이 글에서는 서정주 시에 나타난 비속어를 중심으로 풍자와 해학의 의미를살펴보고자 하였다 그는 방언을 기반으로 비속어를 즐겨 사용함으로써 민중성과 향토성이 강한 서정시를 완성할 수 있었다그의 시에 나타나는 풍자는 가식적이지 않은 진솔함을 바탕으로 삶의 건강성을 보여 준다 그가 비속어를 사용하는 방식은 성이나 사회제도와 같은 억압 요소에 대한 우회적인 표현이다 그의 비판은 공격적이지 않고 우회적인형태를 통해 웃음을 가능하게 하는 특징을 보인다 그의 풍자표현에서 주목할점은 강한 자의식과 함께 자기 비하와 냉소적인 시선이 함께 나타난다는 사실이다 하지만 이것은 절망적이거나 자기 소외로 이어지지 않는다 하지만이것은 절망적이거나 자기 소외로 이어지지 않는다 그는 이를 영원의식과 신라에 몰입함으로써 극복할 수 있었다 그의 풍자가 건강한 시선으로 읽히는이유는 삶의 여유와 관조적인 자세를 유지하고 있기 때문이다문제는 서정주 시에서 풍자는 본격적인 풍자로까지는 진행하지 못하는 한계를 보인다는 점이다 이러한 배경에는 성장 환경으로부터 비롯한 강자에 대한 동경과 자신을 보호하기 위한 방어기제가 작용한 결과로 보인다 비속어를통한 풍자를 사용함으로써 서정주 시는 우리에게 친근함의 미덕과 삶에 대한긍정성을 제공한다

c-Cbl Acts as an E3 Ligase Against DDA3 for Spindle Dynamics and Centriole Duplication during Mitosis

The spatiotemporal mitotic processes are controlled qualitatively by phosphorylation and qualitatively by ubiquitination. Although the SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein (SCF) complex and the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) mainly mediate ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis of mitotic regulators, the E3 ligase for a large portion of mitotic proteins has yet to be identified. Here, we report c-Cbl as an E3 ligase that degrades DDA3, a protein involved in spindle dynamics. Depletion of c-Cbl led to increased DDA3 protein levels, resulting in increased recruitment of Kif2a to the mitotic spindle, a concomitant reduction in spindle formation, and chromosome alignment defects. Furthermore, c-Cbl depletion induced centrosome over-duplication and centriole amplification. Therefore, we concluded that c-Cbl controls spindle dynamics and centriole duplication through its E3 ligase activity against DDA3.

In the Korean society, a considerable number of elderly people are in a crisis situation such as poor economic environment, loss of self - esteem, and disconnection with the surrounding area. Of course, there are still many programs in the elderly nursing homes and welfare centers. To supplement this, efforts are being made to increase the welfare budget and to expand the social support program at the local government and the government level. However, there is a lack of practical programs that enable older people to spend their old age healthily and happily. In this study, we tried to find a way to link creative and productive writing in elderly nursing homes and learning centers by using notes that can be easily implemented in life and the concept of living writing. In Japan, there are many writers active in old age, and the social atmosphere is also favorable. In Korea recently, social interest in writing of old age is increasing as shown in the cases of Jeonnam and Gangwon provinces. If this program is not limited to writing but combined with other mixed arts in the future, it can be extended to preventing dementia, restoring its role as a member of society, and restoring relationships. This means that it seeks new relationship based on personal reflection and experience sharing pursued by writing and revitalization of external communication.

다매체 시대의 문학교육론

The purpose of the study was to describe crisis of literature education strategies in mass media age. This thesis is originated from the question of how literature education should be performed in Digital Age. This study especially noticed that literature education which cannot be fully explained by the existed methodology or writings came to prevail, and that the importance of active and productive writing and expressing increased. Education is composed of passionate participation of teachers and students. But in spite of affirmation, it had some problem that the work included conservative point of view about Analogue age. This means that an applicable methods for teaching literature and writing is to unfold the instruction utilizing the text as a major teaching materials, and subsidizing the teaching with supplementary aids. Today requires more creativity and interactivity to the poeple than the past. In this reason raising the creative thinking ability of the student is very important to the literature education today. This thesis did prove that literature teaching instruction in mass-media improved student's dialogic communication competence and creative writing of online. The article discussed that the perspectives of cultural education to teach the complex aspects of mass media text needs to apply to the teaching of the traditional Analogue texts, including Digital texts. It haven't been clear to answer to a question such as what is the meaning as mass media in literature education, what is the concrete method. This paper just emphasizes again the necessity of discussion, it is necessary to be discussed profoundly what the reading as a method of practice is and what the concrete method is.

In the paper, the purport of the satire and humor tried to be looked into with the slang and dialect shown up in Seo Jeongju’s poetry. Seo Jeongju could complete the lyric poetry that full of democratic and local color by using the slang based on the dialect. The satire shown up in his poetry shows the healthiness of the life based on frankness. The way that the uses the slang is the indirect expression about the elements of suppression like sex or social system. His criticism shows the feature making the smile possible in inoffensive and indirect ways. To be paid attention at his expression of satire is the fact that the self-deprecation and cynical eyes are shown up with the strong self-consciousness together. However, this is not desperate, and this does not lead to a sense of self-alienation. He could overcome these by immersing in the circle consciousness and Shilla dynasty. The reason we read his satire with healthy eyes is to maintain the surplus of the life and intuitive attitude. As to the problem of Seo Jeongju’s poetry, the satire shows the limit that does not progress to a real satire. It seems to be a result of adoration about a strong man and defense mechanism for protecting himself. His poetry provide us the virtue of familiarity and positive thinking about the life by using the satire through the slang.
