를 동반한 Nutcracker 증후군 1례

        Nutcracker증후군은 좌측 신정맥이 대동맥과 상장간막 동맥에 압박되어 발생하는 드문 질환으로 혈뇨, 단백뇨, 기립성 단백뇨의 원인이 된다. 초음파와 도플러 검사로 진단이 가능하다. 저자들은 기립성 단백뇨와 특발성 만성피로를 보인 보기드문 심한 Nutcracker 증후군 환아를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The nutcracker syndrome is the congestion of left renal vein due to the compression of left renal vein by the aorta and the superior mesenteric artery and has been known as tile cause of hematuria with or without left renal flank pain, mild to moderate proteinuria and orthostatic proteinuria. We present here one case of 13.5 year of girl has severe typical nutcracker syndrome with orthostatic protinuria and idiopathic chronic fatigue. (J. Korean Soc Pediatr Nephrol 5 . 64- 8, 2001)

        전통문화에 대한 가치인식이 한복에 대한 선호도와 장기적 관계에 미치는 영향 -한복체험 정도에 따른 집단비교-

        How consumers perceives Korean heritage is the most essential motivation to purchase traditional products. This study investigates if there is a difference in the value perception of traditional culture on preferences for and the long-term relationship of Hanboks. It also investigates differences in the preference and consumption behavior of Hanboks depending on the degree of experience for Hanbok. For this research purpose, data were collected from 745 residents between the ages of 20-60 in the Seoul and metropolitan areas through online and offline surveys. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and path analysis, using the SPSS-WIN 20.0, AMOS 20.0 program. The value recognition toward traditional culture derived aesthetic and symbolic factors. The result of grouping according to the experience of the Hanbok indicated that the two groups of traditional cultural values influenced preferences for Hanboks. In the middle group, only the symbolic value had a significant influence on the preference of Hanbok. It was found that the less experienced group had no traditional culture value factor which had a significant effect on the preferences for Hanboks. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to be used as basic data to establish a marketing strategy to increase the preferences for traditional culture such as Hanboks by increasing various traditional culture experiences as well as Hanboks.

        미디어 접촉반응에 따른 외모지향과 외모평가, 외모 관련 상품 구매행동 차이 연구 -국내 중국인 유학생을 중심으로-

        This study examined difference of purchase behavior of appearance orientation, appearance evaluation, and fashion product purchase behavior on media contact responses. Data were collected from 315 female Chinese university students in Daejeon and Chungnam from May to June 2013. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation, crosstabs analysis with the SPSS-WIN 20.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, media contact responses correlated appearance orientation and appearance evaluation. The active group of media contact responses indicated a more active appearance orientation and appearance evaluation. Second, the active group of media contact responses were fashion product purchase behavior. This study verified the relationship of media contact responses and appearance variables-appearance orientation, appearance evaluation, and fashion product purchase behavior.

        중년 여성의 젊음추구와 미디어 외모정보관심, 미디어 접촉반응의 관계-실제연령과 인지연령의 영향력 분석-

        The youth-pursing syndrome is especially amplified through a variety of media due to medical technology development, increases in social activities, and influence. This study discusses the relationship of youthpursuing, media appearance information interest, and media contact responses focused middle-aged women. Data were collected from 245 females aged 40-65 in Seoul, Daejeon and Chungbuk area residents. The SPSS WIN 21.0 program analyzed the data by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Youthpursuing derived social, psychological, and outward factors. Only an outward factor of these three dimensions influenced a significant media appearance information interest, and media contact response. The regression analysis results for chronological age and cognitive age, cognitive age influenced all variables significantly (three factors of youth-pursuing, media appearance information interest, and media contact response). But chronological age influenced significantly only the media appearance information interest. This study verified the relationship of youth-pursuing and media variables (media appearance information interest and media contact response).

        피막 형성제를 이용한 즉각 리프팅 기술 개발

        즉각 리프팅 화장품은 피부 표면에 주름을 펴주는 다양한 필름 형성제를 함유하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 필름 형성 고분자는 점착성이 있으며, 피부에 문지르면 밀려 나오는 현상이 있다. 본 연구에서는 신속한 박막 형성 효과가 있는 규산나트륨이 피부 표면에 미치는 영향 및 즉각적인 주름 감소 효과에 초점을 두었다. 물유리 또는 가용성 유리로도 알려진 규산나트륨은 산화나트륨과 실리카를 함유한 화합물이다. 규산나트륨은 물에 쉽게 용해되어 알칼리성 용액을 생성하는 흰색 분말이다. 규산나트륨은 중성 및 알칼리성 용액에서 안정적이며, 규산나트륨 용액은 공기 중에서 건조되어 경화되고 박막을 신속하게 형성한다. 해당 용액을 피부에 도포할 경우, 물증발 및 이온 결합 재형성에 의해 얇은 막이 형성된다. 또한 피부 표면에 강한 실록산(Si-O) 결합을 형성한다. 이러한 고착성을 화장품에 적용하면 탁월한 피부 수축 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. 규산나트륨 용액은 적절한 농도로 배합될 경우, 피부에 필름을 형성하여 리프팅 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 높은 농도의 규산나트륨이 적용될 경우, 피부 자극을 일으킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 끈적임이 없고, 밀림 현상이 없는 피부 탄력 관리 제형을 개발하기 위해 규산나트륨의 농도 및 다른 고정제와의 바람직한 조합을 연구했다. 규산나트륨과 다양한 증점 시스템을 사용하여 즉각적인 리프팅 효과가 있는 젤 제형을 개발했다. 다양한 증점제 중에서 알루미늄 마그네슘 실리케이트는 단시간에 느껴지는 리프팅 효과를 위해 규산나트륨과 가장 우수한 상용성을 지닌다. 즉각적인 물리적 리프팅 젤은 피부 임상 시험을 통해 낮은 자극성을 지니고 있음을 확인했다. Instant face lifting cosmetics contain various film forming agents for stretching the wrinkles on the skin surface. But, most of the film-forming polymers have sticky feels. And they are easily scrubbed out when skin is rubbed on. In this study, we focused on the influence of sodium silicate that has rapid film forming effect on skin surface and immediate wrinkle reducing effect. Sodium silicate, also known as water glass or soluble glass, is a compound containing sodium oxide and silica. Sodium silicate is a white powder that is readily soluble in water, producing an alkaline solution. Sodium silicate is stable in neutral and alkaline solutions. The sodium silicate solution hardens by drying in air and rapidly forms a thin film. When the solution is applied to the skin, the fine membrane coating is formed by water evaporation and ionic bond re-formation. It also makes the strong siloxane (Si-O) bonding on the skin surface. When these fixation properties are applied to cosmetics, they can give remarkable skin tightening effect. The sodium silicate solution can provide the lifting effect by forming a film on skin at a proper concentration. But, skin irritation may be caused with too high concentration of sodium silicate. We studied a desirable range of the sodium silicate concentration and combination with other fixatives for skin care formulation that has no sticky feels and no scrubbing out phenomenon. Immediate lifting gel was developed by using sodium silicate and various thickening systems. Among of the various thickeners, aluminum magnesium silicate showed the best compatibility with sodium silicate for rapid lifting effect. This instant physical lifting gel was confirmed as a low stimulating formula by skin clinical test.

        연구논문 : 젊음추구가 외모관심과 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향 -중년여성을 중심으로-

        The interest and importance of appearance can be expanded by changes in social awareness about appe-arance, the extension of life expectancy, and the development of science, technology and technology and medicine. Especially, down-aging syndrome through a variety of mediums, amplifies consumer`s interest in youth-pusing. This study discusses the relationship of youth-pursuing, appearance concern and appearance management behavior focused on the middle-aged. Data were collected from 300 females aged 40-65 in the areas of Seoul, Daejeon and Chungbuk areas. The data were analtzed by dascriptive statistics, factor analy-sis, regression analysis, using the SPSS-WIN 20.0 program Youth pursuing formed social, psychological, and appearance factors. Each of these three dimensions influenced the appearance concern: consequently, appearance had the highest influence. Only apperance influenced appearance management behavior in the regression analysis of youth-pursuing and appearance management behavior. Appearance concern affected significantly appearance in the management behavior of the dimension regression analysis results for the appearance concern and appearance management behavior.

        미디어 관여도가 외모평가, 외모스트레스, 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effect of media involvement on appearance evaluation, appearance stress, and appearance management behavior. Data were collected from 315 female university students in Daejeon and Chungnam from May to June 2013. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, path analysis using the SPSS-WIN 20.0, AMOS 20.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, media involve-ment were classified into low and high groups. There were significant differences in appearance evaluation by level of involvement. The low group of media involvement indicated a more positive appearance evalu-ation than the high group. Second, there were significant differences in the appearance management behavior by level of involvement. Third, media involvement directly affected appearance evaluation and appearance management behavior. Appearance evaluation affected appearance stress and appearance management behavior. This study verified the structural relationship of media involvement, appearance stress, and appearance management behavior as outward behavior variables.
