입학사정관 윤리교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

입학사정관제는 그 본질상, 정량적인 평가보다는 정성적인 형태의 다양한 평가 자료를 가지고 지원자의 정보를 주관적이고 종합적으로 평가하는 평가방법이다. 그러므로 다양한 전형요소를 종합적으로 판단할 수 있는 입학사정관의 전문성과 편협적인 가치관을 가지고 편파적인 평가를 하지 않을 것이라는 선발의 공정성 및 입학사정관 각 개인의 윤리성이 입학사정관제 운영에 있어서 가장 중요하다. 본 연구는 전문가의 의견 및 문헌연구를 바탕으로 입학사정관 윤리교육 프로그램의 주요영역을 선정하였으며, 현직입학사정관들과의 심층면접과 논의과정을 통해 교육내용을 구성하여 타당성을 확보하고자 하였다. 입학사정관윤리교육프로그램은 입학사정관이 직면하게 되는 실제경험과 밀접한 관계가 있는 주제를 다루었고, 행위자의 자발적인 실천을 유도하여야 한다는 주제선정의 원리에 따라 ‘사회와의 상호작용’, ‘선발과 관련된 윤리성과 책무성’, ‘입학사정관 업무와 관련된 법적 책무’ 라는 3개의 핵심영역을 도출하였으며, 이에 따른 12개의 세부주제와 주제별 교육 자료까지 제시하였다. 입학사정관 윤리교육프로그램의 개발과 운영은 입학사정관 개인의 전문성 및 윤리성을 고취시키는 것 뿐만 아니라 입학사정관제가 공정하고 신뢰로운 선발제도로 정착하는데 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다. The role of admissions officers in universities is to evaluate applicants from a comprehensive perspective on the basis of diverse bases and materials for evaluation that include not only quantitative, but also qualitative information about applicants. Therefore, the crucial key to ensuring the success of the admissions officer system is to ensure the fairness of admission-related decisions and the integrity of individual admissions officers by urging them to render impartial evaluations based on professionalism and avoidance of bias. This study selected the major realm of the ethical education for admission officers on the basis or experts’ opinions, and documentary research, and tried to secure the validity of the composed educational contents through the in-depth interviews and discussions with the incumbent admissions officers. The program must handle subjects that are intimately related to the actual experience of many admissions officers, and must be capable of inducing voluntary compliance from the officers. Therefore, the program suggested by this study focuses on three core areas of ethics: that is, ‘interaction with society,’ ‘ethics and responsibilities involved in admission,’ and ‘legal obligations and roles of admissions officers.’ To this end, it provides twelve sub-topics and learning materials. Providing this kind of ethical education programs for admissions officers will help not only to enhance the professionalism and ethical commitments of admissions officers, but also broadly to establish a fairer and more reliable admissions officer system.

입학사정관 전형 신입생의 학교생활에 관한 연구

입학사정관제는 점수위주의 경쟁을 지양하고 개별학생들이 지닌 잠재력과 역량을 바탕으로 학생을 선발하는 제도이다. 우리나라에서 2008학년도 입시부터 처음 도입된 전형인 입학사정관제는 2012학년도에는 전체 대학 모집인원의 11.8%를 뽑는 수준으로까지 확대되어 운영되고 있다. 본 연구는 입학사정관 전형으로 선발된 학생들이 실제 학교생활을 분석함으로서 입학사정관제의 성과를 분석하고, 나아가 입학사정관 전형으로 선발된 신입생이 잠재력과 역량을 발휘하며 대학생활을 성공적으로 보낼 수 있도록 지원하는 구체적인 방안을 모색하고자 진행되었다. 연구결과, 측정변인으로 선정한 학교적응도, 학교만족도, 진로성숙도, 학습태도에 있어서 입학사정관 전형 신입생은 모든 변인에서 타 전형학생들보다 긍정적인 응답을 보여주었고, 학교적응도와 학교만족도는 통계적으로 유의미하게 높은 변인으로 나타났다. 하지만 학습태도에 있어서 행동적 측면의 수업태도는 부족함을 나타내었다. 이에 입학사정관전형 신입생들이 지닌 긍정적인 학교적응도와 학교만족도를 보다 고취시키며, 학습태도를 개선하기위한 위한 체계적인 지원과 관리 프로그램이 계획되고 제공되어야 함을 제언하였다. Admissions officer system was introduced in an effort to reject the score-oriented competition and select students on the basis of their individual potential and capacity. The admissions officer system, which was first introduced into the college entrance examination for the 2008 school year in Korea, has been operated by expanding the recruiting level up to 11.8% of the number of the students to be admitted by all colleges. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of the admissions officer system by analyzing the true picture of school life led by the students singled out through admissions officer screening, and further to inquire into the substantial plan to support the students, who were selected through the admissions officer system, for their successful college life while displaying their potential and capacity As a result of doing research on this, it was found that the freshmen selected through admissions officer screening showed more positive responses in all measurement variables this study selected, such as school adaptability, school satisfaction, and career maturity, learning attitude than other students screened in a different way; in addition, school adaptability and school satisfaction came out as significantly high variables statistically. However, they showed insufficiency in the attitude in class from the behavioral aspect in learning attitude. This study made a suggestion that it’s necessary for systematic support and management program to be mapped out and provided in order for the students selected through admissions officer screening to improve their learning attitude as they inspire themselves with school adaptability and school satisfaction.

수업 행동 분석 포트폴리오 시스템을 경험한 교수자의 행동 변화가 주는 의미

본 연구는 대학에서 수업 행동 분석 포트폴리오 시스템을 경험한 교수자의 행동 변화가 주는 의미를 분석하고자 하는 목적에서 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 수업행동 분석 포트폴리오 시스템에 관한 목적과 필요성, 활용 방법을 이해한 후 실제적으로 수업에 활용하였다. 교수자는 자신의 동영상 강의를 보면서 시스템에 등록된 척도에 입각하여 객관적인 평가와 코칭, 자기성찰을 실시하며 매차 시 포트폴리오를 생성하였다. 이러한 경험을 토대로 교수자는 첫째, 학습자의 입장에서 자신의 수업을 바라보고자 하는 필요성을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 매차 시 포트폴리오를 분석하면서 끊임없는 전문가로서의 자기성찰을 지속하고자 하였다. 셋째, 수업 전문성을 향상할 수 있는 질적인 교수 평가 방안으로써의 의미를 공감하였다. This study aims at understanding the meaning of his/her own behavioral change of the teacher in college after having experienced the teaching behavior analysis portfolio system. I utilized the system for real class after understanding the purpose, necessity and utilization method of teaching behavior analysis portfolio system for this goal. The teacher created portfolio and analyzed it each time by watching his own video lecture and implementing objective evaluation, coaching and self-examination. It was concluded based on these experiences that first, the teacher experienced the necessity to examine his own class from the perspective of the student. Second, the teacher continuously implemented self-examination as an expert by analyzing portfolio each time. Third, the teachers agreed on the meaning of the system as a qualitative teacher evaluation method that can improve teaching expertise.

The conclusion of the study is summarized as belows: 1. Schumann, as a genuine romantist and through artistic excellence in both fields of music and literature, composed innumerable superb operas. 2. The direct inducement that made him compose such operas was motivated by his marriage to Clara in 1840. It is regarded that 138composures he has done in a year are the expression of his affection to her by way of literary poem. 3. Owing to his profound understanding of literature, his operas could create a harmonial world of poem and music. He especially was able to add higher artistic traits to the world of German romantic operas by means of attaining the stage of duet songs by piano accompaniment and interpreting or lengthening of them. 4. The nature of his operas can be regarded as the integration of spirit of romantic literature. It was rather individualistic and subjecdentive than universal, depicthng human phases of his selfconfession. Because he always adored the endless, fantastic, and transcendental world of love the harmonial sound of his works revealed unique nuance and occasionally did the floating harmony of semitone scales. This is the very expression of Worst Anguish which can be considered as the essential foundation of contemporary literature.
