        특수차량 독립현가형 종감속기의 최적설계에 대한 연구

        Independent suspension axle and final reduction gear for special-purpose vehicles such as a armored vehicles are almost imported in Germany etc. so, developing them is necessary to save cost. In severe condition (open fields, water surface driving, obstacle pass), special-purpose vehicles must work well. Drop box, axle and final reduction gear performed static analysis. We know that is possible weight reduction. The purpose of this paper is to find out the optimal shape of final reduction gear's case by means of response surface methodology. The response surface method is the statistical method which can be applied to the non-sensitivity based optimization. The response surface which is constructed by the least square method contains only the polynomial terms so that the global maximum and minimum points are easily obtained.

      • 구상흑연 주철의 열처리 조건이 기계적 성질에 미치는 영향

        Because the spheroidal graphite cast iron, the cast iron cristallized the graphite to sphericity during the solidification process after annexing Mg etc to the general grey cast iron furnace, the form of the graphite is more spheric than the grey cast iron, has the less notch effect, it is a very excellent metal material on the strength an toughness due to the decrease of the stress concentraion. Therefore, the case which uses it instead of forfing or case steel material used for the industrial machinery parts of various kinds and automobile parts is increasing gradually. The purpose of this study is to increase abration resistance after improving the hardness of the sphericity graphite cast iron used as the valve seat of air compressor. We obtained the following result through experiment on the change of structure and mechanical property according to the heat treat cycle. Because the abration resistance is closely related with the volume of martensite, the hardness and the aration resistence have improved and the structure of martensite has increased as the cooling rate is fast. Therefore, the best heat treatment which considers tensile strength and elongation percentage, the most suitable method, is that austempering is done the constant temperature process about 2 hours at 750℃ then the cooling is done in the condition of opened furnare after making the condition of austenitizing do the constant temperature process ofr 2 hours at 950℃.

      • Deep Hole Drilling에서 절삭유가 가공성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This work deals with o investigation of the influence of various additives to a base stock cutting fluid in order to develop a better deep hole drilling. This investigation has been aimed at development of an oil which gives a maximum cutting efficiency and a minimum wear rate of the tool and the guiding pads. The purpose of this study is to analyze how guide pad of tools, workpiece and the change of contained quantity of the extremen pressure additive i cutting fluids have effects on the hole over size of cutting hole, surface foughness of workpiece, wear rates of guide pad and roundness during the deep hole machining of SM55C with solid BTA drill by using BTA drilling system through experiment. Conclusion reached is as follows. 1)It has been proved that contained quantity of sulphyr more affects machinability than that of extreme pressure additive of chlorine in BTA drilling during deep hole drilling. 2)The range of 1.5~2.0% of sulphur quantity is suitable to machinability for workpiece in BTA drilling. 3)The wear of guide pad is affeted by the quantity of extreme pressure additive of chlorine.
