북한 아동영화의 창작적 특성과 남북교류 방향

The animation industry of DPRK has an international competitiveness and it’ll be expected an essential project field of courses of the inter-change between South Korea and North Korea thanks to the experiences of the cooperative creation. The inter-change of the animation between South Korea and North Korea can be an obvious index to classify their parts and it will have a noble field to create the synergy effects. First of all, the practical model of cooperation toward their mutual advantages to carry on the continuous cooperation and development between them. For this point, the inter-change of the animation and cultural exchange has its value as a cooperative model to step up exchange from the field of economy through out the field of culture. It is needed for DPRK to have a practical access that makes their economic interests in keeping up their political system and the inter-change between South Korea and North Korea should have a political symbol significantly within the limit of not to threaten their political system. The government should establish the system of policy making and its operation has to be in charge of private sector for the inter-change of the animation between South Korea and North Korea. The policy support will be need to promote the inter-change of the animation between South Korea and North Korea. These are as follows. 1) founding an official organization of joint conference between South Korea and North Korea. 2) making an investigation into the status of DPRK’s industry of animation concerned. 3) expanding foundation through the cooperation of skills, human resources, and academic exchanges. 4) driving a cooperative production. 5) forming the mutual production of cultural contents. 북한의 애니메이션 산업은 국제적 경쟁력을 갖추고 있으며, 남북사이의 공동 창작 경험도 있어 향후 남북 문화교류의 중요한 영역이 될 것으로 전망된다. 남북 애니메이션 교류는 남북의 분명한 역할 구분이 가능하고, 시너지 효과가 높은 분야이다. 남북교류의 지속적인 협력과 발전을 위해서 무엇보다 상호 이익이 되는 방향에서 실리적이고 실질적인 협력 모델을 찾아야 한다. 이런 점에서 문화콘텐츠 분야, 애니메이션 분야의 교류는 경제교류와 함께 문화 교류를 아우르는 협력 모델로서 의미가 있다. 남북교류에서 북한은 체제의 유지 속에서 경제적 이윤획득이라는 실리적 차원의 접근하면서 정치적으로 상징성이 높으면서도 체제에 위협이 되지 않는 범위 내에서 교류를 시행해 나가는 것이 필요하다. 남북의 애니메이션 교류를 위해서는 정부가 정책적인 지원 체제를 구축하고, 민간이 주도하는 형태로 진행되어야 한다. 당국에서는 남북애니메이션 교류를 위해서는 ‘① 공식적 차원의 남북 공동 협의 기구 구성, ② 북한의 애니메이션 유관산업이나 현황에 대한 실태조사, ③ 기술ㆍ인력ㆍ학술 교류협력을 통한 기반 확대, ④ 공동 제작추진, ⑤ 남북 문화콘텐츠 제작센터 조성’ 등의 정책적 지원이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

북한의 언어 정책과 대중매체를 활용한 언어 교양 사업

남북 분단 시간이 70년을 넘기면서, 분단 현상이 고착되고, 문화적 이질화가 가속적으로 진행되고 있다. 정치 제도의 차이로 인해 발생한 사유체계, 인식체계의 차이는 일상과 언어 영역에도 작동하였다. 정치의 분단이 문화의 분단으로 이어지고 있다. 남북의 언어가 달라진 것은 생활환경이 달라졌기 때문이다. 일상에서 생활하는 환경이 달라지면서 남북의 언어, 언어문화도 달라졌다. 남북의 언어가 달라진 것은 생활환경이 달라졌기 때문이다. 일상에서 생활하는 환경이 달라지면서 남북의 언어, 언어문화도 달라졌다. 대면적인 접촉이 줄어들면서 우리의 언어는 공식화된 언어, 언어의 예절 중심으로 달라졌다. 북한의 언어는 직설적이다. 말에 대해 상당한 신뢰와 권위를 부여한다. 남한이 문서를 기준으로 하는 사회라면 북한은 말을 기본으로 하는 사회이다. 최근 들어 북한의 언어도 변하고 있다. 시장이 경제에서 차지하는 비중이 높아지면서 일률적인 조직체계가 변화되면서 언어에도 영향을 미치는 것이다. 개인성이 늘어났고, 핸드폰의 확산도 한 원인이다. 남북언어의 소통을 위해서는 일상에서 진행되는 언어문화에 대한 분석과 연구가 필요하다. After the division of the Korean peninsula, the language of the north and south has been changed in each terrains. As the time for the division of the South and North has exceeded 70 years, the division phenomenon is fixed and cultural heterogeneity is progressing with increasing speed. Differences in system of thinking and recognition caused by the difference of the political system also are worked in the daily life and the language area. The division of politics leads to division of culture. The reason why the language of the north and south has changed, which appeared in the the changed living environment. As the environment in daily life changes, so culture of language is different between North and South . As the face-to-face contact diminishes, our language has changed to formalized and perfuntory language. The language of North Korea is straightforward. It is given considerable trust and authority to the language. South Korea is a document-based society, while North Korea is a several description- based society. Recently, the language of North Korea has changed. As the marketplace have a higher percentage in the economy, so changes standardized system, which also has affect language. Personality has been increased, and it is caused by the popularization of cell phones. For communicative l language situation between north e south korea, it is necessary to analyze and study the culture of language that is going on in daily life

중비갑개 절제술이 비분비 및 후각에 미치는 영향

Since fluid mechanical parameters are heavily affected by the geometry of the flow passage, changes in the anatomical shape of the nasal cavity, due to diseases or surgical treatments, alter the nasal resistance and functions of the nose. There were evidences that nasal secretion and olfaction would be related with the wall shear stress distribution on olfactory region in the nasal cavity. The objective of this research was to observe the changes of airflow pattern in the nasal cavity after middle turbinectomy with varying resection volume, location, and manner(unilateral or bilateral). Airflows inside normal and post-surgery models were investigated numerically by CFD technique. From the comparison of results for pre-and post-surgery models, changes in all evaluated factors increased with the extent of MT resection. The increase in the mucosal wall area with low wall shear stress resulted in the possible loss of the nasal secretion and olfaction function for almost total resection model(M3).

창의적 전통놀이가 만 5세 유아의 창의성과 대인문제 해결력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 창의적 전통놀이를 고안, 실시하여 유아의 창의성과 대인문제 해결력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전북 J시에 소재한 A어린이집 2개 학급에 재원중인 만 5세 유아 40명으로 두 반으로 각각 실험, 통제집단으로 임의배정하였다. 2013년 4월 22일부터 2013년 7월 19일까지 12주간 실험집단에 대해 창의적 전통놀이를 실시하였다. 창의적 전통놀이는 2주일을 기본 단위로 이루어졌으며 전통놀이 소개하기와 평가하기의 대집단 활동과 놀이 재구성계획 및 놀잇감 만들기등의 소집단 활동, 자유선택활동으로서의 놀이 활동으로 구성되어있다. 연구결과 첫째, 창의적 전통놀이는 유아의 창의성을 전반적으로 증진시켰다. 즉 독창성, 유창성, 융통성, 상상력의 모든 하위영역에서 증진효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 창의적 전통놀이는 유아의 대인문제 해결력을 전반적으로 증진시켰다. 즉 대안적 해결 사고와 결과예측 사고의 모든 하위요인에서 증진효과가 나타났다. This study attempts to discover the effects of creative, traditional play on creativity and interpersonal, problem-solving abilities among five-year-old children. The subjects of this study were forty five-year-old children in two classes of A Day Care Center in the city of J, Jeollabukdo, Korea. Twenty children from each class were assigned arbitrarily to an experimental or control group. The creative traditional play was assigned to the experimental group over a twelve-week period. The creative traditional play was designed by the researchers and confirmed through a preliminary study for two weeks. It included large group activities (such as introducing and evaluating traditional play), small group activities (such as reconstructing play and making play materials), and free-choice play activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, creative traditional play improved, on the whole, the creativity of the young children; all the sub-areas such as originality, fluency, flexibility, and imagination were shown to improve. Second, the creative traditional play improved, on the whole, the interpersonal, problem-solving abilities of the young children; the sub-areas such as alternative problem solving and result prediction were shown to improve.
