This paper describes a study on the performance of steam ejector by variation of steam pressure. Water temperature is especially important for good quality of fish in an inland aquafam. In summer season, the water temperature increases above 25℃, but for good quality breeding or fish is the maintenance of optimum aquafam temperature by about 20℃. Therefore it is needed to drop the water temperature to provide suitable conditions of fish growth. There are many kinds of cooling system, in this study using steam ejector. After cooling the water in vacuum tank with the steam ejector then circulate this water to inland aquafam. In this way to minimizes fish stress that it is caused by water temperature. The objective of research confirms the difference of the case which there is no water in the vacuum tank and has water in the vacuum tank. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects on the performance of steam ejector by variation of steam pressure.

This study was performed to analyze the velocity and temperature distributions of the land aquaculture tank for fish breeding. In this study, we analyzed the velocity and temperature distributions in aquatium tank, and the finite volume method and standard k-ε turbulence model with the SIMPLE computational algorithm are used to study the water flow in the aquarium. The main calculation parameters of the aquarium tank are the inlet flow rate with from 0.5 to 2.0L/M.

Recently, a biosafety level-3(BL-3) mobile laboratory has been set up for the virus scanning and vaccine development because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study on air flow inlet and outlet position and its direction in the mobile laboratory needs to prevent spread of COVID-19 virus because the COVID-19 virus is primarily transmitted to people through respiratory droplets and aerosol coming out when their coughing. This study is conducted on the air flow pattern optimization in BL-3 mobile laboratory with various design specifications of position of air supply & exhaust port and particle source. air flow patterns of ceiling supply/exhaust and ceiling supply/bottom side exhaust and particle source, were determined to compare the impact of the effective infection prevention. CFD simulation was used to analyze two air flow patterns and particle source position. Numerical results showed that air flow pattern of air conditioning system with ceiling supply/exhaust is more effective than that of ceiling supply / bottom side exhaust air flow pattern in terms of infection prevention in biosafety mobile laboratory.

The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of strain and stress in the vacuum pressure vessel. The vacuum pressure vessel is used to many of industrial devices and cooling tower system. The vessel is under the vacuum pressure in this research, and we analyzed the stress on the vessel surface. As the experimental set up, we introduced the Static Strain Measurement(UCAM 70A, Kyowa) system. The environmental condition of vessel is reserved under vacuum pressure 50mmHg, and the vacuum pressure was made by a ejector pump system.
