4년 전 이맘때도 그랬다. 월드컵과 아시안컵에서 연이어 고배를 마신 뒤, 한국은 강팀의 이미지를 잃어버렸다. 대표팀 감독직은 말 그대로 '독이 든 성배'였다. 허정무 감독이 대표팀 지휘봉을 잡은 것은 그때였다. 지도자 인생을 건 도전이었다.
합성곱 신경망의 추론 정확도 향상을 위한 하드웨어 구조 연구

In this paper, we propose a hardware architecture with built-in batch normalization to improve inference accuracy of convolutional neural networks. Batch normalization improves inference accuracy by normalizing the data distribution by the convolutional neural network layer. However, operations such as average and variance are required, and if there is a restriction on hardware resource usage, the operation accuracy decreases. Therefore, this paper proposes a hardware architecture in which batch normalization operations can be omitted by applying an 8-bit quantization technique when inferencing to improve computational accuracy and utilize internal control signals. The proposed hardware architecture was modeled using Verilog-HDL. Then the intermediate and final output values of the hardware operation were compared and evaluated with the output results of the software-based verification model and synthesized using the Samsung 28-nm process.
어린이가 생활하는 실내공간의 바닥먼지 중 프탈레이트 농도와 노출수준: DEHP를 중심으로

Background: Few studies have evaluated the exposure to phthalates via inhalation of floor dust in children’s living areas. Objectives: This study evaluated the concentration and exposure level of phthalates emitted from indoor floor dust in children’s living areas. Methods: This study utilized the results of a survey conducted by the Ministry of Environment in 2019. Indoor dust was collected from 150 households with children aged 3~7 and 67 daycare centers or local children s centers by using vacuum cleaners. It was analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Six types of phthalates were analyzed: Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Di-N-octyl phthalate (DNOP), Diisononyl phthalate (DINP), Di -isodecyl phthalate (DIDP). Results: The medians of DEHP concentrations were 1,028 and 1,937 mg/kg in homes and daycare centers, respectively. The median and maximum values of daily intake were calculated by applying the median and 95th percentile values (the upper 5% of the total concentration) in dust measured in the homes. The DEHP median value was 1.6 µg/kg/bw/day, and a maximum A value of 7.8 µg/kg/bw/day was calculated. When the childcare center values were applied, the median daily intake of DEHP was 3.1 µg/kg/bw/day and the maximum value was 29.2 µg/kg/bw/day. As a result of calculating the daily intake by integrating the values of home and childcare facilities, the median and maximum values of daily intake were 1.9 and 10.9 µg/kg/bw/day, respectively. Conclusions: This study derives phthalate concentrations among the floor dust in homes and childcare facilities where children mainly spend time, and suggests their intake of phthalates through this. In particular, it was newly suggested that the phthalate concentrations in homes and childcare facilities are different, resulting in differences in intake.

Architectural education has a close relationship with the national and regional characteristic, it has been characterized to fit its national or regional characteristic, the systematic training, developed these unique characteristics, set the stage for producing excellent architect. Since 2002 University in Korea is trying to reorganize educational program on international standard as it prepares to become a member nation of WTO. Through the curriculum to fit international standard, the introduction of the teaching methods and the education system with the characteristics of Korea are in desperate need of produce of architect with international competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is to take a look at establishment and development process of China(P.R.C) modern architectural education. Accordingly, this study provide an in-depth analysis for establishment and development process of China(P.R.C) modern architectural education system and objective data to identify time-specific characteristics of China(P.R.C) architectural education system and curriculum practices.
