        알코올 의존 환자에서 삼대립 세로토닌 수송체 유전자 다형성과 생활사건 스트레스가 우울증에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the triallelic serotonin transporter gene and stressful life events to determine their effect on depression with alcohol dependence. Methods : Ninety-five hospitalized patients with alcohol dependence (73 male, 22 female) were enrolled in this study. Thirty-two (33.7%) of the total patients were diagnosed with major depressive disorder and dysthymic disorder by Structured Clinical Interview for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV. The characteristics of stress were evaluated using the stressful life events scale, and depressive symptoms were assessed using the depression scale (Beck Depression Inventory, BDI). Alcoholism with depression (n = 32) and alcoholism without depression (n = 63) were genotyped for the triallelic serotonin transporter gene ($L_A$ : higher expressing allele, $L_G$/S : lower expressing allele). Results : There was no significant difference in the allele frequency between the depression group and the non-depression group (${\chi}^2$ = 0.345, p = 0.619). $L_G$/S alleles had more comorbid depression in the higher score of stressful life events scale [Mental-Haenszel (MH)-${\chi}^2$ = 4.477, p = 0.034]. But there was no significant difference in the comorbidity according to the scores from the stressful life event scale in the $L_A$ alleles (MH-${\chi}^2$ = 0.741, p = 0.399). In the results, alcohol-dependent individuals with $L_G$/S alleles had more comorbid depression than those with $L_A$ alleles when they had experienced severe stressful life events (MH-odds ratio = 2.699, p = 0.028). Conclusions : These results suggest that there is no direct relationship between triallelic serotonin transporter gene and depression in the alcohol dependent patients. But alcohol dependent individuals with the lower expressing alleles of the serotonin transporter gene were more susceptible to depression than those with the higher expressing alleles in response to stressful life events.

        간호학생의 사회적 지지, 진로결정 자기효능감이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, and Job-Seeking Stress of nursing students, and identify influencing factors of Job-Seeking Stress. A convenience sample of 228 nursing students was conducted from in three departments of nursing. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The higher the social support and career decision self-efficacy, the lower the Job-Seeking Stress. The factors influencing Job-Seeking Stress were social support, first hope career, job readiness, career decision-making self-efficacy, and the explanatory power of these variables for Job-Seeking Stress was 19%. Therefore, in order to prevent, cope with, and mitigate the Job-Seeking Stress of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply differentiated Career education programs to increase social support and career decision-making self-efficacy. 본 연구는 간호학생의 사회적 지지, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 취업스트레스 정도를 파악하고, 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 3개 대학 간호학과 재학 중인 228명을 편의표집하였고, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple Regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 사회적 지지와 진로결정 자기효능감이 높을수록 취업스트레스는 낮게 나타났다. 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 지지, 첫 희망진로, 취업준비정도, 진로결정 자기효능감 순이었으며, 취업스트레스에 대한 이들 변수의 설명력은 19%로 나타났다. 따라서, 간호학생의 취업스트레스 예방, 대처 및 완화를 위해서는 사회적 지지와 진로결정 자기효능감 증가를 위한 차별화된 취업진로교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

        간호대학생의 치매에 대한 지식, 돌봄 이행 및 공감과의 관계

        본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 치매에 대한 지식, 돌봄 이행 및 공감을 파악하여 간호대학생의 치매 환자 간호중재 전략의 기초를 마련하고자 시도되었다. 이에 따른 관계를 규명하기 위한 분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient를 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학 생의 치매에 대한 지식은 학년(t=-4.03, p<.001)이 높을수록, 치매에 대한 관심도(F=5.02, p=.008)가 높을 수록 높게 나타났고, 돌봄 이행은 임상실습 만족도(F=3.91, p=.023)가 높을수록 높게 나타났다. 치매에 대한 지식과 돌봄 이행(r=.21, p=.023)은 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 치매에 대한 지식을 높이고 치매 환자에 대한 돌봄 이행을 유발할 수 있도록 임상실습 전에 치매 관련 지식함양을 위한 교육 프로그램을 마련하여 활용할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to examine the relationships between nursing students’ knowledge on dementia, care performance, and empathy, thus providing the foundation of dementia patient nursing intervention strategies for nursing students. For the analysis to examine the relationships, this study used descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The analysis showed that the higher students’ year of study and the higher their interest in dementia (F=5.02, p=.008), the higher their knowledge on dementia (t=-4.03, p<.001), and also that the higher their satisfaction with clinical training (F=3.91, p=.023), the higher their care performance. It was found that nursing students’ knowledge on dementia and their care performance (r=.21, p=.023) were positively correlated at a statistically significant level. Based on the results, this study suggests the need to develop and utilize education programs that can help students gain knowledge on dementia prior to clinical training so that they can have more knowledge on dementia and be encouraged to practice caring for patients with dementia.

        일 지역 대학생의 성격유형

        본 연구는 일 지역 대학생의 성격유형을 분석하여 선호경향에 따른 학습법을 통한 자기주도학습에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 9월 18일부터 22일까지 K대학교 10개 학과 695명을 대상으로 MBTI form M<SUP>®</SUP> 을 자기 기입식으로 작성하여 자동채점하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 22.0 Program을 이용하여 대상자의 16가지 성격유형, 성격별 심리기능 및 기질에 대해 기술통계, Chi-square test로 분석하였다. 성별에 따른 성격유형의 선호경향의 차이는 판단기능에서는 남학생은 T유형(사고형)이, 여학생은 F유형(감정형)이 높은 선호도로 나타났으며 행동양식 및 생활양식의 차이에서는 여학생은 J유형(판단형)이, 남학생은 P유형(인식형)이 높은 선호도로 나타났다. 또한 학과별 및 계열별에 따라 성격유형, 심리기능 및 기질에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 성격유형이 성별, 학과 및 계열별에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 개인의 선호경향을 반영한 학습법에 관한 매뉴얼 개발이 필요하리라 사료된다. This study is a descriptive research study conducted to provide useful preliminary data that is helpful for self-initiated learning through a preference trend-based learning method by analyzing the personality types of university students in an area. In this study, the self-administered MBTI form M<SUP>®</SUP> test was performed on 695 students of 10 departments at K University, from September 18 to 22, 2017, using an automatic scoring system. Collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and Chi-square test, using the SPSS Win 22.0 Program, to sort the target students into one of 16 different personality types and examine psychological function and temperament by their personality. Differences in personality type preference by gender were as follows: for judging function, the male students had a strong preference for the T type (thinking type) while the female students showed a high preference for the F type (feeling type), and in the case of the pattern of behavior and lifestyle, the male students and the female students had a strong preference for the P type (perceiving type) and the J type (judging type), respectively. In addition, there were significant differences for each major and each department in personality type, psychological function and temperament. In conclusion, personality type was found to vary by gender, major and department. It would be necessary to develop a manual for learning methods reflecting individual preference.

        어르신 간식으로 이용 가능한 구기자 증편의 품질 특성

        The objectives of this study were to investigate the quality characteristics of Jeungpyun added with goji berry powder (0, 2, 4, 6%) and to develop functional Jeungpyun as snack for the elderly. The volume of batter without goji berry powder increased 2.9 times after 4 hrs of fermentation, whereas those with 2, 4, and 6% goji berry powder increased 1.8~1.9 times. The pH and brix of the batter increased by increasing the concentration of goji berry powder. The expansion volume of Jeungpyun decreased by increasing the concentration of goji berry powder. The pH of Jeungpyun was higher than that of Jeungpyun batter in all groups. However, the brix of Jeungpyun was lower than that of Jeungpyun batter in all groups. The L value of Jeungpyun decreased, whereas a and b values increased by increasing the concentration of goji berry powder. The consumer acceptability score was higher in the elderly than in university students. Jeungpyun with 4% goji berry powder had best ratings in taste and overall preference. The DPPH free radical scavenging antioxidant activity of Jeungpyun significantly increased with increasing concentration of goji berry powder. Therefore, goji berry Jeungpyun is available as a snack for the elderly and can be added to goji berry powder up to 4%.

        간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형별 기질과 학습유형 및 학습전략

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 성격유형별 기질과 학습유형 및 학습전략을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 간호대학생 245명을 대상으로 MBTI 성격유형 검사지와 학습유형에 관한 42개 문항, 학습전략에 관한 25개 문항의 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 의견일치에 따라 1점~6점까지 선택하여 작성하도록 하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 가장 많은 성격유형은 ESFJ(외향성 감정형)이었으며, 성격유형별 기질로는 SJ(감각적 판단형)기질이 가장 많은 분포를 나타냈다. 성격유형별 기질에 따른 학습유형의 차이를 분석한 결과, 4가지 성격유형별 기질은 표층형(F=2.981, p=.032), 심층형(F=5.542, p=.001) 및 성취형(F=3.863, p=.010) 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 성격유형별 기질에 따른 학습전략의 차이에서는 시연(F=5.454, p=.001), 정교화(F=9.693, p=.001), 조직화(F=7.898, p=.001), 상위인지(F=3.924, p=.009)에서 유의하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 간호대학생의 성격유형별 기질과 학습유형 및 학습전략의 결과를 바탕으로 개인에게 적합한 학습법의 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate temperament by MBTI personality types, learning styles and learning strategies in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 245 nursing students. The data were collected structured questionnaire including MBTI test, 42-items of learning styles and 25-items of learning strategies. According to correspondence with their ideas, the subjects were completed self reported items of 1-6points scale. According to the results, the highest personality type in subjects was ESFJ and the highest personality temperament type was SJ. The study results showed that there were significant difference among surface type, depth-type and performance-type by analyzing learning styles to each personality temperament. Learning strategies by personality temperament also were significant difference in a demonstration, elaboration, organization, and higher cognition. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply appropriate learning method and learning strategies for the individual.

        Myers Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) 성격유형에 따른 지역사회 방문간호 시뮬레이션 연계 문제중심학습의 효과검증

        Purpose: This study was conducted to provide Simulation Problem-Based Learning (S-PBL) for community visit nursing students according to their Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality types for learner-focused education and to verify its effectiveness. Methods: This study was conducted with subjects having the ST (Sensing-Thinking) and NF (iNtuition-Feeling) personality types, which are conflicting personality types, and forty-one subjects were allocated to the experimental group and nineteen subjects to the control group. The training, provided to subjects once a week, for a total of six times and 100 minutes each time, was with respect to the improvement of problem-solving ability, communication ability, and clinical practice competency. Data were analyzed through t-test and independent t-test. Results: After training, the self-rated problem-solving competency (t=3.07, p=.003), communication ability (t=2.86, p=.006), and academic self-efficacy (t=2.44, p=.018) were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. However, there was not a significant difference in the clinical practice ability rated by subjects themselves (t=1.50, p=.140) and by professors (t=1.08, p=.285), and in the communication ability rated by professors (t=0.72, p=.474). Conclusion: The community visit nursing S-PBL, according to MBTI personality types, is a helpful learning method for nursing students participating in self-directed learning of nursing theory and practice.
