In the face of the continuous increase in the corona crisis and the uncertainty of when it will end, personal mobility is expected to solve the problem of avoiding public transportation due to the corona while implementing an eco-friendly and sustainable transportation system. In addition, the rapidly increasing number of single-person households is also promoting the spread of new transportation. Personal mobility is widely used for commuting, intermediate and short-distance travel, and leisure activities. Typical examples include Segway, Electric Kickboard and Hoverboard, which is rapidly increasing in demand. Personal mobility is classified as 'motorized bicycle' under Article 2 of the Road Traffic Act. To use a motor bicycle, a driver's license must be held at least 16 years of age. However, due to the Road Traffic Act, which will be revised after December 2020, individual vehicles can be used regardless of whether they have a driver's license or not, and can be operated on bicycle roads. To prevent problems arising from above, this research proposes improvement measures for bicycle paths in preparation for situations that may occur after the Road Traffic Act.

안양시의 도시마케팅 활성화 전략에 관한 연구

The importance of urban branding is increasingly emphasized as distinct differences between cities are removed worldwide. In order to market cities, it is important to identify each city's assets and image them to make them look attractive. And finding and promoting each and every attractive place in the city is also an important factor in city marketing. Through this paper, we analyze the assets of Anyang City and discover the factors that can be used to market the city. The reason why Anyang City was chosen as the place for urban marketing is that it does not have a clear image of the city compared to other regions of Korea, especially cities in the surrounding Gyeonggi Province. In case of Anyang City, we think it is an area with high potential for future development through urban marketing because it has good access to Seoul and traffic is well connected. We looked into the current status of urban marketing in Anyang City and studied what parts should be developed in the future. Earlier papers on Anyang City and papers on urban marketing were analyzed and suggestions were derived through domestic and foreign cases. We analyzed the marketing factors such as the place assets and festivals and slogans that Anyang City currently has. And We investigated the area where urban marketing is taking place and analyzed the awareness and urban marketing development strategy for Anyang City through the Enquete survey.

최근 우리나라를 비롯해 세계의 도시는 온갖 환경문제로 신음하는 곳이 점차 많아지고 있다. 본 연구는 안양시의 도시농업과 관련한 프로그램의 현황을 살펴보고 설문조사를 통해 시민의 의식을 검토한 뒤, 도시농업을 활성화시키는 방법을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 선행연구를 검토하여. 본 연구의 차별성을 찾고 나아가해외사례(독일, 일본, 쿠바)분석을 통해 도시농업의 중요성을 강조하였다. 연구 결과 도시농업을 활성화시키기 위해서는 도시지역 특성을 반영한 계획, 도시농업관련 프로그램의 홍보와 지속적인 추진, 네트워크 형성을 통한 교류시스템의 확립, 그리고 도시민 참가형 농업의 육성이 필요하다는 결론에 도달하였다. Recently. Korea is not only place which is suffering from all about issues of environmental matters but also whole world is suffering too. According to this reason, we focused on the urban agriculture while we were looking for city models. The goal of this research is to look into the present condition of programs which is related to the urban agriculture of Anyang city and seeking ways to grow the urban agriculture. We also found that this report has some differences through precedent research and how important the urban agriculture by case studies from German. Japan and Cuba. The Result of this study, we need a excellent plan with special qualities, continued supporting for programs of urban agriculture, an interchanging system with a developed network, and fostering the urban agriculture with citizen participation.

장애물 없는 생활환경(Barrier Free) 인증제도 개선방안에 관한 연구

Currently, our society has a long life expectancy such as improvement of medical technology, improvement of eating habits. In addition, policy and institutional measures are being actively implemented in various countries around the world in order to create a living environment without obstacles and to encourage the diffusion. In Korea, since 2008, we have been making efforts to create a barrier-free living environment by introducing the Barrier Free Certification System, but there are still problems to be improved. This study analyzed the process and status of the Barrier Free Certification System to identify problems and suggest ways to improve them. Improvements to the Barrier Free Certification System include enlarging the scope of the system, improving the legal and institutional improvement measures to increase the benefits, distinguishing the clear roles of the certification bodies, constructing experiential organizations that will actually experience barrier free, Suggesting ways to improve the certification index. Since the system has been in operation for less than 10 years, there have been cases in which it was difficult to conduct research. Future studies should study the effectiveness of the Barrier Free Certification System based on more authentication cases.

This research aims to study on how resident self-help activities affect the community sense. We choose the sample area by type of resident self-help activities, and variables are about community and its correlated factors. Results of the multiple regression analysis say that resident self-help activities have high explanation rate to the community sense. Furthermore, characteristics of resident self-help activities in each sample area, affect the sense of community as we expected. The relationship between them is positive.

A study on the problems and improvement of Public Participation Project focused on Hanggung-dong Suwon-si This study aims the proposal of the future direction and situation of participatory community planning in korea. It has been improving residential environment with community planning and being spotlighted as the means to increase corporate attendance. Community planning is being all area great and small without a lot of money, time and so on. Participatory community planning have both merits and demerits such as afterward management, damnification. An example of this research, is Hanggung-dong Suwon-si have connected tourist attractions. It changes resident participants to tourist, bystander and concentrates to make money regardless of community cultural asset. Based on the problems conclusion of this study, we recommended that community planning should consider managing the crisis in order to maintain sustainable social work.

소규모 필지 특별계획구역의 사업가능성에 대한 고찰 -서울시 특별계획구역 현황을 중심으로-

서울시의 경우 지구단위계획구역 내 소규모 필지 특별계획구역은 증가 추세에 있으나, 토지주들의 공동개발 의지 부족 및 토지위주의 기부채납 조건 둥으로 인하여 사업 시행률이 현저히 떨어지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 소규모 필지 특별계획구역의 문제점, 개선안, 주민부담 최소화 방안 등을 마련하여야 한다. 특히 국토계획법 개정으로 지구단위계획구역 내 건축물 기부채납에 따른 공공기여 방안에 대한 검토 시 해당 지역에서 필요로 하는 시설이 무엇인지 사전에 면밀히 검토하고 토지주들과의 사전 협의를 통하여 공공과 민간이 협력하는 소규모 필지 특별계획구역의 시행지침 마련 등 새로운 패러다임이 형성되어 지역 균형발전에 도움이 되기를 바라는 의도에서 본 연구를 수행하였다. The special planning zone of a small-scale lot in the district units plan in Seoul is increasing. However, project implementation rate has dropped significantly due to the lack of willingness to share the joint development of land and mainly land donation conditions. The purpose of this study is to review the problem of special planning zone on small-scale lot and improve it further by examining the possibility of a small-scale lot and to refer to create special plans for zoning and planing guidelines. Furthermore small-scale Jot designated as a special planning zone would like to establish a plan. In particular, it is required to scrutiny in the area at what facilities should be examined in advance. Through the prior consultation with public and private sector should establish operation guidelines in cooperation with the special planning zone of a small-scale lot, such as formed a new paradigm wants to be helpful for balanced regional development with the intent of this paper was written.

안양시 유휴부지 활용방안에 관한 연구

안양시에는 기능이 부여되지 않은 유휴부지가 다수 존재하고 있다. 특히 유휴부지가 안양시 도심에 위치하고 있어 부지의 활용이 시급하다. 안양시에서도 이들을 활용하기 위하여 다양한 방안을 고민하고 있지만 뚜렷한 방안은 내놓고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유휴부지의 효과적인 활용방안을 도출해 내고자 한다. 이를 위하여 유휴부지의 이론적 배경과 선행연구의 검토를 수행하였다. 다음으로 안양시 유휴부지의 일반현황과 국내외 유휴부지의 사례를 분석하였다. 분석을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 활용방안을 도출하였다. 첫째, 유휴부지에 문화·예술의 기능을 부여하여 도시재생에 한 축을 이루는 방안이 있다. 둘째, 유휴부지를 활용하여 지역의 정체성을 확립하고 이미지를 개선하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 안양시 유휴부지 활용에 대한 정책적인 틀을 제시한바 향후 세부적인 계획의 수립이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. There exist many unused sites whose function isn``t invested in Anyang City. Particularly, site utilization is urgent as they are located in the downtown area of Anyang City. Anyang city government is also trying to come up with diverse schemes in an effort to utilize these sites, but actually, they are failing to put forth a distinct plan. Hereupon, this study is aimed at drawing an effective utilization plan for unused sites. For this purpose, this study carried out the examination of the theoretical background of and the preceding researches on unused sites. Next, this study analyzed the general status of unused sites of Anyang City, and cases of domestic & overseas unused sites. On the basis of the analysis, this study drew the utilization plan as follows: First, there is a plan that makes it possible to form an axis of urban regeneration by investing unused sites with the function of culture and art. Second, this study intended to establish regional identity and improve its image by applying unused sites. Not that this study suggested a policy framework of utilization of unused sites in Anyang City, it is thought that there is the need for detailed plan establishment for the time to come.
