        DEA를 활용한 민간 기업의 R&D 효율성 분석 사례: 공작기계 A사를 중심으로

        This case analyzed the efficiency of 79 R&D projects performed within one private research center in machine tools industry. DEA was used for efficiency analysis. Input variables were R&D investment expense and man-month. Output variables were achievement rate on target development period and expected net sales within 5-years. Samples are divided into product development, Prior technology development, and control technology development. The key result is that Prior technology showed the lowest efficiency because of high uncertainty. It was so difficult to determine its goals and to make its specific plans. With respect to scale, the proportions of CRS(constant returns to scale) were 34.6%, 14.3% and 38.9% for product development, prior technology, control technology respectively. As for IRS(increase returns to scale), they were 53.8%, 85.7% and 38.9% for product development, prior technology, control technology respectively. As for DRS(decrease returns to scale) they were 11.5%, 0% and 22.2% for product development, prior technology, control technology respectively. On the whole, in this case, insufficient input was more problematic than excessive input, which means the lack of investment in R&D. Prior technology can be the source of the future competitiveness of companies. To operate inefficient DMU efficiently, the optimal input should be managed and it is derived from comparison with the reference group. 본 사례는 공작기계산업의 A사에서 수행한 R&D 개발완료 과제 79건을 대상으로 R&D 효율성을 DEA를 활용하여 분석하고, 그 개선방안을 제시한 것이다. DEA 분석에서 투입변수는 R&D 투자비와 연구인력 맨먼스, 산출변수는 개발기간 목표달성률과 예상매출액(5년간)으로 설정하였으며, 표본은 제품, 선행기술, 제어기술로 구분하여 분석하였다. 여기서 선행기술은 제품성능을 위한 요소기술과 응용프로그램을 개발하는 것이고 제어기술은 컴퓨터를 토대로 수치제어 프로그램을 설계하는 것이다. 분석결과에 따르면 제품, 제어기술, 선행기술 순으로 효율적으로 운영되고 있어 선행기술의 효율성이 가장 낮았다. 그 이유는 선행기술의 불학실성에 기인한다. 선행기술은 개발목표를 정하기 어렵고 개발계획도 수립하기 어렵다. 심지어 운영하는 과정에도 환경변화가 영향을 미친다. 투자효율성 분석결과에서 CRS는 제품 34.6%, 선행기술 14.3%, 제어기술 38.9%이다. IRS는 제품 53.8%, 선행기술 85.7%, 제어기술 38.9%이다. DRS는 제품 11.5%, 선행기술 0%, 제어기술 22.2%이다. 전체적으로 본 사례는 과다투입보다는 과소투입이 문제가 되고 있다. 이는 R&D 투자 부족을 의미한다. 주목할 부분은 기업의 미래 경쟁력이 될 수 있는 응용기술에 대한 과소투입이 심각하다는 것이다. 비효율적 DMU의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 최적의 투입량을 관리해야 하며, 이것은 준거집단과의 비교를 통해 구할 수 있다.

        마커의 가려짐을 해결하여 증강현실을 이용한 안정적 영어 학습 컨텐츠에 대한 연구

        In this study, the 3- dimensional (3-D) learning contents are suggested using 'Augmented Reality' instead of existing 2-dimensional (2-D) learning methods. At the present, there are some 2-D learning methods using texts, image, pictures, and videos called e-learning. However, these one-way 2-D methods have some disadvantages such as declining learner's immersion and concentration. Thus, the 3-D learning contents using 'Augmented Reality' are suggested to compensate the disadvantages. According to the development of information technology (IT), the augmented reality has many applications to the era of ubiquitous. However, there are some disadvantages when learners use these contents as following; non-augmenting by partially hiding from makers and declining concentration by patterns of the makers. In this study, the beneficial marker which can solve this non-augmenting phenomenon is suggested.

        대학생의 셀프리더십이 긍정심리자본과 경력계획에 미치는 영향

        In this study, an empirical analysis of the positive psychology capital`s media effect on the relationship of the self-leadership and the career plan is conducted as a research on the impact of the university student`s self-leadership on the positive capital and the career plan. Total 189 copies of questionnaire is used to collect data from university students located in Chollanam-do area from May 1 to May 24. 2013. Using SPSS 18.0 statistics program, the analyses of frequency, reliability and factor is conducted along with a multiple regression analysis and a 3 step media effect analysis. To summarize the result of this study, first, the self-leadership is significantly influential to the positive psychology capital. Second, the self-leadership is significantly influential to the career plan. Third, the positive psychology capital is significantly influential to the career plan. And, fourth, the positive psychology capital shows the media effect in the relation between the self-leadership and the positive psychology effect. As the overall of such circumstances, it is shown that as a university`s self-leadership level is higher or the a university student recognizes the intensity of the positive psychology capital higher, the challenge to the career is higher and the career plan is established more concretely. Especially, the study shows that the self-leadership performs the role of media on the relation of the career plan and the positive psychology capital.

        광주지방에 있어서 B 형 간염 (肝炎) 표면항원 (表面抗原) 및 항체의 (抗體) 양성율에 (陽性率) 관한 연구 - RPHA 검사법을 이용하여 공무원을 중심으로 -

        N/A From April 1983 to May 1984, HBsAg and anti-HBs were checked by RPHA method in 3,826 persons, who were Public officers residing in Kwang-Ju city area. We have studied the positivity of HBsAg and antiHBs, which were checked by sex and age. The results were as follows: 1) The positivities of HBsAg and AntiHBs were I.76% and 18.37% These can be assumed to belong to intermediate endemic area by Maynard's geographic patterns of hepatitis B prevalence. 2) The positivity of the HBsAg was significantly higher in male than female as 1.39 :1 whereas there was no significant difference in sex for antiHBs as 1.17:l. 3) The positivity of HBsAg was 9.99% in 4th decade, 8.31% in the 5th, 6.64% in the 3rd, 5.13% in the 6th, 4.94% in the 7th of age group in descending order. The anti-HBs was 21.47% in 4th decade, 18.83% in the 5th 16.52% in the 3rd, 16.43% in the 6th, 9.98% in the 7 th.

        기술혁신형 중소기업의 연구개발 효율성 결정요인 분석: 경영주역량의 조절효과를 고려하여

        본 연구는 연구개발 효율성의 결정요인을 연구개발 역량과 연구개발 효율성 간의 관계에 영향을 주는 경영주역량 중심으로 살펴본다. 연구표본은 2008년부터 2011년까지 기술보증기금으로부터 보증을 지원받은 기술혁신형 중소기업 6,708개사이다. 자원기반관점에서 기업 내부의 연구개발자원을 변수로 선정한바, 독립변수는 연구개발역량(기술개발전담조직, 기술인력수준, 기술인력관리, 연구개발 투자)이며, 종속변수는 연구개발 효율성이다. 경영주역량(동업종경험수준, 기술지식수준, 기술경영전략, 경영관리능력)은 조절변수이다. 연구개발 효율성은 투입요소(기술인력수준, 연구개발투자) 대비 연구성과(특허출원, 시제품제작)를 자료포락분석(DEA)으로 측정하며, 그의 결정요인은 토빗(tobit)회귀분석을 활용한다. 분석 결과로 연구개발역량 중 연구개발 효율성의 결정요인은 기술개발전담조직과 기술인력관리가 정(+)적 요인이며, 기술인력수준과 연구개발투자가 부(-)적 요인이다. 연구개발역량과 경영주역량의 조절 효과가 연구개발 효율성에 미치는 영향은 경영주의 경험(동업종경험수준, 기술지식수준)과 기술경영전략이 유의한 결정요인이므로, 이를 적절하게 활용하여 연구개발 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구의 특징은 연구개발 성과의 효율성을 측정하여 그의 결정요인을 경영주역량의 조절효과로 분석하면서, 기술심사자료에 기반한 자료를 활용한 것이다. 결론부에는 연구의 한계 및 향후의 연구 방향을 논하였다. This study presents the determinants of R&D efficiency as the focus on CEO’s competency, which influences R&D competency and R&D efficiency. The research samples are 6,708 technology-innovation small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The independent variable is the R&D competency(existence of R&D organization, level of R&D personnel, R&D personnel management, R&D investment), the dependent variable is R&D efficiency. The moderator is the CEO’s competency(experience level in its own industry, technical knowledge level, technology management strategy, management ability). R&D efficiency measures the relationship between inputs(level of R&D personnel, R&D investment) and outputs(patent applications, prototype) by the DEA. and the determinant analysis uses Tobit regression. As a result of the analysis, the existence of R&D organization and R&D personnel management is positively significant, level of R&D personnel and R&D investment is negatively significant for R&D efficiency. The moderating effect of CEO’s competency on the relationship between the R&D competency and R&D efficiency is significant determinants of CEO’s experience(experience level in its own industry, technical knowledge level) and technology management strategy. The finding is to measure the efficiency of R&D performance, and to analyze its determinants as the moderating effect of CEO’s competency, using the technology appraisal data. In the conclusion session, the limitations of the research and future research directions were discussed.

      • 서울도시철도 HADAX 국산화 개발 방향

        서울도시철도 5,7,8호선에서 운용중인 HADAX(열차 제어 컴퓨터 시리얼통신 변환장치) 시스템은 LCTC와 각 설비간의 인터페이스를 위한 통신 I/O장치이다. 현재 HADAX장치는 개통된지 20년이상 도래되어 제품 노후화에 따른 고장 및 유지보수 관련 문제가 대두되고 있으며, 개통 초기에 도입된 외산 신호 제품에 대한 예비품의 확보에 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 서울도시철도 5,7,8호선의 기존 HADAX 시스템의 성능개선과 시스템이중계 구성을 통해 장치의 신뢰성을 높이고 향후 시스템의 교체나 수정 없이 개량된 설비와 호환이 가능하도록 HADAX 시스템의 국산화 개발 방향을 제안한다. HADAX System in SMRT(Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit) is a I/0 communication equipment for interface of LCTC-site equipment. Currently used HADAX system was opening over than 20 years ago. Its aging makes several difficulties such as failure, maintain service and securing spare parts of Foreign Signal Products which was introduced in the initial opening. Accordingly, this paper proposes performance improvement of original HADAX system of SMRT line 5, 7, 8 and localization development direction of HADAX system through dual composition. So it makes improve reliability of equipment and compatibility with future system without replace or revision.

      • 비버챌린지 2019에 대한 학생 만족도 분석에 따른 시사점

        본 연구의 목적은 비버챌린지 2019에 참가한 학생들의 만족도 및 문제풀이과정에서의 흥미도에 대한 설문결과를 학년군별로 분석하여 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 비버챌린지 2019는 초등1-2학년군을 신설하였으며, 다양한 문제유형과 고른 난이도를 가진 문제를 선재하여 실시되었으며 연구를 위해 비버챌린지 2019에 참가한 6개 학교급별 총 12,624명의 학생을 대상으로 설문하였다. 이러한 설문 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 소프트웨어(정보)교육을 위한 비버챌린지의 발전 방향에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

        근관치료된 상악 제1대구치의 치근단 병소: CBCT 연구

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the Cone-beam computed tomograghy(CBCT) scan of endodontically treated maxillary first molars and investigate how second mesiobuccal (MB2) canal is treated, how the prognosis of mesiobuccal (MB) root is different compared to other roots and the prognosis factor on apical periodontitis. Methods: Subjects were endodontically treated maxillary first molars whose were collected from CBCT scans taken from January 2018 until December 2019. A total of 525 maxillary first molars were analyzed by an endodontist to determine the presence of the MB2 canal, the quality of the root canal filling, and the presence of apical periodontitis. The chi square test and Fisher's exact test was used to examine the relationship between each variable. Results: MB2 canals were found in 46.3%, of which 76.5% were not treated. The more main canal of mesiobuccal root (MB1 canal) was well filled, the more significantly MB2 canal was well filled (p<0.001). The apical periodontitis of MB root was not related to the filling quality of MB1 canal (p=0.370) and was related to the filling quality of MB2 canal (p=0.004). The apical periodontitis of MB root was related to the quality of canal filling of MB2 canal and the apical periodontitis of DB and P root. Conclusions: It was found that the majority of MB2 canals were not treated. The apical periodontitis of MB root was analyzed to be related to the quality of canal filling of MB2 canal. The apical lesion of the MB root was not correlated with the treatment of the MB1 canal, but it was significantly related to the quality of filling of MB2 canal.

        TGF-${\beta}1$으로 자극한 사람중피세포주에서 조직플라스미노겐 활성제가 미치는 영향

        Background: In an effort to find alternative therapeutic agents to prevent excessive fibrosis as a sequela to complicated parapneumonic effusion or empyema, we examined the effect of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) as a fibrinolytic agent combined with talc or transforming growth factor (TGF)-${\beta}1$ in a human pleural mesothelial cell line, MeT-5A. Methods: MeT-5A cells were stimulated with various doses of talc, doxycycline or TGF-${\beta}1$ for 24 h and then were treated with tPA for an additional 24 h. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. The production of interleukin (IL)-8 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the culture supernatants was measured by ELISA. Real-time PCR was carried out for measurement of type I collagen mRNA. Results: MeT-5A cells treated with talc showed a dose-dependent increase in production of IL-8. Talc also increased production of type I collagen mRNA at low doses, but talc did not influence the induction of VEGF. Addition of tPA to talc-stimulated cells showed further increases in the production of IL-8, but tPA did not influence the production of VEGF or type I collagen mRNA. TGF-${\beta}1$ increased the production of both VEGF and collagen type I mRNA, both of which were effectively inhibited by additional tPA treatment in MeT-5A cells. Conclusion: TGF-${\beta}1$ is a potent inducer of collagen synthesis without induction of IL-8 in MeT-5A cells. Addition of tPA after TGF-${\beta}1$ stimulation inhibited further fibrosis by direct inhibition of collagen mRNA synthesis as well as by inhibition of VEGF production.
