관광기반형 장소마케팅의 정부 간 파트너십에 관한 연구 : 일본의 인바운드 관광정책을 사례로

The purpose of this study is to establish the concept of tourism-based place marketing, and to present the policy roles of each of the local government and central-local government partnerships. First, tourism-based place marketing was defined as a process where a specific place creates place value through strategies that utilize their characteristics to attract tourists. The goal is to realize the overall development of the region. In the analysis of tourism-based place marketing as an example of Japan s tourism policy, five strategies were secured as follows: ① unique regional content and regional-finished tourist pattern are needed to improve regional competitiveness, ② the goal of tourism policy for regional activation needs to turn to sustainable and qualitative growth, ③ public role organizations and private resources are needed to carry out regional projects continuously and systematically(strategies of local government so far), ④ the government should recognize the importance of the tourism industry and respond systematically for inbound tourists, ⑤ improving regional accessibility should be considered in the context of the facilities and services of traffic and information(strategies of partnership between central and local governments so far).
지역개발과 관광정책에 관한 연구 - 아베정부의 관광정책과 ‘노 재팬’ 운동을 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 지역활성화에 기여하는 ‘관광정책의 분석’으로, 일본의 경험과 대응을 통해 시사하는 바를 도출하고, 관광이 지역개발에서 유효한 수단이 될 수 있도록 정책적 방향을 점검하는데 있다. ‘관광입국’에 기조를 둔 아베정부의 관광정책은, 지역으로 인바운드 관광객을 유치해 지역활성화를 도모하는 ‘아베노믹스 전략’의 일환이다. 아베정부의 적극적인 의지와 지원에 힘입어 방일관광객은 비약적으로 증가했고, 국가관광경쟁력 순위에서 4위(2019년 기준)를 달성했다. 그러나 일본은 ‘노 재팬(일본상품 불매)’ 운동이라는 위협요인으로 인해 한순간 위기에 직면했다. 지역개발의 맥락에서 일본의 사례는, 관광은 하나의 정책적 수단이며, 어떻게 운용하느냐에 따라 지역에 기회가 될 수도, 또는 위협이 될 수도 있다는 것을 시사한다. 이와 관련해, 첫째, 관광정책이 외부변수에 보다 유연하게 대처하기 위해서는 전략을 국가 단위가 아닌 지역 중심으로 전환해야 하며, 거시적이고 통시적인 접근이 필요하다. 둘째, 위협으로부터 관광산업의 대응력을 키우기 위해서는 정책목표를 양적수치가 아닌 지역관광의 수준(질), 만족도, 재방문율에 둬야한다. 셋째, 접근성은 지역이 관광목적지로서 선택되는데 큰 영향을 미치기 때문에 지역의 관광진흥에서 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 등을 제언할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 한국인 관광객은 일본의 지역관광에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 외부요인이며, 기본시장을 잃고 대안시장을 모색하는 것은 아베정부의 개발목표에 타격을 줄 것으로 분석됐다. 본 연구는 위협요인을 중점적으로 다루고 있다는 점에서 기존 논의와 차이가 있으며, 개별사례의 분석은 해당지역의 전략을 구성하거나 이를 참고하여 노하우를 구축하는데 유용한 지침이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the quality characteristics and antioxidant activities of Makjang, Korean traditional fermented soybean paste, which has recently been disappearing, for its preservation. Six kinds of commercial Makjang from three different regions (Kang-won-do, Choong-chung-do, and Kyung-sang-do) were analysed for approximate composition, salinity, pH, total phenol contents, and DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities. Moisture content of samples was 48.30-58.93% while, crude protein was 9.42-13.67%. Crude fat was 2.45-6.50%, crude fiber was 2.08-6.45%, and ash was 6.59-14.64%. Salinity content ranged from 5.63-12.68%, and pH ranged from 4.36-5.67. Soluble solid content and reducing sugar content of samples ranged from 38.3-54.5 Brix and 22.38-31.61% respectively. The lightness, redness, and yellowness of the Hunter color system of samples were 16.58-28.19, 7.8-16.51, and 8.35-14.21, respectively. Total polyphenol contents were 0.20-0.45 mg/ml. Antioxidant activities determined by DPPH radical scavenging activity and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity ($IC_{50}$ value) ranged from 45.07 mg/ml to 95.93 mg/ml and 69.81 mg/ml to 309.40 mg/ml, respectively. From these results, it was suggested that the manufacturing process of Makjang is needed to standardize for quality control, and for mass production.

[ $(BaSr)TiO_3$ ] thick films were prepared by tape casting method, using $BaTiO_3\;and\;SrTiO_3$ powder slurry in order to investigate dielectric properties i.e. dielectric constant, ${\varepsilon}_r$, Curie temperature, $T_c$. Grain growth within $(BaSr)TiO_3$ thick films was observed with increasing weight ratio of $BaTiO_3$. This observation can be explained by phenomena of substitution of $Sr^{2+}$ ion for $Bi^{2+}$ ion in the $BaTiO_3$ system. Also, the Curie temperature in $(BaSr)TiO_3$ thick films was shifted to lower temperature range with increasing $ SrTiO_3$. Furthermore, Curie temperature having maximum dielectric constant was in the range of $-40^{\circ}C\;to\;30^{\circ}C$, and hence sharper phase transformation occurred at Curie temperature. There occurred decrease in tunability and k-factor of $(Ba_{0.6}Sr_{0.4})TiO_3$ calculated from the dielectric constant, ${\varepsilon}_r$ above Curie temperature. In addition, above the $60^{\circ}C$, phase fixation was observed. This means that internal stress relief occurred with increasing $90^{\circ}$ domains.

(BaSr)$TiO_3$ (BST) thick films were prepared by tape casting method, using $BaTiO_3$ and $SrTiO_3$ powder slurry and their dielectric properties were investigated. With an additive, $Li_2CO_3$, the sintering temperature was lowered by $200^{\circ}C$. Sintering density was 5.7 g/$cm^3$ and the BST thick films exhibited a maximum dielectric constant, tunability at temperatures near phase transition point. Whilst their characteristics were deteriorated above the phase transition temperature, they were unchanged below the phase transition temperature, which is presumedly due to the acceleration of $90^{\circ}$ domain formation, its contribution to the relaxation of internal stress and the increase in sintering according to the replacement of Li.
친환경 식재료 구매 집단의 식품 구매 고려 변수 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate purchasing variables in the organic food consumption level in Busan. To achieve this purpose, 240 residential women who are organic food consumers were chosen. Among them, 149 women took part in the study. The questionnaire was composed of three parts: 8 demographic characteristics, 9 organic food purchasing conditions, and 22 purchasing variables. The research was continued from August 20th until September 10th, 2007. To derive the results, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and ANOVA were used by spss 14.0. To sum up the results, three organic food consumption groups were classified into high, middle, and low consumption levels depending on buying condition for organic material. For the factor analysis, 5 factors were named as confidence, quality, safety, appearance, and economy. On the high consumption level, economy factor was highly important than other groups. In general, price would be a more sensitive factor, so they answered the adjusted price range; 52 participants said under 10%, 22 between 11% and 20%, and 17 over 40%.
