본 연구는 취업 장애인과 미취업 장애인을 대상으로 인구사회학적 특성과 장애특성이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고 영향력의 차이를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 1차연도(2016) 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 취업여부는 장애인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 그밖에 경제적 요인, 사회관계 요인, 신체적 요인도 삶의 질을 결정하는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 미취업 장애인은 취업 장애인의 삶의 질 영향요인과 더불어 인구학적 요인의 성별과 연령, 신체적 요인의 장애 등급과 장애기간이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 취업 장애인과 미취업장애인 간의 삶의 질에 대한 영향요인 차이를 규명하였다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much demographic and disability-related characteristics influence the quality of life that employed and unemployed disabled people, and determine difference in the influence of those factors between the two disabled groups. For this purpose, the study utilized 1st-year(2016) data from the 2nd wave of the Korean Panel Study on Employment for the Disabled. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, employment is a critical factor that influences the disabled’s quality of life. Besides, there are some financial, socio-relational and physical factors on which that quality is heavily dependent. Second, employed disabled people’s quality of life is even more influenced by financial factors, socio-relational factors and health state than demographic factors. Third, unemployed disabled people’s quality of life is significantly influenced by some demographic factors like gender and age and some physical factors like disability grade and disability period as well as by factors found influencing employed disabled people’s quality of life. Thus, the two disabled groups are different from each other in which factors influence their quality of life. Based on these findings, this study made suggestions for the disabled’s better quality of life.

장애인 임금근로자의 직업능력이 고용의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장애인 임금근로자의 직업능력과 고용의 질 간의 관계를 분석하여 장애인의 직업교육과 고용정책의 중요한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인적자본이론 및 선별이론, 직무경쟁이론을 바탕으로 직업능력과 고용의 질 간의 관계를 이론적으로 검토하고, 실증분석 하였다. 실증분석은 장애인고용패널 제8차년도(2015년)자료를 활용하여 장애인 임금근로자 975명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 장애인 임금근로자의 직업능력은 고용의 질의 임금, 종사자지위, 직무만족을 결정하는 중요한 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 결과는 장애인의 직업능력향상을 통하여 고용의 질을 개선할 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 결과이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 장애인 직업능력 향상을 위한 맞춤형 교육과 교육시설의 확대가 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다. This study aimed to provide important information on vocational education and employment policy for the disabled by analyzing the relationship between disabled wage workers occupational ability and job quality. For this purpose, the relationship between job competence and employment quality was theoretically examined and empirically analyzed based on human capital theory, screening theory, and job competition theory. The empirical analysis used data on 975 disabled wage workers with the use of the data of the 8th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(2015).As a result of the empirical study, it was found that the occupational ability of the disabled workers is an important factor in determining Wage, job status, job satisfaction, which constitute the quality of employment. This result indicates that job quality can be improved by ameliorating disabled peoples occupational ability. Accordingly, this study proposed that there might be a need to extend customized education and educational facilities for improving disabled peoples occupational ability.

다문화청소년의 학교배제가 우울에 미치는 영향 - 가족 내 사회자본과 지역사회지원의 조절효과 검증 -

본 연구의 목적은 다문화청소년이 경험하는 학교배제로 인한 우울에서 가정, 학교, 지역사회의 지원방안에 대한 경험적 자료를 구축하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위한 구체적인 연구문제는 다문화청소년의 학교배제, 가정 내 사회자본, 지역사회지원이 우울에 미치는 주효과 검증과 다문화청소년의 학교배제와 우울의 관계에서 가족 내 사회자본과 지역사회지원의 조절효과를 규명하는 것이다. 자료 수집은 부산시 초·중·고등학교에 재학 중인 다문화청소년을 대상으로 2016년 7월 한 달 동안 자료 164부를 수집하여 분석하였으며, 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 33부를 제외하고 총 131부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 분석은 SPSS와 INTERACTION 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교배제는 우울에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 둘째, 가족 내 사회 자본 및 지역사회지원은 우울에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족 내 사회 자본은 학교배제가 우울에 미치는 영향력을 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났으나, 지역사회지원의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 학교배제로 인한 우울에서 학교 및 지역사회의 개입 방안을 다양한 차원에서 제언하였으며, 다문화가정에 대한 개입, 다문화청소년에 대한 심리ㆍ정서적 지원에 대한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to construct empirical data for support methods for families, schools, and communities regarding school exclusion experienced by multi-cultural adolescents. Specific research problems were made to verify the main effects of multi-cultural adolescent school exclusion, social capital within the family, and community support on depression and the moderating effects of social capital within the family and community support in the relationship between multi-cultural adolescent school exclusion and depression. Data collection was made by collecting and analyzing 164 surveys during the month of July, 2016 conducted on multi-cultural adolescents attending elementary, middle, and high school in Busan and a total of 131 surveys were used for analysis excluding 33 surveys that had incomplete or insincere responses. Research results were as follows. First, school exclusion had a positive effect on depression and second, social capital within the family and community support had a negative effect on depression. Third, it was shown that social capital within the family moderating effects of school exclusion on depression, but the moderating effects of community support was not significant. Based on these research results, school and community intervention plans regarding the school exclusion of multi-cultural adolescents were proposed from various dimensions and interventions for multi-cultural families and psychological and emotional support for multi-cultural adolescents were proposed.
