철도차량용 고휘도 LED 전조등 방열판 해석을 위한 설계인자 검토

LED 는 다른 조명용 광원에 비해 친환경적이고 고에너지 효율과 고수명이라는 장점을 가지고 있으나, 출력이 높아질 수 온도상승으로 LED 수명이 급격히 감소되는 방열문제의 근본적인 취약점을 가지고 있다. 이를 위한 해결방안으로 자연대류, 강제대류, 히트파이프 냉각기술 등이 국내외에서 학술적으로 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도차량용 고휘도 LED 전조등 기술개발과정 중 방열판의 개발방향에서 방열효율을 높일 수 있는 방열판 설계에 대한 시뮬레이션 수행을 위한 해석조건과 방법을 검토하였다. 또한 방열판의 재질, 기둥과 바닥판 내홀, 핀 개수, 핀 높이, 열저항 등의 설계인자 변화가 방열판 특성에 미치는 영향을 물리적으로 검토하였다. In this study, we review the analytical conditions and methods for the simulation performed on the heat-sink design to increase efficiency in the room of the railway vehicle Brightness LED headlight technology development direction of sink development. Also examined the effects of physical impacts, such as the heat sink material properties of the heat sink, pillars and floor plate inner hole, pin number, pin high, heat resistance factor design changes.

Since high-speed train is a dynamic load in which electric power is externally supplied, contact loss between the catenary and pantograph occurs. This phenomena including vibrations generates frequently irregular arcs, which, in turn causes EMI. Thus it is very important to develop the approach to reduce arc phenomenon by contact loss, as speed of electric railway vehicle increases. In case of an electric railway vehicle using electrical power, compared with diesel rolling stock, Power Line Disturbance(PLD) such as harmonics, transient voltage and current, Electromagnetic Interference(EMI), and dummy signal injection etc usually occur. In this study, the dynamic characteristics of a contact wire and a pantograph suppling electrical power to high-speed train are investigated with an electrical response point. To implement power line disturbance induced by contact loss phenomenon for high speed train operation, a hardware simulator which considers contact loss between contact wire and pantograph as well as contact wire deviation is developed. It is confirmed by the experiments that contact loss effect is largely dependent on voltage conditions when the contact loss occurs. Also, a passive filter is designed to reduce power disturbance and the designed system is verified by experiment.

To maintain contact between catenary and pantograph copper is important in order to transmit power smoothly on Current collection system. But, Arc discharge with strong light is generated because of contact loss. Therefore, Arc discharge detection is important measurement factor judging performance of current collection system. In this paper, It is described to results of arc discharge applying UV detection technology using arc generator. And Arc discharge was detected using the most commonly used processing catenary and rigid catenary and pantograph copper of electric rolling stock for securing arc detection instrument reliability. Results of contact loss detection instrument in this paper will be used for maintenance of current collection quality and system.
철도차량기지내에서의 경제성을 고려한 접지설계에 관한 연구

Recently, there have been studied the importance of the grounding system, as electrical equipments installed in the building, such as intelligent building. The object of grounding of electrical facilities is to protect human and machine damage from the power supply interruption high voltage by use of the accident current dissipating into the ground. In this paper, we is proposed to design of grounding system with economical efficiency in electric rolling stocks facilities. To make efficient ground, ground potential rise must be controlled in the way of overall lowering and evenness instead of independent grounding method with respect to electrical facilities.

본 논문은 철도차량용 고휘도 LED 전조등 개발을 위해 현재 사용중인 고휘도 LED 전조등 시장 및 기술 로드맵을 분석하였다. 고휘도 청색 및 백색LED는 저휘도와 제조상의 문제점으로 인해 실용화가 어려웠으나, 고휘도 LED가 개발된 이후로 RGB를 이용한 광색가변이나 광원으로서 각광을 받고 있다. 또한 고휘도 LED는 RGB를 적절하게 혼합하여 다양한 광색과 부드러운 광색가변효과를 표현할 수 있어 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되어 실용화 및 제품화가 이루어지고 있다. 또한 급격히 성능이 향상된 고휘도 LED 칩의 개발로 인해 다양한 분야에서 수요가 증가하여 자동차, 일반조명 뿐만 아니라 향후 응용범위가 더욱 확대될 것으로 기대된다. 이에 철도차량용 전조등에 고휘도 LED를 적용하기 위한 기술 로드맵을 분석하고자 한다. The aim of this paper is to analyze both the technology Roadmap and the market of highbrightness LED headlamps in current use ,which is for the development of railway-vehicle-LED headlamps. The LED with high intensity, Bright Blue and White, wasn’t on the market due to the difficulty of manufacturing it. However, LED is now on the market in a great demand since the development of the highbrightness LED. In addition, with the development of dramatically enhanced high-brightness LED chips, it is expected to expand its application with greater demands of various fields, let alone automobile and general illumination. Thus, this paper aims to analyze both the technology and the market of high-brightness LED, especially for the railway vehicle.

In order to understand phenomenon of the electric railway power feeding system in the construction planning step, analysis of the overall system including electric characteristic of electric railway power feeding system, train running characteristic and power consumption pattern and train operation plan and gradients of railroad and curve radius is required. This paper study the feeder system by analysis of comprehensive system according to train operation plans, line impedance, running characteristic of train, electrical properties of the feeder system. In order to understand phenomenon to the feeder system of tram exactly regarding export of the field railroad preceeding actively recently.
